Elektrische Kleinmaschine.
Kegelrad 14 in Eingriff isst.
Small electric machine. The invention relates to a small electrical machine and is characterized by a drive tretvoirrichtung to be actuated by rocking movements of the feet of an operator, the drive movements of which are carried by drive elements effective in only one direction of rotation via a translation gear on .the rotor of the generator so that the operator is standing with her feet can generate electricity while her hands are free for other activities.
On the accompanying drawing is an embodiment of the subject invention; illustrated. It is: FIG. 1 a side view and FIG. 2 a horizontal section of the same. Fig. 3, 4 and 5 show details each in cross section along the lines III, III, IV-IV and V-V of FIG. 2 on a larger scale.
Figures 6 and 7 show two views in use of the machine. The small electrical machine shown has an elongated two-part housing 1, 2 of a rectangular plan shape, which is to lie on the floor for use of the machine. At one end part, a power generator (generator) 3 is installed in the lower part of the housing.
In each longitudinal side wall of the housing is a same penetrating axis 4 BEZW. 4a loosely, rotatably mounted. On the outer end part now carries axis 4 respectively. 4a a rocker firmly connected to it, that is a two-armed pedal lever 5 respectively. 52 for placing one foot each of the operator, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7.
The operator positions himself to drive the machine with both feet on the two rockers 5 and 5a and actuates the same by alternating rocking movements of the two feet. Within the housing, each axle carries 4 respectively. 4a firmly attached to her a lever 7 respectively. 7a with attached gear segment 8 respectively. 8a. At the other end of the.
Housing: In the longitudinal side walls of the same a shaft 9 is gela- fied, which with the segments 8 and 8a in engagement gears 10 and 10a .lose rotatably carries.
With the gears 10 and 10a each one coupling half of a one-way clutch 11, 12 respectively. 11a, 12a in one piece. The coupling halves 12 and 112a are firmly seated on the shaft 9 and only transmit the rotary movement of the inner coupling halves 11 and 11, respectively, indicated by an arrow in FIG. lla on the shaft 9.
In addition to the freewheel clutch half 12, a bevel gear 13 sits on the shaft 9, with one. Bevel gear 14 is engaged. The rotary movement of the shaft 9 is transmitted to the 'bevel gear' 13 with the aid of a spring coupling formed from a torsion spring 15, which with its one,
End of my incision 16 of the part 12a and with its other end engages in an incision 17 of the bevel gear 13. With the help of the spring clutch 15, the irregularities in the rotation of the shaft 9,
which result from any irregular actuation of rockers 5 and 5a are practically compensated. The bevel gear 14 is firmly seated on an axle pin 18 of a planetary gear bell housing 19 with internal teeth. The axle journal 18 rests in a ball bearing 20.
Three pins 22 protrude into the bell 19 from a bearing frame 31 opposite this.
The pinion 25 sits loosely rotatably running an intermediate shaft 26 which rests in a bearing 27 let into the bottom of the bell 19 and in a bearing 28 of the bearing frame 21. A rotary star 29 is fixedly connected to the pinion 25 and carries a planet gear 31 on each of three pins 30.
The planet gears 31 are in engagement with the internal teeth of the bell 19 and with a second pinion 32 of the intermediate shaft 26, on which the pinion 32 is firmly seated. The drive of the shaft 26 is thus carried out by the bell 19 via the wheels 24, the pinion 25, the rotary star 29, the planetary gears 31 and the pinion 32. The shaft 26 carries a slip clutch drum, 33; the friction blocks 34 of three levers 35 are pressed against the inner lateral surface thereof.
The levers 35 are mounted on laterally protruding pins 36 of a disk 38 that is fixed on the rotor shaft 37 of the generator 3. This carries a spring housing 39 which is rotatably fastened to it and in which a spiral spring 40 is arranged.
The inner end of the spiral spring is in an opening of a hollow hub 41 of the disk 38 and! the outer end is hooked into an opening in the jacket wall of the spring housing 39. This works with three rollers 42 arranged on its outer circumference
Spring housing 39 under the influence of spring 40 on an inclined surface 43 of lever 35 to the outside,
so that they are pressed against the inner wall of the drum 33 with the friction blocks 34 under a certain pressure and take along the disk 38 with the rotor shaft of the generator. By turning the spring housing 39,
in relation to the disc 38, the pressure of the rollers 42 on the levers 35 and thus the frictional pressure of the latter on the drum 33 can be regulated. At a predetermined speed, the centrifugal weights act as the lever arms of the levers 85 to counteract the friction blocks 34 so strongly that they begin to slide on the inner wall of the drum 33. This slip clutch thus causes the generator to run at a constant speed, e.g.
B. at 4000 revolutions, per minute, is driven, even if the drive of the shaft 9 takes place at a higher speed than necessary:
At a; The test model was the transmission ratio of the gear segments $ or. 8a and the gears 10 respectively. 10a e0, selected that with 60 drive movements per minute of each rocker a speed of rotation of the shaft 9 of 80 T / min is achieved.
On the other hand, the gear ratio in the planetary gear is selected to be 1: 51.8 so that its output speed is. the aforementioned drive speed 4144 T / min be. By appropriately setting the spring housing 3.9, however, as already indicated, the pressure of its rollers 42 on the lever 35 can be regulated in such a way that the generator is driven at a maximum speed of 4000 T / min.
By a further stage in the planetary gear or by a second, planetary gear, the gear ratio between the shaft 9 and the generator could be increased if necessary.
The electrical Kleinma machine described is intended to be the electrical necessary for radio equipment; Generate electricity by the radio operator himself driving the machine by rocking his feet and while pedaling that! Can talk to the microphone and take notes. Against known! Machines of the same power, which are driven with a pedal device according to the type available on bicycles with the help of a special frame, the machine described has the advantage of significantly smaller space requirements and Ge weight.
