Composite structure made of concrete and wood. The invention relates to a composite structure made of concrete and wood, in which he concrete takes the compressive forces and the wood takes over the tensile forces, and in which made of tensile, rigid material existing Ver connecting parts are provided, which on the side of the wood facing away from the concrete grab, and go obliquely away from the attack point in the concrete zane and are anchored in the concrete, the whole thing in order to ensure a shear-proof connection between wood and concrete.
This design enables the production of supporting structures in a relatively simple manner, which withstand high forces with moderate dimensions.
In the drawing, which shows three exemplary embodiments of the object of the invention, FIG. 1 is a partial section through a ceiling, along the line I-I of FIG.
2, on a larger scale, a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 shows an oblique section corresponding to FIG. 2 through the second embodiment.
FIG. 4 is a partial section, similar to the section in FIG. 1, of the third embodiment, and FIG. 5 is a section along the line V-V in FIG.
In the example according to FIGS. 1 and 2, it is a ceiling, which a concrete slab 1 and below the same spaced apart, each other paral lele wooden beams respectively. Wood ribs 2 has. The ceiling is supported on 3 supports. Each wooden rib 2 is connected to the concrete plate 1 by one-piece, rigid, iron bracket 4, which encompass the wooden ribs and with their web on the side of the wooden rib 2 facing away from the concrete plate, immovable attack on this by placing them in recesses 7 on the underside of the Wooden ribs lie. From this point of attack, the two legs of the connec tion bracket 4 go wrong into the concrete zone of the ceiling.
The connecting brackets 4 are anchored in the concrete slab 1 by means of their legs, which end in a horizontally bent file. According to Fig. 1, four connecting brackets 4 are provided for the wooden rib 2, two of which are inclined in one direction and two in the opposite direction run away from the point of attack on the wooden rib 2. The fact that the brackets are in the recesses creates a shear-proof connection between the wood and the concrete. The compressive forces are taken over by the concrete slab 1 and the tensile forces by the wooden ribs 2.
If larger forces are to be transmitted, a metal pressure transmission member with a profile corresponding to the profile of the recess can be arranged in the recess 7 of the wooden ribs 2, via which the connecting bracket engages with its web; this prevents the connection bracket from cutting into the wood.
In the example according to FIGS. 1 and 2, each connecting bracket 4 lies with its legs in two lateral recesses 8 of the wooden rib 2. These recesses 8 are at an inclined angle to the ceiling plane. which corresponds to the angle of inclination of the connec tion bracket from its point of attack on the wooden rib 2 to the ceiling. Since the connection bracket 4 is easily held in the correct angular position to the ceiling plane ge in the manufacture of the ceiling.
Optionally, the wooden rib 2 could only have a lateral recess 8 for receiving only one leg of the connec tion bracket 4, as of course can be dispensed with any lateral recess on the wood rib.
In contrast to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, in the embodiment according to FIG. 3, two inclined holes 9 are drilled into the wooden rib 2, which accommodate the two legs of the connecting bracket 4 and hold it in the correct angular position during the manufacture of the ceiling.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5, the connecting bracket 4 is composed of several interconnected parts by the web 5 consists of a single piece on which the bracket legs attack, which are made double-limbed due to bending and the web by means of their bending 5 reach around. The web 5 lies in a bore of a pressure transmission element 10, the inner profile of which is adapted to the curved profile of the recess in the wooden rib 2.
The web 5 protrudes with its ends, on which the bracket legs attack, laterally on the pressure transmission member 10 also.
The pressure transmission element can be designed as a stop body in the sense that, in cooperation with the individual stirrup legs specially designed in a corresponding manner, a shifting of the upper arm leg in its longitudinal direction on the pressure transmission element is prevented.
