Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    einer reaktionsfähiges Chlor enthaltenden       Isatinverbindung.       Gegenstand dieses Patentes ist ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung einer reaktionsfähiges  Chlor enthaltenden, als Zwischenprodukt       verwendbaren        Isatinverbindung,    die wahr  scheinlich folgende     Konstitution    besitzt:

    Das Verfahren ist dadurch     gekennzeichnet,     .     dass    man auf     5-Bromisatin        in    Gegenwart von       Chlorsulfonsäure        Chlorwasserstoffsäure    ein  wirken lässt.

   Man kann die Chlorwasserstoff  säure als Gas einleiten oder     ein    Salz zufügen,  das mit     Chlorsulfonsäure    Chlorwasserstoff  säure bildet. Man kann die     Chlorsulfonsäure     auch durch konzentrierte     ,Schwefelsäure    ver  dünnen.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  80     Gewichtsteile        5-Bromisatin    werden bei  10-20' unter Rühren in 400     Gewichtsteile          Chlorsulfonsäure    eingetragen.     Hierauf    lässt  man die Temperatur langsam     ansteigen        und     erhitzt dann     einige        Stunden    auf 60  . Schliess  lich     wird        auf    Eis gegossen, der farblose  Niederschlag     abfiltriert    und mit kaltem  Wasser gewaschen.

   Die     Verbindung    kristalli  siert aus Benzol in farblosen     Prismen,    die bei  172       schmelzen.

Die neue Verbindung kristallisiert aus Benzol in farblosen Prismen vom Smp. 172 .
