Ziehwerkzeug.
Drawing tool. It has already been proposed that drawing tools be designed in several parts, either for reasons of manufacturing possibility or for reasons of the nature of the profile.
The invention relates to drawing tools for such profiles that sit deep, narrow grooves and therefore require thin mandrels. The like mandrels are difficult to manufacture as part of a one-piece die and can break off very easily because of their small dimensions.
According to the invention, in a drawing tool with a one-piece die for profiles with at least one deep, narrow groove, it is proposed to use a mandrel forming the groove, which leads in the drawing tool, inserted into the free cross section of the latter and through the face of the drawing tool a projection is secured against displacement in the pulling direction.
In the drawing, the object of the invention is shown for example. 1 shows a drawing tool with a mandrel in cross section, FIG. 2 shows the same drawing tool in plan view, FIG. 3, a drawing tool with two mandrels in cross section, FIG. 4 the same drawing tool in plan view.
In the drawing tool according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the drawing tool 1 forming the die is made from one piece. The deep, narrow groove of the profile is formed by means of a special mandrel 2, which is inserted into the free. Cross-section of the drawing tool is used and is supported on the end face of the drawing tool 1 with an annular projection 3,
so that it cannot move in the direction of pulling. The mandrel 2 is also partially guided at 4 in the tool 1, so that an adjustment with respect to the work tool 1 cannot occur.
The drawing tool according to FIGS. 3 and 4 is designed in a similar manner. It consists of the one-piece die 5 and two Dor NEN 6, 7, which are secured by projections 8, 9 against displacement in the drawing direction. Here, too, the deep, narrow grooves he generating mandrels 6, 7 at 10 and 11 are partially guided in the tool 5, so that they cannot move the tool 5 with respect to.
