H¯chstverbrauchsme¯einrichtung.
Maximum consumption equipment.
The known maximum consumption measuring devices, which are used to determine the maximum consumption, in particular electrical systems, have, in the most common design, a driver driven by the meter system for a drag pointer (maximum pointer) with and without writing or printing mechanism. This pointer respectively. the corresponding writing or printing unit is here at regular intervals (Re registration periods) of z. B. 15 minutes by a time element for a short time decoupled from the counter, returned to its starting position and coupled again.
With the usual high consumption measuring devices, the largest consumption mean value per registration period, which can be measured within a reading or Evaluation period, e.g. B. one month has occurred, can be read from the maximum device. These maximum counters are indicating instruments, with which an official of the plant after each reading resp. Evaluation period must appear on the spot to read the maximum, to note it and the maximuma. show reset it to zero manually.
With the writing resp. When printing maximum consumption meters, the mean value of the load during each individual recording period is generally recorded on a strip of paper or the like as a line and / or number. A change of the registration strip is usually necessary every month. In exceptional cases, you can go beyond two months, but this requires a correspondingly large length of the registration strip.
In contrast to the usual maximum consumption recorders, it is not necessary to take a reading at the place where the meter is located; rather, the evaluation, the recording strip, on which all the necessary values are noted, can take place at any time and at any location.
While on the one hand the usual maximum consumption meter respectively. Maximum counter is probably cheap, but relatively imperfect, the writing resp. printing high-consumption meters have high demands, but are also expensive.
The invention enables the construction of a high consumption meter, which lies between the two types of high consumption meters mentioned above in terms of both the requirements and the price, is only slightly more expensive than an ordinary high consumption meter and yet is different in terms of its properties and advantages based on the writing and / or printing maximum consumption counter.
The invention is characterized in that, in conjunction with a time-controlled device, which displays the maximum pointer after a reading or. Evaluation period is automatically returned to the zero position from its highest level reached within this period, a printing unit is provided which prints the value of the corresponding maximum level on a base immediately before the reset movement of the maximum pointer is triggered.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is explained using a purely schematically illustrated embodiment in FIG. 1, while FIG. 2 shows a detail.
The counter anchor respectively. The drive pulley 1 of the meter is connected in a known manner to the total consumption meter 2, to the time element in the form of a synchronous motor 3 and to the driver 4 which is periodically controlled by the time element and acts on the maximum pointer.
On the one hand, the counter armature 1 acts on the total consumption counter 2, while on the other hand, the Synehronmotor 3 via the Ge triel) 5 and a not shown, known Zwischenvorricbtung the driver 4 with the counter BEZW. the counter 2 couples, the driver 4 after a registration period, z. B. 15 minutes, uncoupled from the meter, returned to the starting position by some device (gear, spring, weight, with or without the use of a slip clutch) and then reconnected.
In the path of the driver 4 protrudes a tab 6 of the maximum consumption indicating maximum or. Drag pointer 7, which is firmly connected to the wheel 9, which sits with good friction on its axis fixed in space.
With the synchronous motor 3 serving as a time element, the gear 10 is connected to the gear 5, which acts on a gear mechanism 11 via which a driver 12 is pivoted, in whose path a further tab 13 of the maximum pointer 7 protrudes. The zero position of the driver 4 determining the regi strierperioden is denoted by 14, while the zero position of the driver 12 is denoted by 15.
The transmission ratios in the gear mechanism 11 are chosen so that the driver 12 at the end of a read-out or. Evaluation period (month, week, day) swivels the maximum pointer 7 into the zero position with the help of the tab 13 (dashed position of the pointer 7) and thereby carries out the work that the official would otherwise have to do by hand at the end of a reading period .
Immediately before the return of the maximum pointer 7 by the respectively at the end of a reading. Evaluation period activated driver 12, the maximum value corresponding to the maximum pointer deflection reached during the evaluation period is printed on a printing strip made of paper or the like.
The printing unit consists essentially of a registration track 17 made of paper or any material suitable for printing, which track is arranged on a winding or unwinding roller 16, this track being passed between the type wheel set 18 and a hammer-like pressure piece 19.
The pressure work is now connected to the maximum work in the following way.
The maximum pointer 7 is connected to the sun gear 20 of a differential gear via the gear 9, the second sun gear 21 of which is connected to the type gear set 18 via a drive gear 22. On the axis of the planetary gear 23 sits a cam disk 24, the design of which is shown in more detail in FIG. This cam disk works together with the contact arm 25 which, together with the further contact part 26, can close the circuit via an electromagnet 27. On the shaft 28, on which the drive wheel 22 is seated, another wheel 29 is arranged, with which a clutch wheel 30 meshes, the axis 31 of which is connected to the armature 32 of the electromagnet 27.
The wheel 30 is permanently connected to the wheel 29 of the shaft 28, but can temporarily be coupled to the wheel 37 of the gear part 11 operated by the synchronous motor 3 be.
The cam disk 24 has a recess 24a which is designed in such a way that when the cam disk is rotated in the direction of arrow P, the disk is stopped by the contact arm 25 as a result of the nose 24b (Fig. 2), while when the cam disk is rotated in the other direction of rotation the contact arm 25 can run into the Seheibe 24.
The Vorehubvorriehtung for the registration track consists of the following parts: The winding and unwinding roller 16 is permanently installed and connected with its ratchet wheel 33 via a suitable transmission to the ratchet wheel 34, which sits loosely on the shaft 35, which in turn controls the synchronous motor 3 controlled transmission part 11 with the return driver 12 connects. The wheel 34a, in which the pawl 36 arranged on the wheel 34 engages, is seated firmly on the axle 35.
In the embodiment shown, the paper web hangs between the type wheel set 18 and the hammer 19 in a guide 38 in which it is guided vertically at a short distance from the circumference of the type wheels 18. The paper strips, which are supplied loose, are pointed at their upper end to form a tongue. One can therefore introduce such a strip into a corresponding slot of the winding or unwinding roll and roll it up on it. If the strip is sufficiently short, it has a loop at the lower end through which a rod can be inserted, which serves as a guide and as a weight.
The hammer 19 is also mounted in the guide 38 and has an armature 39 which works together with the electromagnet 40. For the purpose of pressing the paper web by means of the hammer 19 on the type wheels, shortly before the return of the maximum pointer 7 by the driver 12, this receives a corresponding current surge via a contact device (not shown) which is accommodated in the gear part 11, for example.
In order to make the operation of the device understandable, it is assumed that FIG. 1 shows the state in which the counter driver 4 moves the maximum pointer from the scale position 170 shown to the position 180, while the reset driver 12 assumes its rest position at the stop 15. The driver 4 thus strikes against the tab 6 of the maximum pointer 7 and takes it along in the direction of the value 180 on the dial.
Here, the sun gear 20 of the differential rotates while the type gears 18 and thus also the sun gear 21 are still at a standstill. The planet gear 23 and the Nol kenscheibe 24 are thus rotated against the arrow P, whereby the contact 25, 26 is closed. The e solenoid 27 attracts the armature 32 and switches the wheel 30 respectively. the shaft 28 with the drive wheel 22 on the wheel 37, d. h, to assistant 3.
As soon as the maximum pointer is moved forward by the driver 4, the type wheel drive 22 is switched on, which advances the type wheels according to the movement of the maximum pointer, in such a way that the numbers of the type wheels opposite the paper web 17 indicate a value that corresponds to that of the Maximum pointer occupies at the relevant point in time. By connecting the shaft 28 to the auxiliary power 3, the sun gear 21 of the differential now also rotates, as a result of which the cam disk 24 is rotated back and the contact 25, 26 is opened again.
If the maximum pointer at the end of the reading resp. The evaluation period is reset to zero by the driver 12 controlled by the timing element 3 via the transmission 11, the nose disk 24 hits the contact 25 with its nose 24b, so that the last number roll of the character wheel set starts from the maximum pointer is driven backwards via the differential and is also set to zero.
When the maximum pointer is set to the back, the paper feed also takes place from the reset mechanism, as well as the forward switching of the first type wheel 18, which registers the date. The advance of the paper web occurs immediately before the maximum pointer is reset to zero, i.e. H. as soon as the driver 12 is released from its rest stop 15. The auxiliary force then rotates the wheel 34a via the gear part 11, which takes the wheel 34 with it via the pawl 36.
By means of a corresponding translation between the wheel 34 and the wheel 33 of the Aufbezw. The unwinding roll ensures that the entire reset value of the maximum pointer corresponds to a relatively low advance of the paper web. The minimum advance is 3 mm with a digit height of 2.5 mm. With a one-month evaluation period, this results in a usable length of 36 mm per year.
Immediately before the release of the reset device respectively. of the resetting driver 12, the digits are printed on the registration strip by - as also mentioned above - a contact is briefly closed for a short but powerful current pulse on the magnetic coil 40, so that when the armature 39 is tightened, the hammer 19 hits against the registration strip 17 and pushes it against the type wheels 18.
After the print has been made, the game starts again, i.e. H. within the new reading resp. Evaluation period, the type wheels 18 are always with a value opposite the paper web, which corresponds to the value indicated by the maximum pointer. At the end of the evaluation period, i. H. When the maximum pointer is returned, the paper is fed with the corresponding maximum value printed on it.
The following modifications to the described embodiment are possible:
A ratchet wheel can be switched between the last number roller of the type wheel set and the differential, so that the type wheels are not reset when the maximum pointer is reset, but the maxima are continuously added, which is advantageous in certain cases.
Furthermore, the time element need not consist of a continuously rotating synchronous motor; it can for this purpose according to the registration and reading to be determined respectively. Rather, another correspondingly time-controlled drive device may also be provided for the evaluation period. Thus, instead of the synchronous motor 3, a clock can also be used which controls the drivers 4 and 12 accordingly and at the same time, depending on the reading period, causes the advance of the registration track 17 jerkily or continuously. In the case of a monthly reading period, the time element can also consist of a calendar clock that precisely takes into account the number of days in each month.
Instead of using a time element (motor or clock) for the periodic triggering of drivers 4 and 12? the counter itself can be used directly, which in this case drives both the control device for the drivers 4 and 12 and the counter indicating the total consumption. For this purpose, the counter can receive an additional constant torque in addition to the torque proportional to the total consumption.
These torques combined in the counter can be separated with the help of a differential gear, one of the parts of the differential gear, e.g. B. a sun gear, by a synchronizing element, e.g. B.
It is kept calm, at a constant speed. This speed corresponds to the constant superimposed torque and separates this from the torque proportional to the total consumption. The variable torque is then tialgetriebes another part of the differential, z. B. the second sun gear, and so supplied to the counter and the maximum display device. The additional constant torque can also be achieved by one of the means known from counters, e.g. B. by attaching an asymmetry to the tension iron, by Eurzsehluss'ringe or similar arrangements ben.
A further modification of the device within the scope of the invention can be given by remote control of the maximum device. In this case, the counter - in the example explained, the counter armature 1 and the counter in block 2 - is separated from the rest of the device, in a known manner by an ontakt (pulse generator) arranged on the counter, a transmission channel and a receiver relay on the Maximum setup page. Also, with remote control of the maximum device, the time element with the gears can be omitted for both the driver 4 and the driver 12 respectively. be separated from the maximum facility by pulse generator, channel and relay.
The registration can according to a further amendment forecast. g not only by printing the maximum values, but also by simultaneously recording the corresponding ordinate when returning the maximum pointer to the zero position.
As a carrier for the registration, i. H. The band shape shown in the figure can be provided for the pressure and / or the pulling. However, a drum or sleeve can also come into consideration, with the registration taking place on an applied strip or directly on the drum itself. The registration can also be done on a target. The carrier of the registration can expediently also made of transparent material, such as. B. made of Plexiglas, and possibly have a surface that allows easy wiping of the registration.
When using transparent disks or strips as a register carrier, this can preferably be arranged behind a window of the counter, in such a way that the registration on the carrier can be seen through the window and into the interior of the counter through the carrier. The numbers of the printing mechanism can be printed or struck on the strip. The strip can have a two-dimensional coating on its usable area and, for example, also consist of a gelluloid film in which the numbers are stamped.
A paper strip with a wax coating or carbon paper glued on can also be provided. The latter version is particularly simple and cheap and has the advantage of being there. the strip can be used directly for invoicing and can be kept as a document.
The main advantages of the subject matter of the invention are as follows:
The maximum pointer does not have to be returned to the zero position every month by an official of the factory, as is the case with the normal maximum counter, but the return is carried out automatically by the existing time element (synchronous motor, clock or the like), with the reading at one each time the maximum pointer is returned Recording paper is recorded. In contrast to the previously known registering maximum counters, the maximum is registered for each reading period (e.g.
E.g. per month) and not per registration period (e.g. 15 minutes). The registration period and thus the corresponding abscissa spacing on the registration strip does not even appear in the subject matter of the invention. In the case of the return according to the invention, each reading resp. For the evaluation period, a registration strip approx. 36 mm long can be sufficient for a whole year. The official of the plant does not need to read the device punctually at the end of each reading period, since the corresponding registration is made automatically.
