Motorized circular saw with horizontal guidance of the saw blade. The present invention is a motorized circular saw with horizontal guide tion of the saw blade, in which the circular saw blade is attached to one end of the shaft of the drive motor. The circular saw is characterized according to the invention by a telescopic guide member on which the drive motor is mounted and which is arranged on a footrest in such a way that it can be adjusted at least in height together with the drive motor and circular saw blade.
The telescopic guide element is expediently mounted on the footrest in such a way that it can be pivoted in the horizontal plane.
On the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is illustrated.
Fig. 1 is a side view of a circular saw with motor drive and horizontally GE guided saw blade, and FIG. 2 is a top view of FIG.
a is a small electric motor with a circular saw blade b attached to one end of the shaft. For the horizontal guidance of the motor a with the circular saw blade b , a telescope-like guide member, designated in its entirety by c, is provided, which can be adjusted in the horizontal position and in the height position on a footrest d is stored. The outer end of the innermost element c 'of the guide organ c, d. H. of the telescopic element with the smallest diameter is provided with an arcuate guide slots having annular flange c2 on which the motor a is mounted by means of the guide slots through penetrating bolts c3.
The motor a can thus bezw for the purpose of tilting the circular saw blade b relative to the flange c2. rotated by the desired angle with respect to the telescopic axis and secured in its set position by tightening the bolts c3. The guide member c is supported on the foot support d in such a way that it can be pivoted in the horizontal plane, so that the circular saw blade b can be adjusted in three ways, namely in the height, then around the axis of the telescope and finally around the Axis of the footrest d.
The pulling apart and the sliding into one another of the telescopic elements for the purpose of practicing a sawing operation can be followed by means of a handle a1 provided on the motor a. However, it would also be conceivable to have this horizontal back and forth movement of the motor a with the circular saw blade b take place in a semi or fully automatic way, for example hydraulically, for example on the The following manner: On the innermost telescopic element cl, which, like the other telescopic elements, is hollow, would, as indicated in the drawing in dash-dotted lines, include a container e. The telescopic element cl would be with a liquid, for.
B. 01 to be filled and up to a certain height also the Behäl ter e. A flexible line would have to be connected to the top of the container e, the other end of which would have to be connected to an air pump (compressor) a2 attached to the motor a. By alternately generating an air pressure and a vacuum in the container e in the space above the oil surface, the telescopic elements would then be pulled apart by pressure action and pushed together again by suction. Here, according to this work would have to generate an air pressure and the other time a vacuum, the direction of rotation of the air pump a2 respectively.
of the electric motor a can be changed, which could be accomplished by means of a switching lever f. If necessary, this switching lever f could also be actuated by means of a stop device (not shown).
In the illustrated embodiment, the guide member has only one telescopic tube, but it could optionally also have two telescopic tubes to increase the stability of the circular saw, but then the pivotability of the motor with the circular saw blade about the telescopic axis would be omitted.
