Abschlussorgan.
Closing body. The invention relates to a closing organ for contaminated media leading lines with a servomotor operated by an auxiliary medium which is tightly connected to the closing organ.
Closing organs whose servomotors are directly influenced by the medium flowing through the line to be closed have the disadvantage that parts of servomotors can jam in the case of media unsuitable for servomotors, especially contaminated media, and the operational reliability of the organ Question is asked.
The closing element according to the invention is characterized in that the cylinder of the servomotor is attached directly to the valve housing of the organ in such a way that the servomotor piston separates the interior of the valve housing from the interior of the servomotor cylinder and that the gap directed against the interior of the valve housing between the servomotor piston and the servomotor cylinder, at least in the closed position of the valve, the pressure of the auxiliary medium is kept higher than the pressure of the medium flowing in the line,
wherein an auxiliary medium is used to operate the servomotor, which may be mixed with the medium flowing in the line.
Some examples of the subject matter of the invention are shown on the drawing in FIGS. 1 to 4 in a simplified longitudinal section for the Dar position. Each of these organs has a valve 2 in a valve housing 1, wel Ches can be pressed onto its seat 19 by means of a valve spindle 3 through the piston 4 located in the cylinder 20.
The servomotor piston 4 of the organ according to FIG. 1 has between the two cylinder surfaces 6 and 7 an annular groove 5, which through the connection 8 an auxiliary medium under higher pressure than the pressure of the BEZW through the line. is supplied through the valve housing 1 flowing medium. The auxiliary medium passes through the narrow bore 9 into the cylinder chamber 10, from which it can flow out through the bore 11 and the line 12.
The auxiliary valve 13 is controlled by the magnet winding 15 by means of the magnet core 14. Between the 14 and the winding 15 there is a pressure-resistant sleeve 16 that does not interfere with the magnetic flux.
In the closed position of the valve 2, the magnet winding 15 is not energized, so that the weight of the core 14 presses the valve 13 onto its seat, whereby the flow from the space 10 is shut off. The auxiliary medium supplied through the line 8 presses the piston 4 downwards and thereby the valve 2 onto its seat 19. Due to the higher pressure on the upper side of the piston 4, if there are any leaks between the piston 4 and the cylinder 20, the for the Servomotor suitable auxiliary medium down into the valve housing 1 .. where it is mixed with the medium located in the valve housing 1.
This prevents the medium which is not suitable for the servomotor, for example contaminated medium, from the housing 2 in the servomotor cylinder 20.
In order to allow the medium to flow through the valve housing 1, the magnet winding 15 is excited so that the core 14 is attracted and the control valve 13 is lifted from its seat. The auxiliary medium located in the space 10 can then flow through the bore 11 and the line 12 men. Only a much smaller amount of the auxiliary medium can flow through the narrow bore 9, so that the pressure in the space 10 falls below that in the valve housing 1. The medium in the valve housing therefore lifts the piston 4 and the valve 2.
In the annular groove 5 there is overpressure in relation to the housing 1 even when the valve 2 is in the open position, so that between the piston 4 and the cylinder 20 the auxiliary medium suitable for the servomotor flows down into the valve housing and the penetration of the valve 1 flows through prevents the medium unsuitable for the servomotor from entering the servomotor housing. The valve 2 can also be brought into the open position with the aid of the spin del 18.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, the auxiliary medium is discharged from the space 10 through the line 12 into the valve housing 1, which carries the medium unsuitable for the servomotor. When the valve 13 is open, the pressure in the space 10 is the same as the pressure in the valve housing 1, and the piston 4 is thus loaded from both sides by forces of the same magnitude. A spring 27 is therefore arranged to open the valve 2 with the aid of the spindle 25. The spring force is dimensioned such that the overpressure generated by the auxiliary medium on the upper side when the valve 13 is closed can compress the spring and press the valve 2 onto the seat 1.9.
In addition, the servomotor piston 4 is provided with a sealing surface 21, through which a seal between the valve housing and the space 10 is achieved in the open state. Even if the supply of the auxiliary medium is interrupted, the liquid unsuitable for the servomotor cannot penetrate the servomotor.
To prevent impacts, the piston 4 also has an attachment at the top which can engage in a groove formed by the ring 23. The liquid displaced in this groove can only flow out through fine bores 24 under increased pressure. The force opposed to the piston by the liquid to be displaced gradually brakes the piston. In the same way, braking of the servomotor piston 4 can also be achieved during the closing movement in that the spring plate 26, designed as a piston, is displaceable in a cylinder 28, the liquid in the cylinder 28 being displaced through the bore 29.
The control fluid is fed to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3 through the line 8 from above through the sleeve 16. The liquid is discharged through the channel 31 in the valve spindle 3.
When the control valve 13 blocks the outflow of the auxiliary medium through the channel 31, a higher pressure arises in the space 10 than in the space of the valve body 1, so that the piston 4 is pressed down and the valve 2 is pressed against the seat 19. With the aid of the auxiliary medium located in the space 10 and suitable for the servo motor, the running surface between the piston 4 and the cylinder 20 can be kept clean.
If the solenoid 15 of the like 14 and the valve 13 are raised by the excitation of the solenoid 15, the auxiliary medium can flow out of the space 10 through the channel 31 faster than fresh auxiliary medium flows in through the throttle point 33. As a result, the pressure in the space 10 drops, so that the piston is raised as a result of the excess pressure prevailing in the space of the valve housing 1 and the valve 2 is lifted off the seat 19. The lifting of the valve is supported by the spring 27.
Because the auxiliary medium is fed through the sleeve 16, the sensitive parts of the magnetic core and the spindle of the valve 13 are protected from the unsuitable medium.
Instead of supplying the liquid through the sleeve of the control magnet, the line 8 can also be connected to the cylinder 20 of the servomotor, as shown in FIG. 4. Nevertheless, the magnetic core 14 and the spindle of the valve 13 are constantly bathed by the auxiliary medium suitable for the servomotor.
The organ through which the medium, which is not suitable for the servomotor, can be designed as a shut-off valve; Instead of a valve, however, a slide or some other closing element can also be used, for example. Instead of controlling the servomotor with the help of solenoid valves, other valves that can be influenced mechanically, pneumatically or hydraulically, for example, can also be used.
The organs according to the invention can also be designed as remote-controlled organs in such a way that the electrical, mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic actuation line is laid from the control point to the organ. Dirt liquids, in particular waste water or contaminated gases, can be used as media in the main line to be closed. Pure liquids or pure gases can be used as the auxiliary medium.
But the invention can also be applied where, for example, by a main strand har zende or lubricant dissolving BEZW. corrosive liquids or gases are carried, which endanger the operation of servomotors.
