Mittels der Antriebswelle 1 werden das Zylindergehäuse 5 und die Sehiefscheibe 18 im Sinne des Pfeils 44 in Fig. 4 in Um drehung versetzt. Falls die Achse der Schief scheibe 18 des Schwenkrahmens 15 in der Achse der Antriebswelle 1 liegt, werden die Kolben 29 in ihren Bohrungen 20 nicht hin- und herbewegt;
die Fördermenge der Pumpe ist gleich Null. Wenn die Sehiefscheibe 18 mittels des Schwenkrahmens 15 in der Nor- malrichtung entsprechend Eig. 1 aus der Achse der Antriebswelle 1 herausgeschwenkt wird, werden die Pumpenkolben 29 hin- und herbewegt;
Fluid transmission with rotating cylinders, the calves of which are moved to and fro by means of a scvief disk. The invention relates to a fluid gear with revolving cylinders which are pressed against a control surface arranged opposite them, provided with a suction and a pressure slot, and the revolving pistons of which are moved back and forth by an angularly adjustable, also rotating swashplate.
Transmissions of this type consist, for example, of a pump part and a motor part, which are designed essentially the same. It is also possible to use only the pump or only the motor part of these transmissions. For example, the pump part can advantageously be used for the hydraulic drive of any machines, for example machine tools.
In the known transmissions of this type, the cylinder body is pivotable angeord net, wherein it is pressed by the pressure inside the individual cylinder against a control surface which is arranged on a pivot frame. In practice, however, the swivel frame cannot be made so strong as not to be. sags with increasing pressures of the work equipment. As a result, the surface of the control plate that was flat until then becomes more or less crooked, so that the cylinder spaces of the cylinder body pressed against the control surface can no longer be properly sealed to the outside.
Even a slight leak is sufficient even at high pressures that the pressurized working fluid between the control surface and the opposite surface of the cylinder body is pushed through and the cylinder body is completely lifted off the control surface. Another disadvantage of the known fluid transmission, which has an effect in the same direction, is that at least the pressure line must be passed through the hollow interior of a pin of the swivel frame.
This initially reduces the rigidity and strength of the swivel frame, which in turn increases the risk that the control surface will bend under the influence of high pressures of the working medium. The implementation of the working medium through the hollow interior of a pin of the swivel frame also tends to lead to operational difficulties and inconveniences at high pressures. The control surface itself must be scraped, which encounters difficulties in the swivel frame. Apart from the fact that the production costs are increased in this way, there is the risk that the control surface will not be properly scraped.
According to the invention, the disadvantages described can be eliminated by the fact that the control surface is firmly attached to the bearing body, which is arranged in a stationary manner, of the on or. From the drive shaft is provided and the bearings for the swivel frame including swash plate are formed by a separate bearing block, which was only subsequently connected to the workpiece forming the control surface and the bearing for the shaft mentioned. In this way, the possibility of the control surface bending under the influence of high pressures in the working medium can be completely avoided. It is also possible now that this swivel frame bends.
However, this deflection no longer has any adverse effect on the control surface. Not only the pressure and the Sanbeschlitz of the control surface are located in the resting body of the bearing and bezw. Output shaft, but also the suction channel and the pressure channel, so that there are no difficulties with the supply and discharge of the work medium. In this way, the pistons and cylinder spaces are closer to the machine frame, so that the risk of vibrations is reduced and the entire transmission is more stable.
This can be supported insofar as, in the case of the invention, in the housing for mounting the attachments. Output shaft no pressure laser needs to be seen to absorb the piston forces, by which the cylinder block is pressed against the control surface.
Characterized in that a special bearing bracket is provided for the swivel frame of the swashplate, which is only subsequently connected to the control surface and the bearing for the Anbezw. If the component forming the output shaft is connected, the control surface can be machined without difficulty. In order to further facilitate this, the control surface is expediently provided on a projection of your workpiece.
In this way, a Zen trier approach for the bearing block for the swivel frame of the swash plate can be created.
In general, an electric motor or a so-called geared motor is used to drive the like fluid transmission, in which the latter the generally mechanical transmission is built into the housing of the electric motor. In such a case, the drive-side end shield of the motor is expediently used at the same time to form the control surface and to position the drive shaft of the fluid gear that is connected to the motor armature. the output shaft of the motor gearbox consists of one piece. In this way, the overall length is shortened.
A special coupling between the drive shaft of the fluid gear and the armature dent is thus eliminated .. and the pistons of the fluid gear are closer to the machine frame, so that the whole device is more stable and the risk of vibrations from the pump piston is reduced becomes. Any vibrations that occur are also dampened by the mass of the armature.
The speeds and the work equipment pressures of such transmissions are very high. so that suddenly the individual rotating working cylinder after they have been separated from the suction slot. be associated with the pressure slot. The pressurized fluid then suddenly enters the cylinder space, which easily results in shocks in the machine, vibrations and uneven running of the machines. To overcome these disadvantages, it has already proposed to provide extension grooves at the two ends of the pressure slot, which keep the cylinder spaces for a while in a throttled connection with the pressure slot.
In general, these extension grooves are designed in such a way that their cross-section gradually decreases after the suction slot. It was hoped in this way that, at the beginning of the pressure stroke, the pressure prevailing in the pressure seal and the adjacent spaces would only be gradually transferred to the spaces of the individual cylinders. In a corresponding way, the extension groove attached to the outlet from the pressure slot is intended to ensure that the spaces of the individual cylinders are only gradually separated from the pressure slot and the adjoining pressure spaces.
In the present transmission, the suction slot at the end where the spaces of the rotating cylinders are separated from it expediently has an extension groove directed against the end of the pressure slot, which extends the cylinder spaces for a while beyond the outer dead center of the piston Holds suction seat in a preferably throttled connection. An extension groove at the entry into the pressure slot is omitted here.
The forward movement of the piston during the transition from the suction slot to the pressure slot is extremely small. The path between the end of the suction slot and the beginning of the pressure slot is so large for practical reasons. that at the beginning of the orbital movement after leaving the suction slot there is still one. slight return movement of the piston takes place, which results in an, if only slight, vacuum in the cylinder.
If no extension grooves at all or extension grooves are arranged in a known manner at the beginning of the pressure slot, suddenly the pressurized working fluid beats BEZW from the pressure slot. its extension groove back into the working cylinder, in which there is a slight vacuum. The result is a strong blow, which results in the above-described defects in the running of the machine.
In fact, the pressures in the pressure slot and the adjoining spaces are far too high for a gradual transfer of the pressure in the pressure slots to the cylinder space through an extension groove at the beginning of the pressure slot. The fact that an extension groove is arranged at the end of the suction slot, which keeps the cylinder spaces in connection with the suction slot beyond the dead center, is achieved in any case,
that during the entire suction stroke of the piston, its cylinder spaces are in communication with the suction slot. The creation of a vacuum in the cylinder spaces is therefore no longer possible.
Due to the fact that the extension groove arranged at the end of the suction slot is so long that the cylinder spaces are still in connection with the suction slot beyond the dead center of the pistons, the piston even presses a very small amount of work medium into the for a brief moment Intake suction slot, which is a guarantee that no vacuum arises in the cylinder.
If now the cylinder chamber comes into contact with the pressure slot, the working fluid under pressure in the pressure slot cannot suddenly plunge into the cylinder chamber, since the cylinder chamber is already fully filled with pressurized working fluid.
It has been found that these considerations are correct and that a machine designed in this way runs much smoother than the known machines of this type.
The connection created by the extension groove at the end of the suction slot between the individual cylinder spaces and the suction slot is preferably throttled; In this way, it is sufficient that the individual pistons beyond their dead center can only push the fluid back into the suction slot by overcoming a certain resistance.
This ensures that the cylinder spaces are completely filled with the fluid before they are connected to the pressure spaces.
Z- # veekmässigerweis @ e is again to be provided in a known way at the end of the pressure slot, a transverse groove. It is also advisable to make the cross-section of the extension groove attached to the end of the suction slot essentially the same over its entire length. The purpose of this extension groove is only to keep the spaces of the individual cylinders connected to the Saubesehlitz for a certain time. Any gradually decreasing throttling is not necessary here.
In contrast, the cross section of the extension groove attached at the end of the pressure slot expediently decreases gradually after the start of the suction slot, since the purpose of this groove is to gradually remove the spaces of the individual cylinders from the pressure slot and the adjoining ones Separate spaces.
The accompanying drawing shows various exemplary embodiments of the invention. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the pump part of a gear unit according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a section along line II-II in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a section along line III-III in FIG. 2, FIG. G. 4 is a view of the control mirror, FIG. 5 is partly a longitudinal section, partly a view of another embodiment of the invention,
in which the drive-side end shield of an electric motor driving the pump of the gearbox is used at the same time with a bearing for the drive shaft of the pump and is provided with a control surface for the pump.
The drive shaft 1, which is driven by an electric motor, not shown, is rotatably mounted in the bearing housing 2 by means of a La gerbuchse 3 and a roller bearing 26. A cylinder housing 5 is firmly attached to it by means of a spring 4 and groove, which is pressed against a control surface 8 provided on the bearing housing with the aid of a spring 6, which lies against the cylinder housing 5 on the one hand and against a ring 7 fastened on the drive shaft 1 on the other becomes.
A bearing block 10 with two bearings 11, 12 is attached to the bearing housing 2 with the help of an annular flange 9, which is centered by a projection facing the circular control surface 8, around the bearing pin 13, 14 of which a pivot frame 15 is rotatably mounted .
A pin 16 is fastened centrally in the swivel frame 15, on which a swash plate 18 is rotatably mounted with the aid of two ball bearings 17. The swash plate is also supported against the swivel frame 15 by means of a ball pressure bearing 19.
In the cylinder housing 5, seven cylinder bores 20 are provided on a circle centered on the axis of the drive shaft 1 in the exemplary embodiment. In general, an uneven number of cylinder bores are preferably to be seen, for example five, seven or nine. These cylinder bores merge into slots 21 which, with respect to the axis of the drive shaft, lie on the same radius as a suction slot 22 and a pressure slot 23 which end at one end in the control surface 8. Preferably, the slots 21, the @ Sa, ugesehlitz 22 and the pressure slot 23 have the same width.
The suction seat 22 is in communication with a suction channel 24 also provided in the cylinder housing 2, to which the suction line is connected. In a corresponding manner, the pressure slot 23 is connected to a pressure slot 25 provided in the bearing housing 2, from which the pressure line extends. The roller bearing 26 is held in the housing with the aid of a cover 27 in which a sealing device 28 is included.
In each of the cylinder bores 20, a piston 29 is displaceably mounted, on each of which a connecting rod or a link 30 engages in an articulated manner with the aid of a ball head 31. A two-part socket 32, 33 is used to mount the ball head on each of the pistons.
In a corresponding manner, each of the links 30 is articulated in the swash plate 18 with the aid of a ball head 34 and a two-part socket 35, 36.
The swash plate 18 is taken along by the drive shaft 1 by means of a sliding block 37 which is slidably mounted in a rectangular recess in the swash plate 18. The shaft 1 engages with a flattened end 38 in the sliding block. one. The recess of the sliding block 37 provided for the flattened end of the drive shaft is closed by a cover 39 firmly connected to the sliding block.
The sliding block cover 39 is kept in constant contact with the front end of the flattened head of the drive shaft 38 by means of a ball 41 loaded by means of a spring 40. The narrow side of the flattened head is, as shown at 43, rounded in the form of a spherical surface, -whose center at the intersection of the axis of the drive shaft 1 and the axis of the pivot pin 13, 14 is located.
The center line 42 of the suction slot 22 and the pressure slot 23 is parallel to the axis of the swivel frame 15 of the swash plate 18. Both slots extend from this center line to both sides and end at a certain distance from the center line perpendicular to it, thus the slot 21, the length of which is approximately equal to the diameter of the cylinder bores 20, not simultaneously with the suction slot 22 and the pressure slot 23 in Ver connection.
It is assumed that the cylinder body 5 rotates in the direction of the arrow 44 during operation. At the end 45 of the suction slot 22, at which the connection of the individual circumferential cylinder spaces is interrupted with the suction slot, an extension groove 46 is seen in front, which is so long that the slots 21 are still in communication with her when,
the pistons 29 have already reached a little beyond the outer dead center: at the outlet 47 from the pressure groove. a corresponding extension groove 48 seen before. While the groove 46 essentially has the same cross section over its entire length, the cross section of the extension groove 48 decreases towards the beginning 49 of the suction slot.
In addition, the control surface has, in a known manner, annular recesses 50, 51, between which the control slots 22 and 23 are arranged. In this ring-shaped recesses blocks 52, 53 are left standing, the front surface of which is inclined gradually sloping in a known manner towards the base of the annular recesses 50, 51.
In. the annular recesses 50, 51 of the .Steuerfläche ends each with a bore 54 respectively. 55, through which lubricating oil is supplied to the control surface via a common supply line 56. Each of the connecting rods 30 has a longitudinal bore 57 which is in communication with the cylinder chamber 20 via a longitudinal bore 58 provided in each piston 29.
A spring-loaded check valve 59 that opens after the longitudinal bore 57 is installed in the longitudinal bore 58. In the socket part 35, a lubricant 60 is also provided, which is in communication with a bore 61 from: the sliding block. 37 and the bearing head 38 is lubricated via a bore 62. Further bores 63 start from the socket halves 35 in order to lubricate the roller bearings 17 and 19.
By means of the drive shaft 1, the cylinder housing 5 and the viewing disc 18 are set in rotation in the direction of arrow 44 in FIG. If the axis of the swash plate 18 of the pivot frame 15 lies in the axis of the drive shaft 1, the pistons 29 are not moved back and forth in their bores 20;
the delivery rate of the pump is zero. When the visual disk 18 by means of the swivel frame 15 in the normal direction according to Eig. 1 is pivoted out of the axis of the drive shaft 1, the pump pistons 29 are moved back and forth;
the more the swash plate is swiveled out, the greater the stroke of the pump piston and the greater the delivery rate of the pump. The direction of delivery of the pump is reversed when the swash plate is swiveled in the other direction beyond the axis of the drive shaft. This condition does not correspond to the normal condition for which the gearbox was built.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, an electric motor driving the pump is denoted by 64, the armature shaft 65 of which consists of one piece with the drive shaft for the pump. In the drive-side bearing plate 66, a suction channel 67 and a pressure channel 68 are provided, which merge into a suction slot 69 and a pressure slot 70 in a manner that corresponds to the embodiment according to FIGS.
The two slots open into a control surface 71 against which the cylinder block 72 is pressed. The storage of the shaft 65 by means of a bush 73 and a roller bearing 74 corresponds to that of the Ausfüh tion: shape according to FIGS. 1 to 4. Otherwise there are no differences between the embodiment according to FIG. 5 and that according to FIGS. 1 to 4.
