Die Erfindung betrifft ein zangenförmiges Werkzeug zum Einsehlagen von Nägeln beim Anheften von Fellen auf Spannbrettern und ist hauptsächlich darin gelegen, dass das Werkzeug mit einer durch die Kraft einer Schraubenfeder wirkenden Schlagvorrichtung versehen ist, durch welche der vom Werkzeug gehaltene Nagel selbsttätig ins Aufspannbrett eingeschlagen wird.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise veranschaulicht. Es zeigt Fig. 1 das Nageleinsehlagwerkzeug in teilweise geschnittener Seitenansicht und Fig. 2 dasselbe in Stirnansieht.
Der Stiel 1 des Nageleinschlagwerkzeuges ist mit einem Kanal 2 zur Aufnahme der Nägel 3 versehen. Die Nägel. 3 sind in einem Magazin nebeneinander gereiht und werden durch einen unter der Wirkung einer Schraubenfeder 4 stehenden Anschlag 5 ständig gegen ein Gesenk 6 gedrückt, das eine Rille 7 hat, in welche der jeweils vorderste Nagel zu liegen kommt. Hinter und oberhalb der Rille 7 ist in dem Gesenk 6 eine zweite Rille 8 vorgesehen, welche sich normal über dem zweiten Nagel befindet. Das Gesenk 6 ist in dem Kanal eines ein wenig nach hinten geneigten Aufsatzes 9 längsbeweglieh geführt, der noch ein Schlagstuck 20 sowie eine Druckfeder 11 beinhaltet. Die Druckfeder 11 wirkt auf das Schlagstück 10 ein, welches durch eine Handhabe 12 bewegt werden kann.
Die Handhabe 12 bildet einen zweiarmigen Hebel, der um einen Bolzen l') einer am Stiel 1 befestigten Lasche 14 drehbar befestigt ist. Das Werkzeug ist durch Anordnung eines Zangenschenkels 15 zu einer Flachzange ausgebildet, deren oberer Schenkel den Werkzeugstiel 1 bildet.
Bei Gebrauch wird das aufzuspannende Fell mit dem Zangenmaul erfasst, und, wenn es an dem

des Hebels 12 mit dem Daumen das Sehlagstück 10 unter Spannung der Druckfeder 11 angehoben. Beim Loslassen des Hebels 12 wird das Schlagstück 10 wirksam und treibt das Gesenk 6 nach unten, wobei der in der Rille 7 befindliche Nagel durch das Fell in das Aufspannbrett eingetrieben wird. Während dieses Vorganges wird der zweite Nagel und mit ihm die übrigen durch die zweite Rille 8 in ihrer Lage gehalten.
Sobald das Gesenk 6 durch die Wirkung einer Spiralfeder 16 in die Anfangsstellung zurüekbewegt ist, werden die Nägel durch die Druckfeder 4 um eine Nagelstärke nachrücken, wobei der'vorderste Nagel in die Rille 7 gelangt. Das Werkzeug ist nunmehr zum weiteren Gebrauch bereit. Da sich der geschilderte Vorgang, blitzschnell abspielt, kann das Festnageln des Felles sehr rasch und leicht durchgeführt werden.

Zangenförmiges Werkzeug zum Einsehlagen von Nägeln beim Anheften von Fellen auf Spannbrettern od. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug mit einer durch die Kraft einer Schraubenfeder wirkenden Schlagvorrichtung versehen ist, durch welche der vom Werkzeug gehaltene Nagel selbsttätig in das Aufspannbrett eingeschlagen wird.

The invention relates to a pliers-shaped tool for inserting nails when tacking skins on clamping boards and is mainly located in that the tool is provided with a striking device acting by the force of a helical spring through which the nail held by the tool is automatically hammered into the mounting board.
The subject matter of the invention is illustrated, for example, in the drawing. 1 shows the nail insertion tool in a partially sectioned side view and FIG. 2 shows the same in front view.
The handle 1 of the nail driving tool is provided with a channel 2 for receiving the nails 3. Behind and above the groove 7 a second groove 8 is provided in the die 6, which is normally above the second nail.
