Work table on a machine tool having a work spindle, which is pivotable to the work spindle. With a work spindle having machine tools of various types, z. B. Vertical or horizontal milling machines, one uses already swiveling call clamping plates, which allow the work piece to be brought to the tool in the required veränder union position.
With the previously known swivel tables, however, it is not regularly possible, please include to swivel the bell chuck by any angle up to <B> 360 '</B> without the bell chuck itself or the clamped work piece anywhere, for example on the Milling head or on the tool.
The subject of the invention is a work table on a work spindle having the machine tool, which is pivotable to the work spindle. The same differs from the known arrangements in that the call clamping plate rests pivotably on a frame, which in turn can be pivoted about a swing axis relative to the work spindle, which in the working position of the clamping plate is mounted in a bearing open to one side, that it can be folded downwards out of this bearing after the frame has been tilted, the frame with the ring clamping plate rotating further downwards about a locking screw lying parallel to the pivot axis.
This locking screw is advantageously adjustable along an arcuate slot which runs concentrically to the rest position of the oscillation axis.
In an advantageous embodiment, the pin forming the oscillation axis can slide along an arcuate guide after exiting the bearing, its outer end position being determined by a stop such that the ring clamping plate is perpendicular to its working position when the pin is in this end position.
The invention makes it possible to build a work table in which a pivoting of the platen up to an angle of 360 is also possible in those cases in which the platen is rectangular in shape and is of considerable size, or in which a particularly large work piece is stretched on it.
An embodiment of the swivel ble clamping table according to the invention is shown schematically in the drawing in three different positions.
Fig. 1 shows a side view in the working position; Fig. 2 shows an intermediate position, Fig. 3 shows the position with the clamping plate folded down, also in side view. The relatively narrow, but long, rectangular clamping plate a is seated pivotably about the axis xx on a frame <I> b, </I> which is opposite the work spindle <I> h </I> about a bolt c forming a pivot axis can be inclined, with a hard adjusting screw d moves in an arcuate slot e which is concentric to the rest position of the bolt c shown in FIG.
From the horizontal position shown in FIG. 1, the frame b with the call clamping plate a can first be brought into the downward inclined position as shown in FIG. If the bolt c then emerges from its bearing f, which is open on one side, it can sink down to a bearing point or detent g, while the clamping bolt d now serves as a pivot axis. The bolt c slides along the arcuate guide k. The newly reached position is shown in FIG. 3. This position is determined by the outer end position of the bolt c, which position is determined by the stop g.
The arrangement is expediently made so that in this position the ring clamping plate a is perpendicular to the working position assumed in FIG. 1, that is, for example, parallel to the tool h. In this position, it can be rotated as desired about the axis x-x with respect to the frame b, without hitting the milling head or the tool or the like. A position is indicated by dashed lines in which the rectangular clamping plate a is rotated by 90 from the position drawn with full lines about the axis x-x.
So that the bolt c usually in the rest position shown in Fig. 1 and 2 development (position of use) is fixed, the La ger f is conveniently provided with an equiaxed recess i, into which the round bolt head or the bolt nut penetrates laterally. After loosening the bolt or the nut, the bolt c is then free to move into the position shown in FIG. 3.
