Der Erreger kreis führt dann aber Schlupffrequenz, wodurch die Regelung mit Schwierigkeiten verbunden ist. Wenn Regelorgane verwendet werden sollen, pflegt man die Erregung aus dem Primärnetz zu beziehen, wobei die Frequenz in einem Frequenzumformer in Schlupf frequenz umgewandelt wird und die von ihm abge gebene Erregerleistung der Erregerwicklung der Kom- mutator-Hintermaschine zugeführt wird, gegebenen falls unter Zwischenschaltung einer mehrphasigen Erregermaschine;
I>(s)</I> etwa parallel verschoben.
Frequenz in diesem Netz (z.
Method for regulating a polyphase asynchronous machine by means of a commutator rear machine Control sets with asynchronous machines and commutator rear machines are known, the excitation of which is controlled by high-speed regulators. In these be the quick regulator act a mechanical adjustment of machines or machine parts, z. B. of induction regulators. However, this mechanical adjustment requires overcoming static and dynamic resistances, which means that there are limits to the accuracy and speed of regulation.
Fig. 1 of the drawing shows a known arrangement of the type mentioned with double induction regulators. The special case of a converter for elastic network coupling is shown here. The asynchronous machine A is connected to the three-phase industrial network RST and the synchronous machine S is connected to the single-phase rail network <I> UV </I>.
A stator-excited commutator machine <I> Sch </I> of the Scherbius or Lydall type serves as the rear machine to the asynchronous machine A. The excitation of the Scherbius machine must take place with slip frequency, which the frequency converter F is used to generate. If this is designed with a compensation winding, it only needs to be supplied with the magnetizing current from the R.ST network to be excited.
Secondly, it supplies the slip-frequency excitation for the Scherbius machine Sch. If their demand for excitation power is too great, one or more three-phase excitation machines E can be interposed. A series resistor R ensures that the excitation current I ″ of the excitation machine E remains at least approximately proportional to the voltage Uf of the frequency converter.
Likewise, the series excitation winding C can provide at least an approximate proportionality between the excitation current 1e of the excitation machine E and the excitation current 1 of the Scherbius machine <I> Sch </I>. The voltage of the frequency converter F can be controlled by adjusting the induction regulators D and Du connected upstream. These can be carried out with before part as a double induction regulator, the resulting voltages are electrically mutually perpendicular to each other.
The phase position of the frequency converter F can be set in such a way that the double induction controller D, practically only acts on the active power of the asynchronous machine and the double induction controller Db practically only acts on the reactive power. The adjustment of the double induction regulator is controlled by fast regulators. Such arrangements have proven to be excellent and have become the standard design.
In certain cases, however, the adjustment of the double induction regulator is too slow. In addition, there are interfering elements in the circuit, which mean that the adjustment of a double induction controller not only influences the associated controlled variable (e.g. the active power) but also - to a lesser extent, of course - the other controlled variable (mentioned Example the reactive power). These interfering elements cause an inaccuracy of the regulation and bring a certain instability in the control system.
The invention now relates to a method for regulating a polyphase asynchronous machine by a commutator rear machine according to a law that is prescribed to a measurable operating variable of the asynchronous machine, the disadvantages of the previous arrangements mentioned being to be avoided, that is to say without the Static or dynamic resistances of the control element or the mutual influence of the control loops have a disruptive effect.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that: ss the excitation of the commutator rear machine is influenced without intervention of a controller depending on the operating variable concerned in such a way that the desired law is approximately fulfilled and that only the deviation is due to the high-speed controller of the actual value is compensated by the setpoint.
With this new method, the control of the asynchronous machine is significantly improved, for the following reason: Even without intervening in the controller, the required law is approximately met by the excitation of the commutator rear machine is inevitably controlled, z. B. after a calculated or by measurement adjustable course as a function of the slip. In the case of regular regularity, the control can also take place as a function of time according to an adjustable program.
Now this control alone may not be sufficiently precise; Perhaps there are also controllers that have different tasks but interfere with one another through mutual interference. The latter can be the case when regulating the asynchronous machine to active or reactive power, since the regulating organs that are intended to act on one of these variables often also change the other to a certain extent. One reason for this can be the deviation from the proportionality and phase correspondence of currents and voltages in the excitation circuit caused by disturbance variables.
Since the fast regulators only have the task of regulating relatively small deviations of the actual value from the nominal value, if necessary, they can fulfill this task much easier, faster and more perfectly. In addition, relieving the high-speed regulators from a large part of the control work reduces the size and makes it cheaper.
These advantages come into play particularly when the rear commutator machine with stator excitation is designed as a so-called Scherbius machine or Lydall machine. Your arousal can be related in shunt.
However, the excitation circuit then leads to a slip frequency, which means that the regulation is associated with difficulties. If control organs are to be used, the excitation is usually obtained from the primary network, whereby the frequency is converted into slip frequency in a frequency converter and the excitation power it delivers is fed to the excitation winding of the commutator rear machine, if necessary with an interposed one multi-phase exciter;
It is advantageous to arrange the regulating organs in front of the frequency converter, i.e. in the circuit that carries the frequency of the primary network. In a particularly advantageous manner, the concept of the invention can be realized by not connecting the frequency converter directly or indirectly to the primary network, but rather feeding it via a synchronous generator that is in synchronism with the network, e.g.
B. as part of a synchronous-synchronous converter. The generator of the synchronous-synchronous converter can expediently be excited with two mutually perpendicular components, one of which at least approximately influences the active current or the slip or the speed of the asynchronous machine, and the other component at least approximately the reactive current or the power factor of the asynchronous machine. This is because it is possible in a relatively simple manner to achieve the excitation of this exciter generator according to the concept of the invention, since its circuits carry direct current.
The direct current allows the use of simple control elements and a superposition of excitation currents in the same windings. In this case, the excitation of the exciter generator is appropriately divided into a basic part and an additional part. The basic excitation is controlled in such a way that the asynchronous machine approximately follows the desired law, while the additional excitation is controlled by fast regulators in such a way that the deviations of the controlled variable of the asynchronous machine from the setpoint are compensated. Since the high-speed regulator in this case must act on direct current leading circuits, fast-acting control elements can be used in the additional excitation, z. B. such electronic cal type, tubes, magnetic amplifiers or the like chen.
As a result, control processes can also be carried out for which extremely high speed and accuracy are required. The exciter generator mentioned, which is in synchronism with the network, can also be divided into two or more generators, each of which contributes an excitation component for the commutator rear machine with the appropriate phase position. If two such generators are used, the electrical axes of which are perpendicular to one another, one generator can be used to regulate the active current, the other to regulate the reactive current of the asynchronous machine.
In Fig. 2 an exemplary embodiment of such a system operating according to the fiction, according to the method, is illustrated. Here, A again means the asynchronous machine connected to the network RST, which is mechanically coupled to a Scherbius machine <I> Sch </I> and a frequency converter F, while E represents the excitation machine for the Scherbius machine. What is left open is what happens to the mechanical performance of the asynchronous machine.
The frequency converter F is excited here by two synchronous generators G1 and G ″ whose electrical axes are perpendicular to one another and whose stator windings are connected in series. The condition is that both exciter generators are in synchronism with the network RST, which is here is accomplished by driving a synchronous motor M.
In this example it is assumed that the active power and the reactive power of the asynchronous machine A are to be regulated, let's say initially to constant, adjustable values. The excitation current of the Scherbius machine <I> Sch </I> will then have to vary depending on the size of the slip s of the asynchronous machine. The terminal voltage U on the slip rings of the frequency converter F will have to vary accordingly.
This terminal voltage can be broken down into two electrically perpendicular components which, in addition to the slip, also depend on the following two variables, one on the active power of the asynchronous machine, the other on its reactive power.
These relationships can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, where the curves show the course of the two components Uf. (dependent on active power) and U "(dependent on reactive power) represent the slip ring voltage of the frequency converter as a function of the slip s, for three different values of the active power of the asynchronous machine, namely curve <I> a </I> for idling, curve <I> b </I> for motorized half load, curve c for motorized full load while keeping the reactive power constant = 0.
In FIGS. 3 and 4, the right of the ordinate axis is subsynchronous operation and the left of it is oversynchronous operation. The component Ufr, (Fig. 3) changes greatly with the slip; When the active power changes, the Ufn <I> (s) </I> characteristic is shifted roughly in parallel. The component Uf, (Fig. 4) changes little with the slip; the characteristic Uf "<I> (s) </I> depends only slightly on the change in the active power.
Let us assume that the asynchronous machine A should run with full motor load every time it slips. The basic excitation will then be set up in such a way that it runs according to curves c in FIGS. The component Uff, may be introduced by the exciter G., and the component L1 "by the exciter G1.
The specification of the excitation should necessarily take place for the slip. For this purpose, the tachometer dynamos T1 and T2 are coupled to the asynchronous machine A and the exciter group (motor M). The voltage difference between T1 and T2 is proportional to the slip.
This differential voltage acts on the regulating elements R1 and R., for example via tubes, thyratrones or transducers, in such a way that the law described by curves C in FIGS. 3 and 4 is fulfilled. Since the correct current of the asynchronous machine is not always achieved with this basic excitation (e.g. the armature feedback in the synchronous generators G1 and G,), an additional excitation is provided which is controlled by high-speed regulators.
As a result, the active and reactive power of the asynchronous machine are regulated to the correct term, including for supplying the high-speed regulator z. B. the current transformer Wi and the voltage transformer W "can be used. These fast regulators act via regulating organs that can be constructed similarly to the basic excitation. Rapid regulators and regulating organs are indicated by R3 and R4. The regulating organs for basic and additional excitation can act on the field windings of the generators G1 and G2 in series or in parallel as required.
If a different real power is required on the asynchronous machine, the characteristic Ufp <I> (s) </I> (Fig. 3) can be shifted parallel to itself, e.g. B. by superimposing a constant pathogen component of the appropriate size and direction. Errors that arise because the individual characteristics according to FIG. 3 do not run exactly parallel to one another and that the characteristics Ufn according to FIG. 4 also do not remain unchanged, can be compensated for by the fast regulator.
You can proceed in a similar way to changing the set active power when changing the set reactive power. The possibility of setting the active and reactive power as desired means that one is now also able to apply a selectable law to these variables, which can be superimposed on the regulation described. As this law one can z. B. prescribe a function according to which the active or reactive power should run, such as a dependency on a mains voltage or a speed or any operating variable of an arbitrary nature, the nature of which may be electrical or not.
Basic excitation is provided in accordance with this law; the fast regulators control the additional excitation in such a way that the actual value corresponds to the setpoint and thus complies with the law.
If the asynchronous machine is coupled to a flywheel and is used for power buffering, and if, in addition, a periodically changing load is required on the shaft, the mean value of which one does not know in advance or cannot or does not want to determine precisely, then one can proceed as follows: d'asserting one or more load games to be carried out and the mean value to be calculated on the basis of these. This mean is prescribed as the law chosen. If the mean value changes during operation, it can be corrected accordingly.
If a periodically recurring load cycle occurs, a program for the timing of the excitation can also be set up for the basic excitation; you can then control the basic excitation according to this program depending on the time course.
The method according to the invention can be used in particular for converters for elastic Netzkupp ment, for asynchronous machines that are coupled as the sole Ma machine with a flywheel for power buffering in a network in order to reduce the fluctuations in power or frequency in this network (z. B . In a rolling mill) are used and used for converters with a flywheel, e.g.
B. as an Ilgner converter or as a converter to feed the magnetic excitation of an electrical accelerator (synchrotron, etc.).
