Multi-tool holder for lathes. The steel holder of previous constructions NEN have the disadvantage that they are only designed for over-turning or only for turning out workpieces. The inven tion relates to a multi-tool holder, the tool holder of which is ausgebil det to accommodate both external and internal turning tools.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei is shown game of the subject invention. Fig. 1 shows the holder with a clamped inner turning tool f and an outer turning tool c. The former has a round cross-section in the clamping point, while the latter is square in the clamping point. In Fig. 2, the clamping of the inner turning tool f is illustrated.
The steel holder shown has a tool holder b, which is rotatable about an axis v which forms an angle of 60 with the axis of the holder shaft a. The tool carrier b, which has a conical shape, has at least four evenly distributed recesses e and holes g on its shell, which are used to hold the turning tools c and f.
The external turning tools c who held in the recesses e by means of the screws d, while each In nendrehstahl f according to Fig. 2 is inserted into a hole g and is clamped by tightening the nut p of the insert h, and the screws d as a safety serve. The tool carrier is therefore designed to accommodate internal and external turning tools.
The storage of the tool carrier. b it follows the cone o located on the holder shaft a, which is drilled in the longitudinal direction and whose hole is used to accommodate the clamping piece r. The eccentric z is inserted transversely to the front part of the holder shaft a and to the inner end of the clamping piece r, whereby the clamping piece r is drawn in by appropriate rotation of the lever z firmly connected to the eccentric and thus the tool carrier b is pressed onto the cone o.
The respective position of the Werkzeugträ gers b is fixed by a socket pin k, which can fall into the holes s. The number of holes corresponds to the number of recesses e and g.
The socket pin k, which is slidably mounted in the front of the holder shaft a and is under the pressure of a spring, penetrates with its conical tip into the corresponding plug-in holes s of the tool carrier b .ein, the latter being fixed locally and a turning tool in the working position .
When releasing the eccentric i, the lever z is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, while the pin l inserted in the underside of the head on the eccentric i enters the groove m des Locking bolt k and pushes it out of the plug-in hole s when the lever z is turned further, thereby freeing the tool holder b and turning it to the next plug-in hole
