Die vorliegende Erfindung liegt in der Anordnung eines Ventilmechanismus mit Ventil in der Ausgabeleitung, welches Ven til durch den Flüssigkeitsstrom beeinflusst wird und welches während der Ausgabe stets bestrebt ist, in die Schliessstellung zu gehen, und in der Verbindung dieses Ventils mit einer Steuereinrichtung mit einem Einstell glied, das durch die Anzeigeeinrichtung ge steuert wird, welches bei Einleitung einer Ausgabe selbsttätig Mittel einstellt zum Verhindern, dass das Ventil in die Schliess stellung geht;
Device for measuring and dispensing liquids. The present invention relates to a device for measuring and dispensing liquids and aims to dispense the same amount per time unit during the entire dispensing process and at the same time automatically interrupt dispensing when the set amount has been fully dispensed.
The present invention lies in the arrangement of a valve mechanism with a valve in the dispensing line, which valve is influenced by the liquid flow and which during dispensing always strives to go into the closed position, and in the connection of this valve to a control device with an adjustment member that is controlled by the display device, which automatically sets means when initiating an output to prevent the valve from going into the closed position;
Furthermore, triggering means are provided which are also controlled by the display device and are kept inoperative during the greater part of the output by the said control device, but which are allowed to take effect to automatically control the interruption of the output, what by making the said control device ineffective, by exercising a z. B. short-term impact by momentary interruption of the liquid dispensing on the part of the user.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely a modification of the device shown in Swiss Patent No. 208924, will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawing, which includes a liquid measuring and dispensing device with an electrically driven pump, flow meter and automatic display device shows in which the uninterrupted delivery of the liquid from the pipeline by means of a dispensing mouth piece with valve by the operator in the working position takes place respectively. is initiated.
The drawing shows, partly in view and partly in section, only the parts required to understand the invention.
According to the embodiment shown, a housing 4 is provided in the output line from the knife 3 with an inflow connection 4a -.im un tern and an Alffflow connection 4b at the upper end. At the upper end of the nozzle 4b of the housing 4, a coaxially arranged guide part 5 is provided which protrudes into the nozzle 4b and which is provided at its un tern end with an inner partition 5a. This partition wall 5a is. provided with a control opening 5b, which forms a guide for the upper end of a slidable valve rod 6, the lower end of which is held in a guide recess 4e at the bottom of the housing 4.
On the valve rod 6, a valve plate 7 is verseliiebbar, which is hereinafter referred to as a flow valve 7, which cooperates with an opening 44 in an inter mediate part of the housing 4. This flow valve 7 works with a stop 8 on the valve rod 6, below the flow valve 7, and with a spring 9, the valve 7 between the free top of the Fliessven and a stop, formed by a ring 10 on the valve rod 6, above half of the flow valve 7, is arranged to be together. The spring 9 strives to move the flow valve 7 during the liquid discharge in the closed position.
On the valve rod 6, another ring 11 is pinned, which holds between itself and the ring 10, the upper end of a sleeve 12, the lower end of which has a flange 12 a, which forms a stop for a valve sleeve 13 that is slidable on the ver the outer circumference of the ring-shaped guide part 5 is guided and which valve sleeve 13 is hereinafter referred to as an interrupt valve 13.
The sleeve 12 is pressed into the interrupter valve 13 and has a passage 12b in its wall which connects the space inside the interrupter valve 13 with the space around it. The opener valve 13 is provided with seats 13a and 131; whose lower, namely 13a, cooperates with the lower end of the annular guide part 5, while the upper 13h cooperates with a supplementary seat 5e on the outer wall of the upper part of said ringför-shaped guide part 5.
The wall of the upper part of the annular guide part 5 is provided with symmetrically arranged passages 5a below the seat.
A nipple 15 is arranged within the partition wall 5a and concentrically with the bore 5b, into the upper end of which a nozzle 16 is screwed, which prevents the liquid from seeping through from the liquid inlet side of the mentioned interrupter valve 13 into the space on the outlet side thereof, for the purpose stated in Patent No. 208924.
Near the lower end of the valve rod 6 is provided with a fixed sleeve 17 which is in contact with the free end of an arm 18 which is arranged inside the inlet port 4a to the housing 4 and rotatable on a housing 4 in the walls of the Ge mounted shaft 19 is be fastened. The shaft 19 carries an arm 20 which is fastened to the same and which is arranged outside the housing 4. The upper end of this arm 20 is at one end of a link 21, hereinafter called control link GE, articulated.
The other end of that control arm is. articulated with a trigger ?? connected, the L-shape and the arm 22a ge articulated with a fixed part of the housing 23 which contains the automatic display device is connected. The aforementioned control arm 21 is connected to the trigger 22 near its angle and the pivotable nose piece 22e of the trigger 22 arbei tet with a cam 24 which is attached to the pin of a shaft 25 of the display device. and the interrupter disk 24 is called below.
The trigger 22 is provided with a spring 22b, which strives to keep the nose piece 22e of the trigger 22 out of contact with the breaker disk 24. The control lever 21 is provided between its ends with a projection 21a, which faces the one end of a release arm 26, which is mounted with its other end on the pin 27, carried by a fixed part of the housing 23 for the display device, so that the arm 26 tends to fall down under the action of gravity.
This trip arm 26 works with a pin 28 which protrudes from the lower, shorter arm of a lever 29, together, while the nose of the longer arm of the lever 29 cooperates with a second cam 30 on the same shaft 25 of the display device.
The lever 29 is referred to below as the setting lever 29 and the associated cam disk 30 as the setting cam disk. The interrupter disk 24 and the adjusting cam disk 30 are respectively with a cutout 24a. 30a, in which the nosepiece 22c of the trigger 22 and the nose of the setting lever 29 enter in the interrupted position. The nose of the adjusting lever 29 tries to remain in contact with the circumference of the adjusting cam disk 30 under the influence of gravity.
The operation of the device is as follows: When the operator opens the Mündungsven valve after the Aotor has started, the flow of liquid acts on the flow valve 7 and lifts it against the action of the spring 9, so that the liquid around the flow valve 7 and the interrupter valve 13 can flow around and through the opening 5d into the pipeline 31.
The rotation of the shaft 25 of the display device, which carries the interrupter disk 24 and the setting disk 30, starting immediately with the discharge of liquid, results in a rotation of the setting disk 30 so that the nose of the setting lever 29 moves out of the incision 30a of the disk 30 and the pin 28 carried by the shorter arm of the lever 29 disengages from the underside of the gravity trip arm 26, in which position said arm, by the nose of the adjustment lever 29 falling into the notch 29a upon completion the ongoing delivery has been brought.
The gravity release arm 26, however, cannot fall down, even if the nose of the adjusting lever 29 has been moved out of the incision 30a of the adjusting disk 30, since. the tendency of the valve rod 6 to move upwards, caused by the liquid flowing upward, causes the projection 21a of the control arm 21 to bear against the free end of the gravity release arm 26.
The prevention of the movement of the control arm 21, which is caused in this way, prevents the nosepiece 22c of the trigger 22 from being under the action of the pressure exerted on the valve rod 6 in contact with the 'circumference of the release disc 24 to be.
When the much larger part of the desired amount of liquid has been dispensed and the operator wishes to dispense the remaining part under the action of the automatic interruption mechanism, he moves the control valve in the dispensing mouth piece so that the dispensing is momentarily interrupted.
This interruption in the output allows the flow valve 7, under the influence of the energy stored in the spring 9, to go down until said flow valve 7 comes into contact with the stop 8 on the valve rod 6, the valve rod 6 has no tendency to go up, and under the action of the spring 22 over the parts 21, 20, 18 moves downwards, whereupon the spring 22u on the trigger 22 the projection 21a of the control arm 21 from the free end of the gravity trigger arm 26 moved away so that the same moves away from the blocking position.
When the operator allows normal dispensing again, the nosepiece 22c des.Auslösers 22 moves into contact with the periphery of the breaker disc 24 under the influence of the upward force generated by the fluid pressure acting on the valve rod (i. As soon as the nosepiece 22e gets into the incision 24a of the interrupter disk? 4, the interrupter valve 13 goes into the closed position, the shape of the disk circumference being chosen so that this closing takes place slowly.
When the remainder of the required amount (with the same strength) has been dispensed, the nosepiece 22e of the trigger \ ?? in the incision 24a of the interrupter disk? 4, whereupon the interrupter valve quickly goes into the closed position in which both valve surfaces 13a and 13b rest on their seats.
It should be noted that the seat 13b, as indicated at 5e, has a groove so that a small amount of liquid can penetrate during the closing process before the absolute closing position is reached.
After the delivery has stopped, the pressure on the control arm \? 1 eases and the adjustment spring 22b comes into play. to act on the trigger 22 and pulls the nosepiece 2 \ e of the same out of contact with the breaker disk 24. At the same time, the setting disk 30 is adjusted so that the nose of the setting lever 29 engages with the incision 29a therein.
As a result, the pin 28 on the shorter arm of the adjustment lever 9 raises the gravity release lever into the locking position with respect to the projection 21a of the control arm 21 so that the parts are ready for a new dispensing. The control device for liquid measuring and dispensing apparatus as described above is simple and robust in its construction and allows full dispensing during almost the entire dispensing process.
