Description

  

  Fahrgestell-Längsträger aus Rohren.    Die bisherigen Fahrgestell-Längsträger       hatten    verschiedene     Nachteile.    Entweder  waren sie als mit Hilfe sehr     teurer        Matrizen     ,gepresste     :Spezialträger    hergestellt, oder sie  waren normale Walzprofile,     :die    aber sehr  schwere Konstruktionen ergaben.  



  Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt,  diese Nachteile dadurch zu vermeiden, dass  der     Längsträger    unter     Verwendung    von we  nigstens zwei Rohren     hergestellt    ist.  



  Inder Zeichnung sind verschiedene     Aus-          führungsbeispiele    des Erfindungsgegenstan  des dargestellt, wobei die Fig. 1, 2 und 3  Querschnitte und die Fig. 4, 5, 6 und 7  Längsrisse verschiedener Fahrzeug-Längsträ  ger darstellen. Wie ersichtlich, sind die  Längsträger .durch aneinandergefügte Rohre       a    gebildet. Die     Verbindung    ,der Rohre unter  einander ist durch Schweissurig oder Löturig       hergestellt.    Die Anzahl, Grösse und     Anord-          nung    der Rohre wird in jedem     einzelnen    Fall  den     Umständen    entsprechend gewählt.

   Die    Fig. 1, 2 und 3 zeigen verschiedene Gruppie  rungsmöglichkeiten der Rohre, wobei ersicht  lich ist, dass :die !Schweiss- oder Lötstellen b  in den     :durch,    das Berühren     :der    Rohre gebil  deten Winkeln liegen und entweder fortlau  fend oder stellenweise unterbrochen ausge  führt sein können. Die Rohre können :gerade  (Fig. 4) oder gebogen sein (Fig. 5), sie kön  nen sich stellenweise trennen (Fig. 6) oder  durch ein Blech e oder     ähnliches    :gegenein  ander verstrebt sein (Fig. 7).  



  Die auf diese Weise     hergestellten    hohlen  Längsträger können zugleich als     Behälter     oder     Leitungen    für Flüssigkeiten oder     Gase          oder    als Gehäuse für feste Gegenstände wie  Apparate etc. verwendet sein.

  In the drawing, various exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, with FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 showing cross sections and FIGS. 4, 5, 6 and 7 showing longitudinal views of various vehicle longitudinal members. As can be seen, the longitudinal beams are formed by tubes a joined together. The connection between the pipes is made by welding or soldering. The number, size and arrangement of the tubes is selected in each individual case according to the circumstances.

   Fig. 1, 2 and 3 show different grouping possibilities of the pipes, it is evident that: the! Welding or soldering points b in the angles formed by, touching: the pipes and either continuously or interrupted in places can be executed. The tubes can be: straight (Fig. 4) or curved (Fig. 5), they can separate in places (Fig. 6) or by a sheet e or the like: be braced against each other (Fig. 7).



  The hollow longitudinal members produced in this way can also be used as containers or lines for liquids or gases or as housings for solid objects such as apparatus, etc.
