Pressluft-Handnietmaschine.
Compressed air hand riveting machine. This invention concerns a compressed air hand riveting machine, chine, with a housing, the riveting hammer .and a, cranked, opposite the housing z. B. by hand or by compressed air movable counter holder, which before, hitting a rivet z. B. -by its own weight or by spring force is kept away from the striker.
According to the invention, the counter holder moves in a running in the longitudinal direction of the riveting machine, straight guide and can, for. B. by a hand lever or by operating a valve, the Döpp.er ge are approached.
There are known riveting tools with a press, air-operated bracket opening. In a known embodiment, the riveting hammer itself is arranged to be movable in its axial direction. This version has the disadvantage that only the mass of the riveting hammer itself is effective to absorb the recoil and not the entire riveting tool. The previous version with a movable counter holder is therefore superior to the known execution.
The drawing illustrates two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, namely FIG. 1, an embodiment with a manually operated counterholder, and FIGS. 2 and 3, a further embodiment with a compressed air-actuated counterholder.
In Fig. 1, 1 is a pneumatic riveting hammer of known design, the anvil 2 at the lower end. 3 is the cranked counterholder, which is arranged movable Lich in a laterally attached to the rivet housing, in the longitudinal direction of the machine running straight guide 4 and is held by its own weight away from the anvil before striking a rivet.
The upper end of the counter bracket is connected to a movable union rod 5 which is hinged to a hand lever 6. This hand lever is rotatably fastened to the housing at point 7 and, when the counterholder is retracted, lies in a recess 8 of the housing. The hand lever 6 is expediently designed in such a way that, when riveting, little or no forces are exerted which attempt to open the lever, so that the worker does not tire prematurely.
To adapt to different profile shapes and sheet metal thicknesses, the end of the counter-holder can be designed to be replaceable in a manner known per se.
2 shows a section through a riveting tool with a compressed air-actuated counterholder. It is 21 a normal pneumatic hammer, 22 .the counterholder cranked at its lower end, which with its upper end is fastened to it by means of a piston bens 23 moved in the housing 24 designed as centric to the striker to the ordered compressed air cylinder. The counter holder protrudes through a slot 25 into the interior of the housing 24.
Fig. 3 shows a section through the same device in a plane rotated by 90. The lower part of the housing '-1 carries the valve 26 which is actuated by the hand lever 27. The compressed air is fed through the pipe 28 from the outside and through the two recesses 29 and 30 through two bores. 31 and 32 the guide cylinder 33 for the counter holder and the Nietham mer 21 supplied.
The compressed air line 31 lies in a wall part 34 which is separated from the rest of the cylinder 24 and which is fitted with the surfaces 35 and 36 and the non-visible side surfaces into the cylinder wall 24 and welded to it.
The compressed air supply to the cylinder 03 for the counter holder 22 and to the riveting hammer 21 respectively. the anvil is made in this way by the common valve 26. controlled so that the die comes into action after the Cze, enlialters have been put on.
If there is no. With compressed air, the counter-holder 22 is pressed into the open position @ by the ini hollow shaft of the piston 23 on "" arranged compression spring 37 so that it is held away from the anvil by spring force before a rivet is struck.
