Rotary duplicator for printing at least part of a multi-line printing form. The invention relates to a rotary duplicator for printing at least part of a multi-line printing form, the lines of which run in the direction of rotation of a printing drum.
There are duplicating machines be known in which several line-wide dampening devices and a corresponding number of line-wide pressure rollers could be adjusted separately from each other parallel to the printing drum axis. However, this required a cumbersome drive, since a separate drive element each had to be available for the moistening devices and for the pressure rollers.
It is also known to arrange a line-wide to feuclit device and a line-wide to pressure roller together on a Lagervor direction and to adjust them axially. However, this device had the disadvantage that its axial. Adjustment due to their relatively large weight, a large force was necessary, which required a large pulling weight or an extremely strong spring.
It is also known, parallel to the printing I drum axis, a number of axially non-adjustable printing devices corresponding to the full number of lines of the printing form, each consisting of a line-width moistening; device and a line-wide pressure roller to be arranged. This extremely complicated construction also required separate switching elements for the pressure roller and the moistening device in order to bring them into and out of the working position.
These deficiencies can be remedied by the rotary duplicator according to the invention in that it is characterized in that a single, at most axially adjustable pressure roller and at least one of these smaller, but at least one-line wide, adjustable transfer devices are arranged parallel to the printing drum axis . The only pressure roller can either be adjustable in its axial direction or extend to the entire width of the Druelz-form.
1 to 5 illustrate schematic representations of exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
1 shows a rotary duplicator with a pressure roller b extending over the entire width of the printing form, which is rotatably mounted on an axis d directed parallel to the diicectrometric axis c and has a line width moistening supply line e which is adjustable in the same direction. 1'm to prevent the non-moistened lines of the original from being printed under heavy pressure,
adjustable blinds g are provided parallel to the pressure axis. These can, for example, consist of one or more cover sheets or a cover template with cutouts.
Fig.? shows the same design, but with two adjustment devices e and h which can be adjusted to one another and parallel to the printing drum c.
3 shows a pressure roller b adjustable parallel to the pressure roller c, the width of the pressure mold, and several moistening devices e, Ir, and i which can be adjusted parallel to the same axis c. These can also be individually brought into and out of the working position by pivoting relative to the printing drum, so that the deactivated moistening devices do not rest on the sheet to be printed.
In addition, a concealment device g for covering parts of the original is arranged in a displaceable manner parallel to the pressure relief arm c.
Fig. 4 shows a necessary par allel to the Drucktrommelaehse c adjustable pressure roller b of the width of the printing form and several axially non-adjustable. Line or section width humidifying devices e, which can optionally be swiveled into the working position. The common for several dampening devices to pressure roller b can possibly only reach over half of the printing drum, and can be adjusted axially by its entire length.
The Vorrich lines shown in Fig. 1 to 4 work in such a way that the Anfeueht- vorriehtungen zii the Zei len to be printed parallel or perpendicular to the drum axis are set and placed on the sheet to be printed and the same line when the sheet passes between the printing drum and pressure roller - or moisten in sections.
Instead of the devices described in FIGS. 1 to 4, finite humidifying devices for the sheets to be printed can of course also be inking devices for the printing forms.
It is also completely irrelevant here whether the sheets to be printed are moistened from above or below.
Fig. 5 shows a rotary duplicator with a on the printing drum a in the direction of Rich direction of the axis c adjustably attached printing form f, z. B. be made of a metal foil. The printing forin f is pushed under a second printing forme h., Which has a text i at its left end. The printing drum a works together finitely with a pressure roller b, which is adjusted depending on the number of lines to be printed by the printing forme f. A stripper k keeps the part of the sheet that is not to be printed away from the printing forme f.
The printing forms f and h are represented by lines and respectively. section-wide ink rollers l colored, which are pivoted perpendicular to the printing drum shaft c. The inking rollers 1 are brought into contact with the inking distribution roller in each operation in order to take up ink, which in turn receives the ink from a roller n.
The duplicator shown is used for the simultaneous printing of a constant text on the Drnek form lt and any text that changes as required on the printing form f. The desired number of lines can be determined by appropriate selection of a number of inking rollers 1 . The embodiment shown can also be modified so that instead of the many line-wide inking rollers 1 which can be pivoted perpendicular to the axis c, an inking roller is provided which is adjustable in the direction of the axis c and can optionally also be switched on and off, line-wide or section-wide.
Here at the printing forme f can then stand still and the printing forme h can be adjusted if necessary.
