Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht einer Vorder- zugbindang, Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch einen Teil derselben in: grösserem Massstab, Fig. 3 ,eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 2 mit teil- weise weggebrochenen Teilen;
Fig. 4 bis -6 sind Schnitte nach Aden Linien: IV-IV, V-V, VI-VI der Fig. 2,;
Front pull binding with cushioned heel pull strap. The subject matter of the present invention is a front pull binding with a cushioned heel tension member, in which the tensioning lever connected to the heel tension member is connected to at least two springs connected in series.
The drawing shows an incorrectly schematic representation of various exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, namely:
1 shows a side view of a front tie, FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through part of the same on: a larger scale, FIG. 3, shows a plan view of FIG. 2 with parts partially broken away;
Figures 4 to -6 are sections according to Aden lines: IV-IV, V-V, VI-VI of Figure 2;
Fig. 7 shows a different spring arrangement and Fig. @ 8 to 13, show a schematic representation of various Anordnungsmög possibilities of the springs.
The fore pulling shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 has a heel tension member which is designed as a cable surrounded by a sheath.
The heel tension member 1 is passed in a known manner to .dem: jaws 2 of the binding and its two free ends are with, the Strammerbiebel 3 he len. Tensioning lever 3 and thus v bunc heel tension member 1 is supported on two compression springs 4, 5, which are housed in a spring sleeve 6,
which is firmly connected to the base plate 7 fixed on the side of the ski. The base plate 7 has several screw holes 8 in front of and behind the spring sleeve 6, through which wood screws 9 used to fasten the base plate 7 on the top of the ski can be screwed.
The arrangement of several screw holes 8 on each side made it possible to fasten base plate 7 and thus the parts attached to it in three different positions in the longitudinal direction of the ski without the need for
the screws 9 new holes had to be made in the ski wood. Inside the spring sleeve 6 the two springs 4, 5 are arranged concentrically to one another, the inner spring being supported on the sleeve 10, the latter simultaneously guiding the springs serves.
With its front end, which is provided with a flange 11, the sleeve 10 is supported on the outer spring 4, which in turn, with its rear end, is shown in FIG. 2 right end rests on the spring sleeve 6. In the axis of the feathers. runs a spindle 12, which is riveted to a plate 13 and whose other, threaded end carries the screw nut l-1, which a regulation of the Vorspa.nnung: the spring 5 ge equips.
The plate 13 is zen with lateral Bol; 15, on which the tensioner lever 3 is pivotably seated (FIG. 1). The latter has, in a known manner, a plurality of notches 16 into which rivets 19 attached to the front end of the arms 17 of the U-shaped bracket 1 = 8 can enter. The bracket 18 establishes the connection between the heel tension member 1 and the tensioner lever 3.
The heads of the rivets 19 project so far inside against the spring sleeve 6 that they come to lie under the center of the spring sleeve, which is circular in cross section, and rest resiliently against the same.
The lateral boundary surfaces of the tightening lever can therefore only be brought down into the shape shown in the drawing by overcoming a slight elastic resistance. By this Anord voltage a certain amount of security of the tension lever is effected against popping open.
The tensioning lever is expediently mounted and designed in such a way that, when a certain pull is exceeded, e.g. B. in a fall, slides on the sleeve and thereby jumps up and your ski boots are free.
The eggs of the cable 1 are inserted into the tubular arms 17 and 1), - strengthened. The arms 17 carry a guide plate 21 provided with guide sets 20.
The shape of these guide slots: can be seen from FIG. They are open at the top and bent at right angles and they are at such a mutual distance that the cables that are inserted through the slots cannot fall out by themselves. Adjusting bodies 22 are lined up on the front ends of the cables and can be arranged either in front of or behind the plate 21.
This makes it possible to fine-tune the length of the heel pulling element 1.
The plate 13 is displaceably guided on the base plate 7, which is provided with upwardly curved flanges 23, in accordance with the spring stroke. The exercise can also be longer than shown.
The points of attachment of the lever 18 and thus the heel pulling element on the tensioning lever are closer to the base plate 7 than the bolts 15 by means of which the tensioning lever 3 and plate 13 are connected to one another. It is brought about by the fact that the pull of the heel pulling element strives to keep the tensioning lever in the lost position.
In the embodiment described, two compression springs are provided. Fig. 7 indicates the Anord voltage of two tension springs 21, 25 in a schematic manner. It is only necessary in such an embodiment, the sleeve 10 respectively. the can 6, as in Fib. 7 can be changed.
Fig. 8 indicates in a simulated manner, the use of three compression springs, which are now no longer concentric to each other, but are next to each other. The sleeve 26, which surrounds the inner spring 27, on which the heel pulling element is supported, is in turn supported on springs 28, 29. The opposite ends of these springs 28, 29 rest on plates 30 which are attached to the top of the ski.
Fig. 9 shows the combination of a compression spring and a tension spring surrounding it. FIG. 10 shows the arrangement of five tension springs, FIG. 11 the arrangement of five compression springs, FIG. 12 the combination of a tension spring with four compression springs and FIG. 13 the combination of four tension springs with one compression spring.
In the case of Vig. 8 to 16, instead of coil springs, other elastic organs, e.g. B. rubber, provided ..
