Das in dem Messsystem 1 wirksame Drehmoment ent- spricht hierbei der Abweichung der Über gabeleistung von dem Übergabeleistungssoll wert. In dem Messsystem 1 wird also bereits der Sollwert der Übergabeleistung .mit dem Istwert der Übergabeleistung verglichen. Das Drehmoment des Messsystems 11 entspricht der Abweichung der Maschinenleistung von der maximalen Maschinenleistung;
Arrangement for the regulation of technical-physical operating parameters. For the purposes of measurement and control, the following are often: the measured and controlled variables are converted into proportionate currents or voltages, as these offer advantages over the original measured variables, such as the possibility of remote transmission and summary.
Such devices, which are referred to as measuring transducers, mostly work as self-controlling compensators, in that they: influence the current flowing through the compensation system, or the voltage applied to this system, until the effect: the compensation system has just the effect of the measuring system weighs in.
Such a measuring transducer, which works according to the compensation principle and which works with a comparison of the torques, is shown schematically in FIG. 1. 1 is a measuring system that can be electrical or mechanical in nature. Connected to it by an axis is: s Compensation, System 2.
The adjustment element for the compensation current, which consists of a variable resistor 4 and a movable actuator 3 for the resistor 4, is influenced by the compensation system. In series with the Kompensätiöns system an instrument or a servomotor for control purposes 5 is connected.
The torques of the measuring system and the compensation system act against each other, since the compensation device adjusts itself in such a way that the torque of the measuring system outweighs the torque of the compensation system. The compensation current is therefore a measure for the measured or controlled variable and can be displayed in an instrument or used to act on a servomotor for control purposes.
On other measuring systems coupled with the same axis or additional weighing. Junge: Further torques of the measuring system can be exerted by other measuring parameters or set by hand so that the current of the compensation system corresponds to the sum or the difference of all torques.
The additionally set torque can, for example, correspond to the setpoint value in a closed-loop control, while the actual value of the variable to be controlled is fed to the measuring system. In this case, the compensation device supplies a current that is proportional to the deviation between the actual and setpoint values.
In order to obtain currents with changing direction for the regulation, for example the return line of the instru mentes or servomotor 5 can be connected to a central tap of the variable resistor 4 so that with the help of the setting element 3 voltages of positive or negative potential can be set can.
After the circuit according to Fig. 2, the variable resistance can also be in a bridge circuit, whereby currents in both directions can also be controlled with a corresponding adjustment of the bridge. The reference symbols in FIG. 2 indicate the same circuit elements as in FIG. 1.
Such devices are used in conjunction with control devices to keep certain controlled variables constant. In the case of regulations, however, it is often not a single controlled variable that is decisive, but rather one or more additional variables must be observed at the same time, which should not be exceeded or fallen below in the course of the regulation.
One such case is in Fifa-. 3 shown. A generator G is driven by a turbine T. The generator G feeds the consumer slot connected to the line Lv via the busbar, on which other generators (not shown) operate.
In addition, the generator should maintain a certain constant or n ac 'h schedule variable power el via the line LLfi to the network connected to this line.
If a compensation device Ü acting as a measuring transducer is connected to the transfer measuring point and is influenced by the controller R of the turbine, the controller tries to keep the load capacity constant regardless of the load capacity of the generator. Dadureb. there is a risk of overloading the generator if the consumer power drawn from the line Lv becomes too great.
So in order not to endanger the 3rd machine set, the higher regulation must be prevented when: the machine full load or the permissible upper load is reached. Therefore, not only the transfer power but also the level of the machine load must be taken into account in the control. In such a case, a regulation according to the bent line according to Fig. 4 is required,
which can also be understood as a transfer power control with limitation by the 111a-schin gene power 1N or as a b @ ascbinen @ ei @ power control with a limitation by the transfer power Ü.
Similar control tasks occur when, within certain limits, a certain cabling power is to be kept constant in a machine, while when exceeding or falling below specified frequency deviations, the laser line is to be controlled solely on frequency. Instead of the requirement for pure frequency control, the machine can also be controlled according to a certain frequency transfer power characteristic curve if the frequency deviations are too great.
In this case kinked characteristic curves would result, as they are in Fig. S da.rT <> -. There are also many other cases possible in which the task of a regulation according to kinked characteristics respectively. occurs with limitations of the scheme.
The invention allows to solve such tasks. The control arrangement according to the invention is characterized in that at least two such compensation devices are connected to one another in such a way that the compensation variable corresponds to that rule variable which outweighs the other rule in a certain sense. For example, the arrangement can be made so that the compensation variable corresponds to the relatively largest controlled variable in each case.
But you can also make the arrangement so that the compensation variable corresponds to the relatively smallest controlled variable.
With reference to FIGS. 3 to 10, for example, several Ausfüh approximate forms of the inventive arrangement are explained below. In the case shown in Fig. 3, a second compensation device N will be provided for the machine output, whose compensation system and setting element for the compensation current will be connected to the corresponding Kamp: ensatio:
nssysstem and the adjustment element of the compensation current of the compensation device Ü, which is influenced by the transfer power, is switched together so that the machine can be regulated lower when either the setpoint of the transfer power or the setpoint of the machine power is exceeded,
However, the machine can only be regulated higher if. both compensation devices allow this. The compensation systems of the compensation devices influencing the regulation are expediently connected in series or in parallel and they either influence a common setting element for the compensation current or the compensation voltage or they influence several setting elements connected in parallel.
Fig. 5 shows an arrangement that enables regulation according to the characteristic line shown in FIG. 1 is the measuring system and 2 is the compensation system of the first compensation device, by means of which, for example, a current proportional to the transfer power deviation can be set.
11 is the measuring system and 12 the compensation system or second compensation device, by means of which, for example: a current proportional to the machine output deviation can be set.
The torque effective in the measuring system 1 corresponds to the deviation of the transfer power from the transfer power setpoint. In the measuring system 1, the nominal value of the transfer power is already compared with the actual value of the transfer power. The torque of the measuring system 11 corresponds to the deviation of the machine output from the maximum machine output;
which in this case is used as the setpoint of the machine output. In the measuring system 11, the maximum machine power is already compared with the actual machine power. Each of the compensation systems controls independently of, the other one setting member 3 respectively. 13, which short-circuits part of the resistor 4.
The parts 3, 13 and 4 in this case form a common setting element for the compensation variable. The resistor 4 is the variable resistance of a bridge circuit. In one diagonal branch of the bridge circuit, the compensation systems 2 and 12 and the servomotor 5 are in series. The torque of the measuring systems and the torque of the compensation systems counteract each other.
If the torque of the measuring system predominates in one of the compensation devices, its setting member 3 moves respectively. 13 up. Only the higher-standing control element is decisive for the compensation current, since it short-circuits the greater part of the resistor 4. The position of the lower setting element has no influence. The set compensation flow thus corresponds to steadily. - only the larger control variable, which .therewith also generates the higher torque.
In this case, the other compensation device will be its setting element; turn it all the way down, as the torque of the compensation system predominates with it. If, in one of the two measuring systems, the actual value of the variable to be controlled is greater than the setpoint, the compensation device creates a current which results in lower regulation.
A higher regulation can only take place if both compensation devices allow it. That means that the compensation device whose setting element short-circuits the larger part of the resistor 4 can reduce the short-circuited portion until it short-circuits exactly the same portion of the resistance as that
Adjustment element of the second Kempensationsgerätes. From this point on, a further increase in regulation and thus a reduction in the short-circuited resistance part is only possible if both adjustment elements participate in this reduction at the same time.
It is not necessary that the adjustment elements of the two compensation devices affect the same resistance. It is also possible to switch the compensation devices as shown in FIG. With this circuit, the compensation systems of the compensation devices influence their own resistors, which are, however, connected in parallel.
In this way it is achieved that the devices are completely separated from each other and the normal devices are used. can. In FIG. 6, 1, 11, 21 again denote the measuring systems of three compensation devices. 2, 12 and 22 are the compensation systems for these devices. 3, 13 and 23 are the adjusting members and 4, 14 and 24 are the variable resistors. The variable resistors bil the turn a part of each bridge circuit, with all bridges being connected in parallel.
In the case of the bridge circuits, the parts shown in dashed lines in the drawing can be omitted, so that only one bridge circuit with fixed and variable resistors is present and only the variable resistances of several compensation "o" devices are connected in parallel. The co, mpensations! Ge.rä.te \ ?, 12, \? \? can also be installed in parallel instead of in series.
FIG. 6 shows that it is also possible to bring several limiting influences into effect on a control system by switching several compensation devices together. In the case of multiple boundaries, the graphical representation results from the kinked control characteristics at angled control surfaces which, however, can no longer be shown in a three-axis coordinate system with more than three control influences.
The previously explained control influences, through which certain other control influences can be limited, only act in the sense of a one-sided limitation in the way shown in FIG. 4. In this example it is a matter of a transfer power being kept constant until a maximum machine power is reached.
It is now also possible to introduce a second limitation in such a way that the transfer power is only regulated in the range between a specified minimum and a specified maximum machine power, while the machine is set to this minimum power when the minimum machine power is reached performance and when it is reached.
the maximum machine output is only adjusted to the maximum machine output. In this case, there is a lower and an upper limit respectively. a double kinked characteristic. Characteristic curves of this type can also be adjusted with the aid of an embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention if it is designed in the manner shown in FIG.
To the circuit according to Fi.g. 7, it is assumed that a double-kinked characteristic line is to be regulated, as shown in FIG. 8, the transferring turng 'being plotted as a function of the frequency f.
The regulation should be carried out in such a way that a transfer power should be kept constant within a certain frequency range. If the frequency exceeds a certain limit value upwards or downwards, then it is not adjusted to the transfer power, but rather a combined frequency and transfer line.
In the view of Feg. 7 shows the measuring system, which exerts a torque proportional to the deviation of the transfer power from the target value. The measuring system thus contains two measuring influences, one of which is formed by the nominal value and the other by the actual value of the transfer power.
The measuring system 11 develops a torque which is proportional to the sum of the deviation in the transfer power and the deviation in the frequency as well as an additional influence: to the shift in the characteristic curve.
The additional influence is required because the inclined part of the characteristic curve to which control is to be made according to a transfer power and a frequency influence does not start at the point where both the frequency and the transfer power have their normal value, but rather at a point in which the frequency deviates by a certain value from its nominal value f norm.
Compensation systems 2 and 12 counteract the effects of measuring systems 1 and 11 :; through them the adjusting members 3 and 13 are adjusted again, which change the resistors 4 and 14. The compensation devices are switched in such a way that the compensation device with which there is a tendency towards lower regulation always compensates.
In terms of a higher regulation, the two compensation devices can only work if both allow it. both have the same tendency. This part of the arrangement regulates the right part of the characteristic.
The resulting influence, which is given by the compensation current, is now not fed to a servomotor, but rather to the measuring system 21 of a third compensation device.
A further compensation device is connected in series with this compensation device, the measuring system of which exerts a torque which is proportional to the sum of the deviation of the transition from the setpoint, the frequency from the setpoint and a displacement influence for the parallel shift of the characteristic.
In this case, the shift influence acts opposite to the shift influence that acts on the measuring system 11, since the starting point of the inclined part of the characteristic curve is normally shifted from point F by the same value in the opposite direction as the starting point of the first-mentioned inclined part of the characteristic.
The torques of the measuring systems 21, 31 counteract the torques of the compensation systems 22, 32, which: adjust the setting members 23, 33 for the resistors 24, 34.
The actuator motor is in series with the compensation windings: r 5. The compensation devices of the second group are now switched in such a way that the compensation device that tends to lock is always fully compensated. This can be achieved by reversing the polarity of the compensation devices.
In terms of lower regulation, the two compensation devices can only work if both allow it. both have the same tendency. This second part of the arrangement regulates the left part of the characteristic curve with the left bend.
It is also possible, with this control arrangement, to set the steepness of the inclined parts of the characteristic curve in that parallel to the power system: the combined frequency-power measurement system. a resistance is ordered:
because the power influence is more or less short-circuited. If the power influence were completely short-circuited, a characteristic would result in which the transfer power is regulated within a certain frequency range and, after the range is exceeded, the frequency is regulated.
With the help of such an arrangement, characteristics can be adjusted with any number of kink points. For this purpose, only a corresponding continuation of the cascade circuit shown in FIG. 7 is required, with each new link, d. H.
Each new combination of compensation devices of the cascade circuit is provided with a compensation device to which the compensation current from the preceding element of the cascade circuit is fed. It should also be noted that the preferred sense of control must alternate in the course of the individual cascade connection, i. H.
if at that. In the first element of the cascade circuit, the lower control is preferred, since each compensation device can regulate lower, but only: can then regulate higher if the other compensation devices also allow this, then in the following element of the cascade circuit the:
opposite sense of regulation, that is to say the higher regulation, are preferred, while in the case of the third link, the cascade connection, the first sense of regulation would again be preferred.
It is irrelevant for the arrangement according to the invention according to which compensation method the compensation devices work. This is shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, in which compensation devices operating according to different compensation methods are used.
In Fig. 9 Kompensationsge devices are used, which affect the grid of a Ilochfrequenzg enerator, switched tube. With 1 and 11 the two measuring systems of the compensation devices are designated, with 42 and 12: the compensation systems of the same devices.
A flag 3 is attached to the axis d ">> s of the first compensation device, and a flag 13 is attached to the axis of the second compensation device. 4, a tube connected as a high-frequency generator, in which the intensity of the high-frequency oscillations is is controlled by the flags 3 and 13 shield the grid coil against the feedback coil.
The anode direct current flowing through the tube is also controlled in this way. The compensation device is decisive for the size of the compensation current, which brings about the greater shielding of the grid coil against the feedback coil.
The other compensation device pulls its flag out of the gap between the coils and therefore has no influence on the setting of the compensation current. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 9, the compensation systems 2 and 12 are connected in parallel, in contrast to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 5,
where row splitting was used; both circuits are equivalent. The result of the circuit according to FIG. 9 can also be achieved if there is no common setting element 3, 13, 4, but instead, analogously to the circuit shown in FIG. 6, each compensation device controls its own tube.
Corresponding polarity of the measuring systems and compensation systems can be used to limit the value to be set up or down. determine the position of the kink in the characteristic.
10 shows an embodiment in which instead of the compensation devices with torque compensation shown so far, those with speed compensation are used. The measuring systems 1 and <B> 1.1 </B> of the two compensation devices have continuous measuring units or, if they are connected to a remote measuring device, switching units.
Fixed with the l @ less: syste, men are the rotating brushes 3 resp. 13 verbun, which serve as a setting element for the compensation current. The compensation systems. are in this case the DC counter 2 respectively. 12. On the axis of the counter, the resistors 4 respectively. 14 appropriate. As can be seen from the circuit, the DC meters automatically adjust to the same speed as the measuring systems.
Since the compensation systems are connected in parallel, the faster-running measuring mechanism is always decisive for the speed of the compensation system. In the case of the slower running measuring unit, the compensation system runs faster than the measuring unit, since it assumes the speed of the faster running measuring system and the compensation system belonging to it.
The brush 3 respectively. 13 of the slower running 111essisystem lags behind in this case and finally lays itself against the stop 6 respectively. <B> 16. </B> In this case, either the relevant measuring system can be carried along by the stop and the brush, or a sliding coupling can be provided between the measuring system and the brush. The regulation takes place in turn by the servo motor 5 according to the bent characteristic curve shown in FIG.
With this arrangement, the two Kompensa.tions- systems can also be combined in such a way that the brushes 3 respectively. 13 of both measuring systems on a common rheostat.
