Druckluftspeicheranlage.
Compressed air storage system. The invention relates to a compressed air storage system with a pressure regulating device connected to an air tank and consists in that the feed line of the air tank is connected to the outside air through a valve that is controlled by a Dehnungskam mer, which is in communication with a room to which The air tank is connected via a valve that opens into this space and into which a spring-loaded throttle element, which does not seal to the outside, protrudes, through which the valve body of the last-mentioned valve is pressed onto its seat,
the whole thing in such a way that when the last-mentioned valve is opened, the first-mentioned valve is also opened and the feed line is vented due to excess pressure in the air tank.
In the drawing, an execution example of the subject invention is shown in section.
The compressed air tank 1 is via a feed line 2 from a fan, not shown, for. B. supplied with compressed air to a compressor. In the feed line, the housing 3 of a valve unit and the housing 4 of a check valve 5 is turned on. In its upper cylindrical part, the housing 3 contains an expansion chamber 6 formed by a bellows, the upper edge of the bellows being threaded into the housing 3 (or held in place by a union nut).
Head fs 7 is clamped. A bore 8 of this head is closed at one end by a line 9 with the container 1 -in connection and at the other end by a ball 10 which is pressed onto its seat by a piston 12, which is arranged coaxially to the bore 8 and loaded by means of a spring 11 becomes.
The piston 12 is in a longitudinally pierced threaded pin 13 by means of a pin 14 passing through this leads ge, the spring between the piston and the. Pin bottom is clamped. Piston 12 and pin 14 have very little play in their guides so that when the valve ball 10 is lifted from its seat, the air gradually escaping into the same receiving space 15 into which the piston 12 protrudes with its front end Free can escape.
By screwing the pin 13 more or less deeply into the head 7, the pressure with which the ball 10 is pressed onto its seat by the spring via the piston 12 can be regulated. From the space 15 a bore 16 leads down into the expansion chamber 6, so that the exiting air in the space 15 also enters the chamber 6 and the Bo pushes the opposite of a spring 17 down on this we kenden from below. On the Bo the chamber 6, a valve pin 18 is attached, which carries a valve cone 19 which is pressed by the spring 17 from below on its seat. Above the latter, the housing 3 has several openings 20 leading into the open on the lower part.
There are also several holes 21 for the passage of air on the upper part of the housing 3, so that the movement of the chamber 6 is not in the least inhibited by the air surrounding it. At the connected in the feed line 2 tubular socket-shaped part of the housing 3, the sem is opposite an overpressure or. Safety valve with valve cone 22 connected. The valve bodies 10, 19 and 22 are partially elastic to ensure a good seal.
Air is pressed into the container 1 until the ball 10 is lifted from its seat under the tension of the spring 11, with compressed air flowing out into the space 15 and into the expansion chamber 6. The bottom of the same, which is larger than the lower face of the valve cone 19, moves downwards with the bolt 18 and the valve cone 19, i.e. towards the feed line, so that the compressed air now escapes from the line 2 through the openings 20 to the outside can. As long as this condition exists, the fan works idle and can cool down.
Since the piston 12 and. , the pin 14 are not sealed, the air from the space 15 and the chamber 6 can gradually escape into the open, so that the valve cone 19 closes again and the loading container 1 is fed again until the ball 10 is lifted again and that described game is repeated.
The compressed air storage system described is advantageously suitable for motor vehicles with compressed air brakes, but can also, for. B. for mobile or stationary compressors, to operate pneumatic hammers and other pneumatic tools are used.
