Description

  

  Spritzkabine.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Spritzkabine, wie sie zum Beispiel zum  Aufspritzen von Farben und Lacken auf  Werkstücke verwendet werden kann. Die  üblichen Farbstoffe enthalten leichtflüchtige  Bestandteile, welche     raschmöglichst    entfernt  werden müssen, da sie die Gesundheit der  Arbeiter beeinträchtigen.  



  Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte     Spritz-          kabine    besitzt eine besonders geeignete, wenig  Platz beanspruchende Konstruktion die ausser  dem, wie Versuche ergeben haben; einen  vollkommenen Schutz der Arbeiter gewähr  leistet.  



  Die Zeichnung stellt ein Ausführungs  beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dar, und  zwar ist       Fig.    1 ein Querschnitt und     Fig.2    eine  Ansicht von vorne.  



  Die     Spritzkabine    weist auf einem Gestell  1 ein Gehäuse 2, zum Beispiel aus Blech  auf. Der Boden 3 der Spritzkabine dient  zum Auflegen der zu lackierenden Gegen  stände. Bei Bearbeitung von grossen und    schweren Stücken kann der Boden 3 auf  gleicher Höhe wie der Fussboden 4 ange  ordnet sein. Unter dem Boden 3 und an der  Rückwand der Kabine sind Filter 5 ange  ordnet, die vorzugsweise auswechselbar und  im übrigen gemäss dem Schweizer Patent  183997 ausgebildet sind.  



  Im Oberteil der Kabine, also über der  Kabinendecke, befindet sich die Zu- und       Abluftventilationsvorrichtung    mit direkt an  treibendem gemeinsamem Elektromotor 6.  Auf der horizontalen Welle des Elektro  motors sitzt auf dem linken Wellenende der       Zuluftventilator    7 und auf dem rechten  Wellenende der     Abluftventilator    B. Dieser  letztere fördert die filtrierte Luft in Richtung  des Pfeils I ins Freie, während Ventilator 7  frische Luft in Richtung des Pfeils     II    an  saugt und durch die Düse 9 in Form eines  die Arbeitsöffnung abschliessenden Frischluft  schleiers in die Kabine fördert.  



  Der Motor und damit die Ventilatoren 7,  8 oder auch nur der Motor allein könnten  mit lotrechter Welle angeordnet sein. Es      könnten auch Mittel vorgesehen sein, um die  filtrierte Luft ganz oder teilweise wieder der  Arbeitsstelle zuzuführen.



  Spray booth. The present invention relates to a spray booth such as can be used, for example, for spraying paints and varnishes onto workpieces. The usual dyes contain highly volatile constituents which have to be removed as quickly as possible, as they affect the health of the workers.



  The spray booth shown in the drawing has a particularly suitable, space-consuming construction which, as tests have shown, also; ensures complete protection of workers.



  The drawing represents an embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention, namely Fig. 1 is a cross section and Fig.2 is a view from the front.



  The spray booth has a housing 2, for example made of sheet metal, on a frame 1. The floor 3 of the spray booth is used to place the objects to be painted. When processing large and heavy pieces, the floor 3 can be arranged at the same level as the floor 4. Filters 5 are arranged under the floor 3 and on the rear wall of the cabin, which are preferably replaceable and otherwise designed in accordance with Swiss Patent 183997.



  In the upper part of the cabin, i.e. above the cabin ceiling, there is the supply and exhaust air ventilation device with a common driving electric motor 6. On the horizontal shaft of the electric motor sits the supply air fan 7 on the left shaft end and the exhaust air fan B on the right shaft end the latter promotes the filtered air in the direction of arrow I into the open, while fan 7 sucks fresh air in the direction of arrow II and promotes through the nozzle 9 in the form of a veil of fresh air closing the work opening into the cabin.



  The motor and thus the fans 7, 8 or even just the motor alone could be arranged with a vertical shaft. Means could also be provided in order to return all or part of the filtered air to the work site.

PATENT CLAIM: Spray booth in which the air containing the volatile components of the sprayed substances is softened from the workplace through filters by means of a fan and a fresh air curtain is formed in front of the workplace, characterized in that the device causing the air circulation is above the Cabin ceiling is arranged.

SUBClaims 1. Spray booth according to claim, characterized in that the air circulation causing Vorriehtung has a motor with a horizontal shaft. 2. Spray booth according to dependent claim 1, characterized in that a fan is arranged on both sides of the motor on the hori zontal motor shaft, one of which sucks the filtered air from wel chen, while the other air through a nozzle in the form of a veil in front of the work place blowing.

3. Spray booth according to dependent claim 2, characterized in that means are provided to supply part of the extracted air to the booth as recirculated air on the ceiling, while the other part of the exhaust air can be blown out into the open.
