Scheibenkupplung.
Disc clutch. The invention is a disc clutch that z. B. can be used in eccentric presses.
The coupling according to the invention is characterized in that the disks are each provided with a spiral rib, the outer circumferential surface of one rib having the same slope in the circumferential direction as the inner circumferential surface of the other rib, such that said circumferential surfaces when the disks are coupled together A handle come.
The drawing shows an example embodiment of the subject invention.
Fig. 1 is an axial section through the illustrated coupling.
Figures 2 and 3 show details thereof.
In the clutch shown, it is a matter of transmitting the torque obtained from a belt pulley 1 and a pulley 2 provided as a flywheel to another pulley 3 with a gearwheel 4. The connection between the disc 3 and gear 4 is effected by common wedging with a sleeve 5, which serves as a bearing for the flywheel 2 and itself rotates around an inner sleeve 6, which is supported by the nut 7 in the block 8 Festge.
The coupling between flywheel 2 and disc 3 takes place via spiral Rip pen 9 and 10 of the facing <sides of these organs.
Fig. 1 shows the ribs in the coupled state. 2 is a view of the disk 3 with the spiral rib 10 and shows, in a dash-dotted line, the spiral rib 9 of the flywheel resting against it in the coupled state.
The outer surface of the spiral rib 10 has the same slope in the circumferential direction and with respect to the axis the same inclination as the inner surface of the spiral rib 9, and they both extend over twice 360. The force transmission takes place in the direction of arrow 11, as can be seen, while the inner man face of the spiral rib 9 exerts a centripetal thrust on the outer surface of the spiral rib 10.
One could also think of a transfer in the opposite sense, namely from a spiral 10 to a spiral 9 with centrifugally directed pressure.
The coupling and uncoupling is done here by axially moving the flywheel? slightly more than the height of the ribs. For this purpose, the flywheel 2 is connected with the help of a shield 12: verbun which ball bearings 13 are connected to a nut 14 which is prevented from rotating by two pins 15 of a cover 16 firmly connected to the sleeve 6. A screw thread 17 engaging in the nut of an operating rod 18 mounted in the sleeve 6 allows this nut to be communicated with the axial movement necessary for coupling and uncoupling.
The rod 18 is actuated for this purpose with the aid of a lever 19, which can perform a half turn, which is limited by the pin 20 and the circular groove 21. 3 shows a view of the lever 19 in the siren of the arrow ??, specifically in the central position in which this lever is shown in FIG. In reality, the lever in this figure would have to have one of the horizontal end positions, otherwise the clutch would neither be switched on nor off.
As a result of the large pitch of the thread 17 and the small required <<paint movement of the flywheel? inclined half a turn of the operating lever: 19. to operate the clutch. A lock is not necessary because the coupling does not trigger any noticeable axial forces and the weight of the ball 23 on i lever .1 .9 provides sufficient security.
So the coupling takes place in such a way that the driven flywheel? with the help of the actuator just described is pushed axially ver against the disc 3. In this case, the two spiral-shaped ribs can possibly come together first, but as a result of the rotation of the flywheel a position will arise immediately in which the ribs can interlock and the coupling takes place. 'The transmitting torque can then front gear 4 from any machine such. B. be transmitted to an eccentric press. The shock that occurs during sudden coupling is then absorbed by the large contact surface of the ribs.
