Wooden wall construction for wooden buildings. The present invention relates to a wooden wall structure for wooden structures, wel che an inner and an outer plank wall, which walls are held by corner posts and intermediate posts at a distance from one another, the planks are connected to each other and with the corner and intermediate posts by means of tongue and groove .
The corner and intermediate posts can protrude over the outer plank wall and carry an external circuit which encloses a cavity with the outer plank wall.
The planks can be glued under themselves and with the corner and intermediate posts, whereby only the part of the joints to be located towards the inside of the wall structure is designed as a glue joint, so that the glue joint penetrates through the tongue of the tongue and groove connections against a is protected from moisture.
In the drawing, for example, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown. 1 shows a diagrammatic representation and FIG. 2 shows the floor plan of a corner section of the wall construction.
1 is a corner post of the wall construction, on the four long sides guide strips 2, 2 'are attached, and l' are inter mediate posts. An outer wall formed by planks 3 joined together and connected to one another by means of springs 5 and an inner wall likewise formed by planks 3 'joined together and connected by means of springs 5 enclose a gap 4 with one another. and abut on the one hand on both sides of the guide rails 2 on the corner posts and on the other hand on the intermediate posts.
By engaging in the space 4 guide bar 2, the plank walls are prevented from moving against each other.
The plank walls are connected to the posts by tongue and groove. Intermediate post 1 'and corner post 1 together form the supporting structure of the plank walls and secure the position of the latter relative to one another. 6 are connecting or encircling belts, on which also in the cavities 4 engaging guide strips 2 'are attached.
The planks of the inner wall can be planed on the side facing the living room and shaped as desired, so that special paneling or interior cladding is unnecessary, or they are provided with a suitable wall covering or paneling that forms the interior wall of the room. Corner and intermediate posts 1, 1 'protrude over the outer surface of the outer plank wall, and carry an external circuit 7, which encloses a further cavity 8 with the outer plank wall.
The tongue and groove connection of the Boh len with each other and with the corner and intermediate posts enables the construction parts to be glued together in such a way that the glue joint is protected against the ingress of moisture. To achieve this, the gluing takes place only at the joint of the parts behind the springs 5 after the cavity 4, so that moisture access to the glue area is prevented by the springs 5 placed across the joints in front of the glue area.
Due to the double plank wall itself and its hollow spaces 4, 8 which are closed with the help of the outer formwork, very good thermal insulation properties are achieved. The external circuit 7 preventing the ingress of water is impregnated or coated with paint to repel water.
By filling the cavities 4, 8 with a suitable insulating material, the already good moisture insulation can be increased. as well as effective soundproofing can be achieved.
Corner posts, intermediate posts, planks, springs and guide strips can be made of soft or hard wood or, depending on the load, partly of hard or partly of soft wood.
