Backform mit wegnehmbarer Wandung. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Backform mit wegnehmbarer Wan dung.
Erfindungsgemäss zeichnet sich die Back- form dadurch aus, dass sie einen aus feuer beständigem Material bestehenden Boden auf- weist, der mindestens teilweise durchsichtig ist.
Diese Backform ermöglicht es, den Back- prozess auch durch ihren Boden hindurch zu beobachten und somit das Backen entspre chend dem Zustand des Backwerkes zu unter brechen, in den das letztere an seiner Unter-. seite übergeht, die der Gefahr des Anbren- nens am meisten ausgesetzt ist. Dadurch hat man es in der Hand, ein Misslingen des Bak- kens unter Wahrnehmung einwandfrei fest stellbarer Anzeichen des Backprozesses auf jeden Fall zu verhindern.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen standes dargestellt. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist der feuerbeständige Boden 2 der Backform, der kreisförmige Gestalt hat, aus durchwegs durchsichtigem Glas hergestellt. Die den Bo den 2 umgebende Wandung 1 mit oberer Um bördelung hat die Form einer zylindrischen Zarge, die unten einen Randwulst 3 besitzt, welcher auf der Innenseite der Zarge eine Nut zur Aufnahme des Bodens 2 bildet.
Zwecks Abnehmens der Zarge 1 vom Boden 2 ist dieselbe mit einer Trennfuge 4 versehen, welche von einer Schliessvorrich tung 5 überbrückt ist. Diese Vorrichtung weist zweckmässig zwei je eine Scharnieröse tragende Lagerteile auf, von denen der eine am einen und der andere am andern Ende der Zarge befestigt ist.
Die Öse des in Fig. 2 linksseitigen Lagerteils nimmt eine Draht schlaufe drehbar auf, die durch einen in der Öse des rechten Lagerteils schwenkbar ge lagerten Spannhebel zum Anklemmen bezw. Abnehmen der Zarge an den oder vom Boden senkbar bezw. anhebbar ist. Bei an den Glasboden 2 angeklemmter Zarge 1 ermöglicht diese Backform, während des Backens den Backprozess jederzeit auch von der Unterseite der Backform her zu be obachten und ihn bei der gewünschten Bräune des Backwerkes zu unterbrechen.
Dadurch ist der Zustand des Backwerkes namentlich auch an der Unterseite des letzteren leicht erkenn bar, woselbst die Gefahr des Anbrennens am grössten ist. Somit ist es möglich, ein hliss- lingen des Backwerkes auf alle Fälle zu ver hüten, weil die dazu wahrzunehmenden An zeichen in untrüglicher Weise feststellbar sind.
Nach beendigtem Backprozess kann die Zarge 1 von der Backform abgenommen und das Backwerk mitsamt der Glasplatte 2 auf den Tisch gebracht werden, die dann den gleichen Dienst wie etwa. eine Tortenplatte versieht.
Der Boden der Backform könnte zum Beispiel aus Presshartglas bestehen, welches gegen Temperaturwechsel, Druck und Stoss zirka zehnmal widerstandsfähiger ist als ge wöhnliches ungehärtetes Glas. Die Glasplatte braucht nicht unbedingt auf ihrer ganzen Fläche durchsichtig zu sein, sondern könnte, namentlich zu dem letztgenannten Zweck, allenfalls mit undurchsichtigen Verzierungen versehen sein.
Ein weiterer Vorteil des Glasbodens be steht darin, dass das fertiggestellte Backwerk, etwa ein Obstkuchen, auch längere Zeit auf ihm liegen bleiben kann, ohne eine Verfär- bung oder gar eine Geschmacksbeeinträchti gung zu erfahren.
Bei einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel der Bael.:form könnte die Zarge zwei Trenn fugen 4 haben, die zum Beispiel einander dia metral gegenüberliegen würden, wodurch zwei gleiche Zargenhälften entständen. Eine solche zweiteilige Zarge könnte durch eine Spannvorrichtung an den Boden \? aäge.- klemmt sein, welche zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende, die Zarge längs ihres ganzen Umfanges umgebende Spanndrahtringe auf weisen würde.
Dabei könnten die entgegen- gesetzten Enden jedes Drahtringes einander überlappen und an der t berlappungsstelle, die mit einer Trennfuge zusammenfallen . könnte, durch eine entsprechende Spannvor richtung gemeinsam gegeneinander- bezw. auseinanderziehbar sein. Bei diesem Ausfüh rungsbeispiel besteht die Zarge aus feuer festem Glas.
