Tensioner for continuous textile threads. The invention relates to a tensioner with an electromagnetic thread brake for continuous textile threads, e.g. B. Spooling and other textile machines. Tensioners, which regulate the thread tension automatically by means of a sensing element actuated by the thread, so that irregularities in the run of the thread from the bobbin or another supply source are avoided and it is processed with a uniform thread tension, are already known; however, in the known designs, the thread tension is used directly to control the thread brake.
Invention according to the thread is in a tensioner with electromagnetic thread brake around the pivot point of an angle lever and a bolt mounted at the free end of a leg of the angle lever and guided through an adjustable eyelet, while the free end of the second leg in turn the circuit of the electromagnetic Thread brake influenced. 1-4 of the drawings show ver different embodiments of the inven tion in schematic representation.
In all figures, S is a pay-off bobbin, from which a thread F runs through an eyelet 1 and an electromagnetic thread brake with the movable tensioner disk 2 as well as via a button 3 designed as an angle lever and through another eyelet 4 to the winding element (not shown). The yarn wraps around the fixed point of rotation 5 of the angle lever 3 and is guided around a bolt 6 superimposed on the free end of the leg 3 and then angled depending on the position of the adjustable eyelet 4 in the guide slot 7.
In Fig. 1, the button 3 formed as an angle lever is formed on one side as a con tact 8, which can close a circuit with Gegenkon clock 9. The tension spring 10 pulls contact in one direction. The magnet l @ I is fed by a current source 11. If necessary, a capacitor 12 is parallel to the contacts? switched for the purpose of spark detachment.
The button 3 in FIG. 2 is also designed as an angle lever which, with the end part 13 of its second leg, points to a resistance body 14, e.g. B. layered carbon platelets, which have different conductivity at changeable contact pressure, acts.
In Fig. 3, the angle lever 3 carries a soft iron armature 15. Opposite this is a U-shaped soft iron core 16 which carries a primary coil 17 and two secondary coils 18.
The button according to FIG. 4 also carries a soft iron armature, which in turn is opposed to a U-shaped soft iron core 16 which, however, has only one primary coil 17.
The mode of operation of all shown A directions is as follows: If the desired wire tension, which is scanned in all cases by the button 3, is exceeded, this initiates a change in the current flow through the illagneten 31 by the free end of its second leg the circuit of electromagnetic thread brake, so that if the thread tension is too high, the magnetic current is smaller, if the thread tension is too low, it is greater.
In Fig. 1, control is only carried out between a maximum value and a minimum value; H. If the permissible thread tension is exceeded, the contact opens and thus releases the movable tensioning disk 2 of the magnet 111. If the tension is low again, the circuit of the magnet is closed. In Fig. 2, the contact pressure of the lever end part 13 on the carbon platelets is smaller, the greater the thread tension.
If the contact pressure is low, the carbon platelets offer greater resistance to the current flowing through; the current flow is thus restricted and the magnet voltage is reduced. When the yarn becomes slack, the tension spring 10 presses the carbon platelets together more tightly, thereby increasing the conductivity and thus the magnet or Thread tension. In Fig. 3, the button is provided with a soft iron operator 15 which, depending on the size of the wire tension, is more or less removed from the fork-shaped iron core 16.
If the thread tension is smallest, the train spring 10 will bring the soft iron anchor 1.5 very close to the fork-shaped soft iron core 16. In this U-shaped soft iron core, the primary coil 17 generates a line of force flow whose number of lines of force is greater. the smaller the distance between the '\\' iron anchor 1.5 of 16.
This flux of lines of force, which depends on the position of the soft iron armature 15, in turn generates a current in the secondary coils 18 (transformer), which thus feeds the magnet 31 as a function of the position of the button.
The embodiment according to FIG. 4 is similar. However, the retroactive effect of the force line flow, which is variable through the lake of the soft iron armature 16, on the current strength of the circuit 16 has been used to actuate the 3Ia. The current strength of the circuit 19 is greater, the smaller the self-induction of the primary coil 17 is.
With a large distance between the soft iron armature 15, the flow of lines of force into your U-shaped - \ Veicheisenkern 16 is smallest and thus the self-induction of the primary coil 17 is low. The current strength in circuit 19 is therefore greatest in this situation. In all exemplary embodiments, each undervoltage of the thread increases the magnetic tension and thus the contact pressure of the movable tensioner disk 2, while each over tension of the thread relieves the tension on the tensioner disk 2, which regulates the thread tension.
A setting of the thread tension to which one is regulated. is possible by changing the position of the eyelet 4 in the slot 7, where is changed by the LTmschlingungswinkel around the Ta ster.
