Elevator winch with grooved rope drum and automatic rope guidance. The present invention relates to an elevator winch with a grooved rope drum and automatic rope guide with means of a rope guide ring engaging in the grooves of the rope drum.
The previously known such elevator winds have the disadvantage that the rope guide ring with the entire Seilfüh tion and shift rod must be removed from the rope drum to replace a defective rope, which is naturally relatively cumbersome and time-consuming.
This inconvenience is to be eliminated according to the present invention in that a guide element for the rope is removably attached to the rope guide ring in such a way that only this guide element has to be mounted from the rope drum to replace the rope. As a result, the replacement of a defective rope can be significantly simplified BEZW. be relieved. On the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown.
1 shows a view of a single electric pulley block with a cable drum and an automatic cable guide; Fig. 2 is a side view of the cable guide; Fig. 3 shows a front view of the same and Fig. 4 is a view of the guide organ for the rope.
The electric pulley block 1 shown in Fig. 1 has a cable drum 2 on which a cable guide ring 3 is placed, which consists of two Tei len screwed together, but could also be in several parts. This ring 3 has on its inner surface groove depressions which engage in the cable grooves 4 of the cable drum 2, of the kind that the ring 3 BEZW during the rotation of the cable drum 3. when winding up and down the IDral_htseils 5 is moved to the left or right.
For this purpose, the ring 3 also has a guide groove 6 into which the switching rod 7 engages, whereby the ring 3 is prevented from rotating and can only move axially when the drum 2 rotates.
The shift rod 7 is axially displaceable bar, and it acts on the same springs 8. It is used to operate the switch 9 and it has two parking noeken 10 on which the ring 3 acts. When the wire rope 5 is fully wound up, the ring 3 acts on the right parking cam 10 and moves the switch rod 7 to the right, whereby the switch 9 is turned off and the hub motor is turned off.
With complete winding from the wire rope, the ring 3 acts on the left parking cam 10 and ver pushes the switching rod 7 to the left, where in turn the off switch 9 is switched off and the lifting motor is turned off.
On Seilführungsizng 3, a pressure roller 12 is mounted on a steering arm 11, which is pressed firmly against the wire rope and the same firmly against the drum 2 by a tension spring 13 acting on the steering arm 11, so that the rope is safely removed from the Rope drum 2 runs out. As can be seen, the pressure roller 12 is arranged laterally next to the ring 3, so that a wire rope can be replaced without removing the ring 3.
A segment-shaped guide member 14 is also attached to the ring 3 by means of screws 15. This guide organ 14 has a guide slot 16 for the wire rope 5, which extends in the circumference, as well as a transverse slot 17. The guide member 14 can be easily removed by unscrewing the screws 15, whereupon the rope 5 can be inserted through the transverse slot 17 into the slot 16 or removed from the same when exchanged.
To mount a new as well as to Abmon animals of the old rope, it is not necessary here to dismantle the cable guide ring 3, the pressure roller 12 and the shift rod 7, in contrast to previously known cable guides, in which these parts had to be removed.
