Tropfflasche. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tropfflasche, bei welcher in einer waagrechten Mündungs ebene eine Tropfnase mit Auslaufrinne her vorspringt, die U-förmigen Querschnitt besitzt. Diese Rinne setzt sich in den Flaschenhals schräg nach innen allmählich abnehmend fort und endigt dabei innen und aussen ungefähr auf gleicher Höhe. Dadurch wird es ermöglicht, dass die Flasche mit einem Korkstopfen ver schlossen werden kann.
Eine solche Flasche kommt insbesondere als Homöopathenglas in Betracht, zumal sie tropfenweise Verabreichung von Flüssigkeiten gestattet, ohne dass dabei ein Glasstopfen verwendet zu werden braucht, der bekanntlich bei derartigen Flaschen eine besonders grosse Länge und somit entspre chend grosse Anlagefläche besitzt und daher besonders leicht zum Festsitzen neigt. Der Stopfen ist bei jedesmaligem Verabreichen aus der Gegenstand der Erfindung bildenden Flasche ganz herauszunehmen.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel der Flasche in zwei um 90<B>0</B> gegen- einander verdrehten Ansichten des obern Teils einer Flasche dargestellt.
Der Flaschenhals a besitzt an seinem waagrechten Mündungsrand b in üblicher Weise eine waagrecht hervorstehende Tropf nase c. Diese Nase ist gemäss der Erfindung mit einer U-förmigen Auslaufrinne d versehen und diese Rinne setzt sich in das Innere des Halses a allmählich abnehmend, wie aus Fig.2 ersichtlich, fort. Die Rinne endigt innen und aussen ungefähr auf gleicher Höhe. Sie reicht nur ein verhältnismässig kurzes Stück in das Innere des Flaschenhalses hin ein. Damit ist die Möglichkeit gegeben, ver hältnismässig kurze Korken als ausreichenden Flaschenverschluss zu verwenden.
In der Rinne wird die Flüssigkeit zwangs läufig zusammengehalten und daher genötigt, beim Aufrichten der Flasche dem Verlauf dieser Rinne unbedingt zu folgen. Dabei sorgt die Kohäsion der Flüssigkeitsteilchen im Verein mit dem Gewicht. der zurücktre tenden Flüssigkeitssäule und dem äussern Luftdruck dafür, dass dieser Rücktritt so beschleunigt wird, dass die Bildung eines Resttropfens unbedingt vermieden wird.
Der aus den Abbildungen ersichtliche schräge Rand b ermöglicht ausserdem das bequeme Einbringen und Herausziehen eines Korkens ohne Beschädigungsgefahr.
Die Gestalt der Flasche und der Aus laufrinne im besondern ermöglicht eine ma schinelle Herstellung der Flasche und dem nach ihre Fertigung als Massenerzeugnis auf relativ billigem Wege ohne weiteres.
Dropper bottle. The invention relates to a dropper bottle in which in a horizontal opening plane a drip nose with a discharge channel protrudes, which has a U-shaped cross section. This groove continues in the bottle neck, gradually decreasing obliquely inwards and ends inside and outside at approximately the same height. This enables the bottle to be closed with a cork stopper.
Such a bottle is particularly suitable as a homeopathic glass, especially since it allows the administration of liquids drop by drop without the need to use a glass stopper, which is known to have a particularly large length and thus a correspondingly large contact surface in such bottles and therefore particularly easy to stick tends. The stopper must be removed completely from the bottle forming the subject of the invention each time it is administered.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the bottle is shown in two views of the upper part of a bottle rotated by 90 <B> 0 </B> with respect to one another.
The bottle neck a has on its horizontal mouth edge b in the usual way a horizontally protruding drip nose c. According to the invention, this nose is provided with a U-shaped outlet channel d and this channel continues gradually decreasing into the interior of the neck a, as can be seen from FIG. The channel ends inside and outside at approximately the same height. It only extends a relatively short distance into the inside of the bottle neck. This makes it possible to use relatively short corks as a sufficient bottle cap.
The liquid is inevitably held together in the gutter and therefore forced to follow the course of this gutter when erecting the bottle. The cohesion of the liquid particles in conjunction with the weight ensures this. the receding liquid column and the external air pressure ensure that this withdrawal is accelerated so that the formation of a residual drop is absolutely avoided.
The inclined edge b shown in the figures also enables a cork to be inserted and removed easily without the risk of damage.
The shape of the bottle and the drainage channel in particular enables a machine to manufacture the bottle and after its manufacture as a mass product in a relatively cheap way easily.
