Suspension device for high-voltage overhead lines. When hanging electrical high-voltage overhead lines on masts or. their cross members must be taken into account that the rope attached to an insulator chain or to a long rod insulator in the direction perpendicular to the line z. B. executes vibrations under the influence of wind forces. This can have the consequence that live parts, e.g. B. the protective rings provided at the ends of the insulators come too close to the iron parts of the cross member. One has therefore already propose spacers with angled zueinan the arranged metal tabs, which are hinged to the cross member with their upper ends and are to be combined at their lower ends so that the isolator chain can be attached here.
With such an arrangement, however, it is not yet prevented that the Isola torenkette can swing itself in the direction perpendicular to the line and can get too close to metal parts of the mast or the like. It has therefore also already been proposed to use the long rod insulators, which are used for the insulating suspension of the rope, as parts of a spacer.
There are two long rod insulators with their upper ends at a certain distance from each other articulated on the cross member and summarized at their lower live end parts so that the actual cable can be articulated here by means of a cable clamp.
With such an arrangement, the spacer itself can only oscillate in the direction of the cable run; in the direction perpendicular to this, only the rope is able to oscillate due to the articulated suspension by means of the hanging bolt. However, this has the consequence that the long rod insulators of the spacer are stressed in bending, which is undesirable with regard to the low flexural strength of the building material (usually porcelain) in question for long rod insulators.
According to the invention, the suspension device for high-voltage free lines with a spacer, which has angled long rod insulators that are hinged to the blast with their upper end so that they can only swing in the direction of the cable, and which are intended To carry the cable at its lower end combined by means of a coupling piece, are improved. Accordingly, it is proposed according to the invention, the support bolt, which allows swinging of the rope clamp in the direction perpendicular to the cables, to store insulators in the coupling piece in the intersection of the longitudinal axes of the two long rods.
In this way, it is possible to transmit the wind forces transmitted to the two rods as pure tensile and compressive stresses and to keep bending stresses completely or essentially completely away from the long rod insulators.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment from the subject matter of the invention. On a cross member a two long rod insulators b, c ge articulated are attached in the longitudinal direction at a distance from each other. Both long rod insulators b, c have protective rings d as usual at their upper ends. The lower ends of the long rod insulators b, c, which include an acute angle in their position of use, are, as is known per se, connected by a coupling stite e, on which protective horns f are seen.
A support bolt g is articulated to the coupling piece, azi which the clamp h for the rope i is articulated by means of a clapper. The support bolt g lies. In the sense of the He-making exactly at the intersection of the longitudinal axes of the two long rod insulators b, c, which longitudinal axes are indicated by dash-dotted lines.
If, as a result of the lateral wind pressure, the line rope oscillates in the direction perpendicular to the rope, the rope clamp h will swing with it, namely around the bolt g, but due to the arrangement of the bolt g at the intersection of the two longitudinal axes of the long rod insulators b, c do not lead to bending stresses on them.
