Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Schüsselantrieb für Kutter mit Hilfe einer als Zahnkranz für das Antriebsritzel dienenden, um die Schüssel herumgelegten Kette. S Bei den bekannten Kuttern dieser Art ist die Anordnung der Kette derart, daß sie nicht gegen Verschmutzung, namentlich durch über den Schüsselrand hinausgeschobene Fleischstücke, geschützt ist. Vielmehr begünstigt die Anordnung der Kette in einer nach außen offenen Nut das Eindringen von Schmutz in die Lagerrinne der Kette und damit zugleich auch zwischen die Kettenglieder. Die bei diesen Maschinen unbedingt notwendige Reinhaltung wird hierdurch erschwert und bedingt ein häufiges Abnehmen und Wiederaufspannen der Kette, was umständlich und zeitraubend ist.
Diese Nachteile werden erfindungsgemäß beseitigt durch eine Anordnung der Kette an der Schüssel derart, daß sie teils gegen Verschmutzung geschützt ist, teils, soweit sie wegen der Notwendigkeit des Ritzeleingriffes frei liegen muß, gut und bequem gereinigt werden kann. Zu diesem Zweck ist die zum Eingriff des Ritzels dienende Loch- oder Zahnreihe der Kette auf der Unterseite des Schüsselrandes nach unten frei vorspringend angeordnet. Die Kette ist durch den Schüsselrand, auf dessen Unterseite sie befestigt ist, gegen Verschmutzung durch über den Schüsselrand geschobene Fleischstücke geschützt, dabei aber auch zur Reinigung von allen Seiten frei zugänglich. Eine vorteilhafte Anordnung und Befestigung der Kette ergibt sich erfindungsgemäß, wenn eine doppelte Gelenkkette, Rollen- oder Blockkette oder eine Zahnkette mit der oberen Hälfte um eine Ringschulterfläche der Schüssel gelegt, befestigt und auf der Außenseite abgedeckt ist, während die andere Hälfte der Kette frei über die Schulterkante nach unten vorspringt, oder wenn die Kette mit der oberen Hälfte in eine nach unten geöffnete Nut der Schüssel eingesetzt und befestigt ist und die andere Kettenhälfte frei nach unten aus der Nut vorspringt. .The invention relates to a bowl drive for cutters with the aid of a chain, which is used as a toothed ring for the drive pinion and is placed around the bowl. Auf der Unterseite des verstärkten Schüsselrandes ι ist eine nach unten geöffnete Ringnut 2 eingearbeitet, in welcher eine doppelte Gelenkkette mit der einen Hälfte eingesetzt und z. B. durch auf der Außenseite angeschraubte Bolzen (nicht gezeichnet) befestigt ist. Die untere Hälfte der Gelenkkette 3 springt auf der Unterseite des Schüsselrandes ι frei vor und bildet den Zahnkranz für den Eingriff der Zähne eines Ritzels 4, dessen lotrechte Welle 5 in üblicher Weise gelagert ist und durch ein Schnecken- oder Schraubenrädergetriebe 6 von einer Welle 7 angetrieben wird. Die über den Rand der Schüssel geschobenen Fleischstücke können nicht in die Nut 2 gelangen und sich dort festsetzen.
