I'-III' treiben.
Piston pump with two congruent shafts with crank displacements. The invention relates to a piston pump with two congruent crank positions having shafts that can be rotated against each other to change the flow rate with the help of a rotary coupling, in particular to a feed pump for flow tubes. The invention consists in that the shafts are laid in the same line and each cylinder of one shaft is in open connection with a cylinder of the other shaft through a line. The rotary coupling can be designed as a rotary servo motor, whereby the shafts can still be rotated relative to one another by a certain angle, even in the position for the greatest delivery rate.
The angle of this rotation is expediently in a range from 100 to 50.
An example of the subject matter of the invention is shown in simplified form on the drawing in FIGS. 1-5. FIG. 2 shows a section along line II-II and FIG. 3 shows a section along line III-IH in FIG. 1. FIG. 4 is a crank angle diagram and FIG. 5 is a flow rate diagram.
The piston shown in the drawing has two housings 1 and 2, in each of which a crankshaft 3 BEZW. 4 is stored. The crankshafts are designed to be congruent to one another with regard to their crank offset, arranged in one and the same line and connected to one another by a rotary coupling 5. Each of the crank shafts 3 and 4 has three cranks, which respectively the plunger 6. 7 the cylinder I-Ill respectively. I'-III 'drift.
The cylinder I is with the cylinder I 'through a line 8, the cylinder II through a line 9 with the cylinder II' and the cylinder III through a line 10 with the cylinder III 'in open connection. To cool the fluid moving in the working spaces of the cylinder and in the connecting lines, cooling jackets 11 and 11 respectively are around the pipes. 12 arranged, which 13 cooling water is supplied through the nozzle. The cooling water is discharged again through the connection 14. A valve body 15, in which a suction valve 16 and a pressure valve 17 is arranged, is switched into each of the lines 8-10.
The rotary coupling 5 is designed as a rotary servo motor (FIG. 3), the housing 18 of which is rigidly coupled to the shaft 3, while the double rotary piston 19 is permanently connected to the shaft 4. The two spaces, which are formed by the partitions 20 and 21 rigidly connected to the housing 18, are each divided into two parts by the rotary piston 19, so that on the whole the four size-changing spaces 22, 23, 24 and 25 arise.
The two opposing spaces 23 and 25 are connected through a bore 26 and the two also opposite spaces 22 and 24 through another bore 27 with a control device not presented Darge. Depending on whether liquid is fed into the two rooms 23 and 25 and discharged from the rooms 22 and 24 or fed into the rooms 22 and 24 and discharged from the rooms 23 and 25, the rotary piston 19 is against the housing 18 and thus the two Shafts 3 and 4 in one direction or the other rotates against each other ver.
In the crank angle diagram (FIG. 4), the cranks of shaft 3 are denoted by 31, 31, and 3m, the cranks of shaft 4 by 41 ″ 41I # and 4m.
As can be seen from the section in FIG. 3, the two crankshafts cannot be rotated against each other by a full 1800 . The two shafts are therefore in the position for maximum delivery by an angle a (Fig. 4) rotated against each other. This creates the delivery conditions shown in FIG. 5 Darge.
In the diagram of Fig. 5, the offset angle a of the two crankshafts 3 and 4 is plotted as the abscissa, while the flow rate is carried as 0-100% as the ordinate. Since the rotary piston servomotor can only be moved within an angle ss, a displacement angle a is selected for the maximum delivery.
This then makes it possible, according to the delivery curve .K, to deliver 96.5% of the total possible delivery rate for the maximum quantity and 25.9% for the lowest quantity.
If the piston pump is used as a feed pump for a single-tube boiler, this satisfies the requirement that the feed quantity can be changed within a ratio of almost 1: 4. If, for example, no offset angle were selected for the maximum delivery rate, i. H.
If the maximum amount were selected at 00 in FIG. 5, a maximum amount of 100% could probably be promoted. Conversely, however, the smallest amount with a displacement of 120 'would be 50 0%. The change in quantity could therefore only be changed in the range of the ratio 1: 2 with a normal, still applicable angular displacement of approximately 1200.
Any coupling can be used as a rotary coupling, with the help of which the angular displacement of two shafts can be changed as required.
