Gefäss ffir die Pflanzenanzucht.
Um Jungpflanzen heranzuziehen und ihnen wÏhrend der Anzucht und beim Verpflanzen ein störungsfreies Wachstum zu ermöglichen, sind Gefässe oder Töpfe aus verschiedenem Material und mit verschiedenem Aufbau im Gebrauch. Vor allem eignen sich unzerbrechliche und leichte Topfe, weil sie für den Transport und die Arbeit vorteilhaft sind, und solche, die ein Verpflanzen samt den Topfen erlauben, wobei dieselben in der Erde verrotten und Dung bilden und demzufolge aus sehr billigem Material sein müs- sen. Vorliegende Erfindung erlaubt, alle diese Anforderungen zu erf llen.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein GefäB für die Pflanzenanzucht, welches sich dadurch auszeichnet, daB es mindestens zum Teil aus Pflanzenblättern und derart hergestellt ist, dass seine Wandung luft-und wasserdurchlässig ist.
Die fertigen Gefässe oder die Pflanzenblätter können mit einer chemischen Lösung gesättigt sein, zum Zwecke, die Verrottung zu verzögern oder zu beschleunigen ; die Lösung kann auch Pflanzennährstoffe enthalten, um die Pflanze in vermehrtem MaBe zu ernähren.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass die Blätter der Maisfrucht für die Herstellung der Gefässe vortrefflich geeignet sind. Die Blätter werden mit Vorteil durch Bindemittel zur ge wünschten Form zusammengefügt. Weil die erwähnten BlÏtter stark und starr sind, beharren sie in dieser einmal gegebenen Form.
Bei grossen Gefässen können dieselben zur Verstärkung ein starres Gerippe aus Holz, Metall usf. besitzen.
Beiliegende Zeichnung veranschaulicht zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes.
Fig. 1 zeigt ein Gefäss mit einem starren Gerippe a aus Holz ; b sind die vertikal angeordneten Pflanzenblätter und c die Stelle, wo dieselben mit einem Bindemittel am Gerippe befestigt sind.
Fig. 2 zeigt ein Gefäss ohne ein Ver stärkungsgerippe. a, bezeichnet die berein ander gehefteten, als Verstärkung dienenden Blatte, b die vertikal angeordneten Pflanzenblätter und c die Stelle, wo dieselben mit einem Bindemittel an den Blättern a1 be f estigt sind.
Beide Gefässe sind derart hergestellt, dass ihre Wandungen luft-und wasserdurehlässig sind.

In order to raise young plants and to enable them to grow without disturbances during cultivation and transplanting, vessels or pots made of different materials and with different structures are used. Above all, unbreakable and light pots are suitable because they are advantageous for transport and work, and those that allow transplanting with the pots, which rot in the earth and form manure and must therefore be made of very cheap material . The present invention enables all of these requirements to be met.
The subject matter of the present invention is a vessel for plant cultivation, which is characterized in that it is made at least partly from plant leaves and in such a way that its wall is permeable to air and water.
The finished vessels or the plant leaves can be saturated with a chemical solution for the purpose of delaying or accelerating rotting; the solution can also contain plant nutrients to provide increased nutrition for the plant.
It has been shown that the leaves of the maize fruit are excellently suited for the production of the vessels. The sheets are advantageously joined together to form the desired shape using binding agents. Because the mentioned leaves are strong and rigid, they persist in this form, once given.
In the case of large vessels, they can have a rigid framework made of wood, metal, etc.
The accompanying drawing illustrates two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a vessel with a rigid frame a made of wood; b are the vertically arranged plant leaves and c the place where they are attached to the framework with a binding agent.
Fig. 2 shows a vessel without a reinforcement frame Ver. a, denotes the sheets stapled together and used as reinforcement, b the vertically arranged plant leaves and c the point where they are fastened to the leaves a1 with a binding agent.
Both vessels are manufactured in such a way that their walls are permeable to air and water.
