Spool holding and guiding device for spool machines. The invention relates to a bobbin holding and guiding device for winding machines, in which the bobbin holder is adjustably arranged on a sliding cylinder which is at least approximated on one. vertical column guide displaceable, but secured against rotation, is stored.
The aim of the invention is to keep the coil reliable and to allow the coil to be constructed in a simple manner according to a certain shape. This is achieved in that the bobbin holder is adjustably arranged on a sliding cylinder which can slide up and down on a column guide and is secured against rotation. The sliding cylinder is advantageously provided with a locking device which has the effect that it can slide freely upwards with respect to a guide pin, while a downward movement is only possible after this locking device has been triggered.
This prevents the formation of round coils as a result of the up and down movement of the coil holder. There is the possibility to let the locking device work together with the guide pin mounted displaceably in the column guide, which is slightly lifted when the drive shaft is turned off together with the sliding cylinder, bobbin holder and bobbin, so that the bobbin is lifted off the drive roller and can easily be turned or replaced by hand.
The bobbin holder is preferably connected in an articulated manner to the sliding cylinder, a lever which is attached to the axis of rotation of the bobbin holder and which is guided in a specially shaped groove determining the inclination of the bobbin axis and the shape of the bobbin.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown. 1 shows a front view of a winding unit with a bobbin holding and guiding device, FIG. 2 a side view from the left thereof, FIG. 3 a side view from the right in section, FIG. 4 a partial view from above, FIG. 5 a view of FIG Groove rail for determining the coil shape,
Fig. 6 is a partial view of the thread guide drive and Fig. 7 individual components of the coupling. In a gear box 1, a drive shaft 2 is axially displaceable, which is driven by a drive wheel 4 of the winding machine via a friction disk 3 mounted on it outside the gear box 1. Within the gear box 1, a helical gear 5 is fastened on this drive shaft 2, with which a second helical wheel 6 engages, which sits on the shaft of the drive roller 7 and drives it. A cam disk 8, which has a heart-shaped groove 9, is also seated on the drive shaft 2. In the gear box 1, a lever 10 is pivotably mounted on a pin 11.
This lever 10 has a guide roller 12 which engages in the groove 9 of the cam 8. In the gear box 1, a Fadenführerersta.nge 13 is guided, wel che with a pin 14 protruding at right angles into a slot 15 in the upper part of the lever 10 engages. The thread guide 16 is fastened to this thread guide rod 13, which receives a reciprocating motion due to the lever 10 pivoted by the rotating cam disk 8. A clutch lever 17, which is screwed tightly onto a shaft 18 mounted in the gear box 1, comprises a ring 20 with a forked part 19, which sits loosely on the drive shaft 2 and holds the same by inwardly directed pins 21.
A placed on the drive shaft 2 spring 22 acts on the one hand via a pressure ring 23 and a ball bearing 24 on the ring 20 and on the other hand on a shoulder 25 of the drive shaft 2. On the shaft 18 is outside of the gearbox 1, a starter lever 26 be fastened, the one adjustable locking member 27 carries. In the starting position (Fig. 2) this locking member 27 is against a nose 28 of a lever 29 from Ab. This shut-off lever 29 is mounted on a pin 30 fastened in the gear box 1 and has two arms 31 and 3?.
The arm 31 works with a parking wire 33, which is superimposed on the gearbox 1 ge in two sets 34 and 35 and is axially fixed by adjusting rings 36 and 37.
A vertical column guide 39 is inserted into the cover 38 of the gear box 1 and fastened on the inside with a nut 40, which column serves as a guide for a slide cylinder 41. At a lateral to set 42 of the cover 38 a groove rail 43 with screws 44 and 45 is attached. In order to make the inclination of the groove rail 43 adjustable, the opening 46 for the screw 44 in the shoulder 42 is slit-shaped so that the groove rail 43 can be pivoted about the screw 45 as an axis.
A horizontally right bearing 47 for an axis of rotation 48 of a bobbin holder 50 fastened to it by means of a screw 49 is connected to the sliding cylinder 41. A machined surface 51 on the bearing 47, which rests on one side of the laterally also machined to set 42, cooperates with an adjustable angle 52 which is fastened with a screw 53 on a lower projection 54 of the bearing 47 and on the other Side of the approach 42 is applied. This serves as a safeguard against twisting of the whole bobbin holder with its bearing 47-50.
The bobbin holder 50 carries a bobbin neck 56 which can be pivoted about a pin screw 55 and on which a conical holder 57 is rotatably mounted. This holder 57 is intended to receive a conical cardboard tube 58.
In order to keep the reel axis 56 in the working position (FIGS. 1 and 2), a locking bolt 59 is provided in the reel holder 50, which under the pressure of a spring 60, which is inserted between it and a screw 61, counteracts the reel axis 56 a stop 62 (Fig. 4) presses, which is also ver with the bobbin holder 50 connected.
The inclination of the coil axis 56 is determined by a lever 63. This lever 63 is fastened to the rear end of the axis of rotation 48 and has a pin 64 which is guided in the groove 65 of the groove rail 43.
The column guide 39 is pierced and in it is a guide pin 67, which carries a fastened by a screw 68 th stop ring 69, slidably superimposed ge. The lower part 70 of this guide pin 67 protrudes into the gear box 1 out. By means of a spring 71, which acts at the top against the lower end of the column guide 39 and at the bottom against a washer 73 held by a pin 72 held in part 70, the guide pin 67 is constantly pressed down against a cam 74 on the coupling lever 17.
At the upper part of the sliding cylinder 41, a locking device is provided, which consists of a ball retainer bushing 75, in wel cher balls 76 are arranged in holes 77. These balls 76 lie on the inside against the guide pin 67 and on the outside against a conical inner surface 78 of a union nut 79 screwed onto the slide cylinder 41.
The ball holder bushing 75 is pushed upwards by a spring 82 which is inserted into a recess 81 in the sliding cylinder 41, so that the balls 76 wedge between the guide pin 67 and the conical inner surface 78 of the union nut 79 and only cause an upward movement of the Allow sliding cylinder 41.
A rod 83 is attached to an attachment 84 on the bearing 47, at the lower end of which a rope 85 engages, which is guided over a guide roller 86 attached to the side of the gear box 1 and on which a counterweight 87 is arranged.
The mode of operation of the winder is as follows: A thread 88, which comes from any winding bobbin below the winder, runs during the winding process over the parking wire 33 to the reciprocating thread guide 16 and is wound onto the cardboard tube 58. The pull of the thread 88 pushes the parking wire 33 upwards until the lower part of its arm 89 rests against the gear box, as shown in FIG.
If the thread 88 breaks, the parking wire 33 falls forward due to its excess weight and takes a projection 90 of the parking lever 29 with it, which then also tilts forward, so that the locking member 27 of the starter lever 26 is released from the nose 28. A spring 91, which on the one hand is suspended in the clutch lever 17 and on the other hand anchored to the box wall 92, now pivots the clutch lever 17 so that it pushes the ring 20 with its fork-shaped part 19 to the front (to the left in FIG. 3),
until it reaches the hub 93 of the helical gear 5 and now also pushes the entire drive shaft 2 forward (to the left in FIG. 3). The friction disc 3 is lifted from the drive wheel 4 and thus the entire winder stopped.
By rotating the coupling lever 17, its cam 74 lifts the guide pin 67, on which the entire spool holder 47-50 hangs with the locking device, by a few millimeters upwards, so that the spool 94 located on the cardboard tube 58 is removed from the drive roller 7 is also picked up. The bobbin 94 can then easily be turned by hand, which makes it much easier to find the broken thread end. Is. the thread 88 is tied again, the starting lever 26 is pressed down by hand, whereupon the winding apparatus is driven again in the manner described above.
At the same time, the guide pin 67 with the bobbin holder 50, which is released again by the cam 74, is lowered again until the bobbin 94 rests on the drive roller 7 again and the winding process continues normally.
During the winding process, the diameter of the bobbin 94 grows, and it is slowly pushed together with the whole bobbin holder on the guide pin 67 upwards. The hardness of the coil 94 can be regulated by a suitable choice of a smaller or larger counterweight 87.
As a result of the locking device 75-79, the bobbin holder 50 cannot move downwards by itself on the guide pin 67, so that the bobbin holder cannot be danced up and down. This prevents the formation of non-round coils.
Once the bobbin 94 has reached the prescribed diameter, an adjusting ring 95 attached to the rod 83 pushes against the arm 32 of the parking lever 29 and moves it until the locking member 27 of the starting lever 26 is released from the nose 28 and the winding apparatus in the manner described above is turned off. After the full bobbin 94 has been replaced by an empty cardboard tube 58, you press the ball holder bushing 75 by hand, whereby the locking device is released.
The entire slide cylinder 41 with the bobbin holder 50 is now pushed down on the guide pin 67 until the cardboard tube 58 comes to rest on the drive roller 7, whereupon the winding process can start again.
The inclination of the reel axis 56 is determined by the lever 63 guided in the groove 65 of the groove rail 43. The shape of the groove 65 and its inclination determine the course of the conicity of the coil 9.1 during its construction, i. H. the coil shape. A particular advantage of this device can be seen in the fact that the shape of the coil 94 can be changed in the simplest manner by changing the inclination of the groove rail 43.
The locking device with the balls 76 could also be replaced by any other suitable locking device.
The column guide 39 need not be absolutely vertical. It could be slightly tilted much more in any direction; H. to a maximum of 15 deviate from the vertical, be it to also influence the bobbin shape, or to keep the distance between thread guide 16 and Kar tonhülse 58 as small as possible, but without touching. that the bobbin holder is adjustable on a sliding cylinder, which is displaceable on an at least approximately vertical column guide, but secured against rotation. is stored.
