Klappankermagnet

Fig. 1 zeigt den erfindungsgemässen Klappankermagnet in Ansicht, Fig. 2 in Perspektive.

Hinged armature magnet
It is customary to use electromagnets to operate the contact device in contactors of conventional design. These electromagnets can now be equipped with lifting or hinged armatures.
Hinged armature electromagnets can now be used in various embodiments. So was z. B. a hinged armature construction is known in which the magnetic core has no pole shoes,
EMI1.1
Nes attached cylindrical pole pieces and the arrangement of the armature axis of rotation parallel to the excitation coil axis is known.
As a further advance over the known prior art, the present invention was created in the effort to produce a certain magnetic force effect with a relatively small excitation current. The invention thus relates to a hinged armature magnet for contactors or the like, in which the armature can be pivoted about an axis of rotation parallel to the excitation coil axis and which carries the excitation coil.

and hinged armatures provided with V-shaped recesses corresponding to the pole shoe shape interact.
The magnet design according to the invention has the advantage over the hinged armature magnet constructions already described that the magnetic leakage flux of the active magnet part, that is to say the pole calm, can be kept very small compared to the air gap flux. Furthermore, it is advantageous to arrange the hinged armature axis of rotation parallel to the excitation coil axis in such a way that the two lever arms of the resulting magnetic forces of both effective hinged armature surfaces are the same, as this means the same average air gap and thus the same high induction on the magnetically active surfaces when the hinged armature is in the pulled-in state is achieved. The forces acting on both surfaces can then simply be added, the armature is kept even and the torque ratio is optimal.
The subject matter of the invention is to be explained in more detail using an example using the drawings.
1 shows the hinged armature magnet according to the invention in a view, FIG. 2 in perspective. 1 with the V-shaped pole shoes, with 2 the magnetic core of any, here circular cross-section. The core 2 with winding 3 is connected to its pole pieces 1 by means of screws 8. As already mentioned, the drawings show a magnetic core of circular cross-section. Of course, the cross section of the core can have any shape or be the same as the pole pieces.
The connection between core and pole shoe can be centric or, as shown in the drawing, eccentric. Furthermore, it is often advantageous not to make the connection between the core and the pole piece rigid but to be flexible in two degrees of freedom, i.e. H. that the core has an eccentric cylindrical extension with a slot, via which a rotary movement of the magnetic core relative to the pole piece is made possible.
Of course, care must be taken that an unintentional loosening of the aforementioned magnetic parts from one another is reliably avoided by means of known constructions.
The actual hinged armature magnet 7 is connected to an auxiliary structure 5 with the aid of the screws 6.

bound, which is arranged around the axis 4 Drehbewelic.'. The axis 4 is rigid in space
Setting 9 stored. 9 also holds the stationary magnet part l via the fastening screws 10, with the gate 9 being in two parts because of the exciter winding 3 attached to the magnet core and with the
Pole shoes 1 is connected. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the pivot point of the hinged armature is selected such that the directions of force of the resulting magnetic forces of the two effective hinged armature surfaces are at the same distance r from them.
In order to avoid sticking of the hinged armature to the fixed magnetic part, z. B. still
Brass glue sticks or similar, known anti-sticking measures are provided.
