Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Disazofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu Sub  stantiven     Azofarbstoffen    gelangt, die zur       Kupferkomplexbildung    befähigt sind, wenn  man dianotierte     2-Amino-l-oxybenzolaulfon-          säuren    mit solchen     Arylamiden    der     2-Oxy-          naphthalin-6-carbonsäure,    die Substantive  Eigenschaften haben, vereinigt.  



  Als geeignete     Arylamide    der     2-Oxynaph-          thalin-6-carbonsäure    erweisen sich zum Bei  spiel die Kondensationsprodukte aus 2     Mol          2-Oxynaphthalin-6-carbonsäure    mit 1     Mol     eines     4.4'-Diaminodiphenyls,    ferner zum Bei  spiel das Kondensationsprodukt aus 1     Mol          2-Oxynaphthalin-6-carbonsäure    mit 1     Mol          2-Amin        o-5-oxyn        aphthalin-7-sulfon    säure.  



  Die nach dem neuen Verfahren erhält  lichen Farbstoffe können in Substanz oder  auf der Faser in ihre Kupferverbindungen  übergeführt werden und ergeben auf Baum  wolle Färbungen von guten Echtheitseigen  schaften.  



  Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist    ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Disazo-          farbstoffes,    welches dadurch gekennzeichnet  ist, dass man 2     Mol        6-Chlor-2-amino-l-oxy-          benzol-4-sulfosäure    dianotiert und die     Diazo-          verbindung    mit 1     Mol        Bis-(2'-oxy-6'-naph-          thoyl-)    4 . 4' -     diaminodiphenyl    -3 . 3'     -dicarbon-          säure    in Gegenwart eines Alkalis kuppelt.

    <I>Beispiel:</I>  22,35 Teile     6-Chlor-2-amino-l-oxybenzol-          4-sulfonsäure    werden unter Zusatz von 5 Tei  len Salzsäure von 12       B6    mit 6,9 Teilen       Natriumnitrit    in etwa 300 Teilen Wasser  dianotiert und mit einer Lösung von 32,8  Teilen     bis-(2'-oxy-6'-naphthoyl-)4.4'-diamino-          diphenyl-3.3'-dicarbonsaurem    Natrium und  4 Teilen     Natriumhydroxyd    in 500 Teilen  Wasser vereinigt. Nach beendeter Kombina  tion wird der     Farbstoff    in üblicher Weise       ausgesalzen,    isoliert und getrocknet.  



  Der     Farbstoff    ergibt, auf Baumwolle ge  färbt und auf der Faser mit Kupfersulfat      nachbehandelt, rote Färbungen von sehr guter  Lichtechtheit.

  The dyes obtained by the new process can be converted into their copper compounds in substance or on the fiber and produce dyeings with good fastness properties on cotton.



  The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a disazo dye, which is characterized in that 2 moles of 6-chloro-2-amino-1-oxybenzene-4-sulfonic acid are dianotated and the diazo compound with 1 mole of bis - (2'-oxy-6'-naphthoyl-) 4. 4 '- diaminodiphenyl -3. 3 '-dicarboxylic acid couples in the presence of an alkali.

PATENTANSPRUCH Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Disazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2 Mol 6-Chlor-2-amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfo- säure diazotiert und die Diazoverbindung mit 1 Mol Bis-(2'-oxy-6'-naphthoyl-)4.4'-diamino- diphenyl-3.3'-dicarbonsäure in Gegenart eines Alkalis kuppelt. Der Farbstoff ergibt, auf Baumwolle ge färbt und auf der Faser mit Kupfersulfat nachbehandelt, rote Färbungen von sehr guter Lichtechtheit.
