An dem die Verriegelungswarzen c, tra genden Verschlusskopf c, sitzen einander dia metral gegenüberliegend zwei Steuernocken e, die durch das gleichzeitige Zusammenwir- ken mit Druckflächen ha des Laufes bezw: Gehäuseschrägführungen a;
Automatic firearm with sliding barrel. The invention relates to an automatic firearm with sliding barrel and two-part lockable breech, the breech head in an inclined guide of the rear breech part just guided is Gela Gert and is rotated to unlock the barrel during the barrel decline when shot by a housing guide controlled control cam.
In the known weapons of this type, the locking and unlocking movement of the bolt head is a pure rotary movement, which rotates the rotating head running against an inclined surface of the Waffenge housing compared to the rear breech part that is just being guided, while accelerating through the inclined guide connected between the two closing parts into the unlocked position the bolt head does not suffer an axial adjustment to the barrel.
In firearms with screw-shaped locking elements, for example threaded parts, the barrel locking mechanism, due to the incline of the locking elements when inserting the cartridges into the barrel, ensures that the case always sits snugly in the cartridge chamber wall and, when unlocked, the case is loosened ensure, the unlocking movement of the bolt head is made more difficult,
because the deflecting in the direction of the unlocking rotary movement of the housing guide runs in the same direction upward as the support surfaces of the locking members. The locking head is thus only turned into the unlocking by a force component of the recoil that corresponds to the gradient difference between the housing guide and the locking support surfaces.
So that it does not get stuck between the pressure surfaces of the barrel and the inclined guides that unlock it, sliding is as smooth as possible (on these control surfaces). to strive for the control cam of the locking piece on these control surfaces.
In particular, if the barrel and breech run back together in the same locking position on the first part of the return path, there is only a small trajectory available for the unlocking process, so that the housing guide that guides the breech block into the unlocked position only a relatively low slope can be obtained.
According to the invention, these difficulties are eliminated in an automatic firearm of the type described in that the pressure surfaces of the barrel that work together with the control cams of the breech head and the sloping housing guides rise towards the same side and each control cam is divided into two separate control organs, at least one of which consists of a role. This considerably reduces the friction required for proper unlocking.
The pressure surfaces of the barrel expediently have the same inclination as the support surfaces of the thread-part combs for the barrel lock. Furthermore, the screw slot of the rear locking part advantageously runs out towards the front in a bend which is perpendicular to the locking track and blocks the guide thumb, which only releases the guide thumb for locking the lock when the control cams interact with the running pressure surfaces.
An embodiment of the fiction, contemporary firearm is in 'Fix. 1 with a horizontal longitudinal section through -the middle part of the weapon with the two-part closure indicated by dashed lines in the locked closed position.
2 shows the weapon housing visually in section without locking, FIG. 3 shows a longitudinal section corresponding to FIG. 1 with a return position of the locking parts when unlocking has just been completed, FIG. 4 shows a development of the control surfaces of the barrel and the housing during unlocking ,
Fig. 5 shows a cross section along line VV of Fig. 1 and Fig. 6 shows a cross section along line VI-VI of Fig. 1: The transversely divided weapon housing for the barrel change or the construction of the locking parts consists of a rear part a1 and a front part a3, which are connected by a longitudinal pin a, laterally swing out against each other bar.
The front part of the housing accommodates barrel b, the rear part accommodates the two-part closure c in a longitudinally displaceable manner. Barrel b and breech c can be locked to one another by means of a bayonet connection made up of partial threaded combs b ,, c. The lock c, which can be pushed back against the action of the closing spring d, consists of a part a in longitudinal grooves a4 of the internal housing,
rectilinearly guided hollow cylindrical closure part r, and a closure head c ,, rotatably and axially movably mounted therein, which is guided with a guide thumb c5 on its rear extension in a screw slot cg of the closure part c2.
On the locking head c carrying the locking lugs c, sit diametrically opposite to each other two control cams e, which by the simultaneous interaction with pressure surfaces ha of the barrel or: sloping housing guides a;
, unlock the breech during its return movement and contribute to the new interlocking with barrel b in conjunction with the screw slot guide c3-cs of the two breech parts e2 and c4 during the subsequent closing advance.
The barrel b, which is secured against rotation, can be displaced back against a spring f acting on the return spring rod f and is immediately brought back into the firing position by the latter after it has returned when the shot is fired. His return is by abutting the flat part of its end face on a housing shoulder a. limited.
In this rearward position of the barrel, the control cams e of the locking head c, on the sloping housing guides a, have run down and have entered the longitudinal housing grooves a leading the rear locking part c2. Before the shot, the parts assume the position shown in FIG. 1.
As a result of the recoil, the barrel and breech are thrown back in an initially unchanged position to one another until the control cams e of the breech head c4 hit the sloping housing guides a. Then the locking head c4 begins to rotate with respect to the rear locking part c2 during the further backward movement corresponding to the slope of the inclined surfaces a.
By sliding a guide thumb sitting on the locking head in .einem screw slot c3 of the locking part c2, the latter is accelerated and shifted backwards relative to the locking head c4. This adjustment is initially used to tension the firing pin.
As can be seen from the development in FIG. 4, the control cams e of the locking head c4 slide between the guide surfaces bz and a, of the barrel b and a. of the weapon housing a, ent long
The running pressure surfaces b2 run obliquely in the same direction as the deflecting sloping housing guides ca ,, but with a smaller slope that only corresponds to those of the locking lugs bl-c, ent. The inclined housing guides a, as against, are inclined so that the control cams e run along them unchecked and cause the locking head c4 to rotate.
A flatter course of the running pressure surface b2 than that of the locking lugs bl-c ", for example, a training as a flat end face, while the locking lugs have slope, would no longer undesirably the area b2, but the lugs themselves to force and pressure-transmitting when unlocking Make organ.
On the other hand, a steeper course of the surface b2 than that of the warts would have glemmings: the consequence, because an acceleration of the bolt head relative to the barrel would then be initiated before these two parts are unlocked from one another.
Like Pig. ss shows, each control cam e consists of two rollers, of which the inner one interacts with the pressure surface b2 of the barrel, the outer one with the inclined housing guide a. This division of the control cam into separate control elements in the form of rollers rotatable in opposite directions prevents it from being jammed between the pressure surface b2 of the barrel and the unlocking of the inclined housing guide a.
Instead of two rollers, each control cam; e can consist of a fixed sliding surface and a roller for separate contact on surfaces b2, a.
After unlocking, the control cams e of the locking head c4 enter the longitudinal guides a4 of the rear housing part a,. one.
At the same time, the guide thumb c, which is located on the locking head c4, has been converted into a bend c3 of the screw slot c3 at right angles to the locking track. In this bend, the guide thumb c remains, during the further return and forward movement, in order to lock the two locking parts e2 and c4 in the extended position relative to one another.
This blocking of the locking head c4 with respect to the locking part c2 switches off a reverse rotation of the locking head when it is moved by means of the locking part c2, which is thrown back from the closing spring d after the return, which leads to increased friction of the control cams. e in the longitudinal guides a4 could give rise to and, on the other hand, ensures
that the control cam c exiting from the longitudinal guides a4 on the guideless section up to the pressure surfaces b2 of the barrel b, which has meanwhile returned to its previous end position, remains in a correct position securing the locking inlet of the locking lugs c.
The lock of the locking head c4 with respect to the locking part e caused by the bend c3 'is triggered again by the control cams e.g against the steep runout b4 (FIG. 4) of the running pressure surface b2. Then the guide thumb c, which has run into the bevel of the screw slot c3,
when the breech block c2 is subsequently moved up, the turning and thus the locking of the bolt head c with the barrel.
To open the lock by hand, only the rear lock part c2 needs to be withdrawn. The screw slot c ″ that becomes active in this case then turns the bolt head c into the unlocked position, and the entire bolt can be retrieved without the barrel b having to be moved along with it.
