Diese Bauaxt ist bei drei Phasen; gekennzeichnet du:roh drei in einer Ebene angeordnete, aufrecht stehende Säulen, die üben und unten durch je ein Querjoch verbunden sind;
durch eine meist über die ,Säule geschobene Unterspan- nungswicklung und eine aussenliegende Obe-r- spannungswieklung;
durch Isolierzylinder so wohl zwischen Wicklung und Eisenkern als auch zwischen den beiden Wicklungen, .ge gebenenfalls auch ausserhalb der Oberspan- nungswicklung, wobei die Isolierzylinder ge- wisse Abstände voneinander und von den Spulen haben:, um einen guten Olumlauf zu gewährleisten,;
Die Potentialverteilung bei dem dar- gestellten. Transformator ist also folgende: Die innere Säule 1 hat Oberspannungspoten- tial, ebenso der untere Jochring 5;
Zum Sehluss geien noeli die besonderen Vor züge der bgezeiehneten Bauart hervorgehoben. Die Anordnung ermöglicht einen besonders kleinen Wieldungsabstand;
Transformer, especially for high power and high voltage. The dimensions of the transformers for large outputs of over 10,000 kW and for voltages of 100 kV and above are primarily due to the large insulating distances that are required for both types of construction that are still common today.
This construction ax is in three phases; characterized you: raw three upright columns arranged in one plane, which exercise and are connected at the bottom by a cross yoke each;
by a low-voltage winding usually pushed over the column and an external high-voltage winding;
by means of insulating cylinders between the winding and iron core as well as between the two windings, if necessary also outside the high-voltage winding, the insulating cylinders being at a certain distance from one another and from the coils: in order to ensure good oil circulation;
by means of a large, pressure-tight oil box and means for re-cooling the oil; through cable-like insulated connection lines inside the box and through .gewalÜge Durohleituugsisolatoren to the H,
he execution of the high-voltage lines through the cover to the connection terminals. In addition, there are various stiffeners and protective devices, as well as oil treatment and transport aids, which should not be specifically mentioned here.
Since the iron core stands on the bottom of the, it must be earthed for safety reasons. So it is necessary, between the yokes: and:
to maintain a sufficient insulation distance between the winding ends, the so-called end distance. Furthermore, a considerable insulating distance between the surface of the high-voltage winding and the box wall is required.
And in particular, the supply and connection lines on the high-voltage side require considerable space inside the box.
All these isolation distances require a certain minimum size of the transformer, its box and its amount of oil.
In addition, there are transport difficulties, and so far one has been forced to build special wagons for rail and road transport of the large transformers and, on the other hand, to design the transformers so that
that the prescribed passage profiles are not exceeded. Since it is practically unenvünselht to send large transformers disassembled into individual parts, at least the insulators have been made removable or moved to the narrow side of the box, or the box cover has been replaced by a makeshift flat cover for shipping.
The way to replace the three-phase transformer with three single-phase transformers is un-, virtscha.ft- borrowed and increases the space required for a given power; Likewise, the way to distribute the power over several transformers.
The invention enables the construction of a large transformer for extra high voltages, which is given much smaller dimensions. This can be achieved by giving either the core or the box high voltage potential and, starting from this, the potential between the box and the box in a radial direction from high voltage potential -1 to
Earth potential reduced, and that the potential can theoretically drop either from the core to the box or from the box to the core.
For the invention it follows that, in order to obtain a potential graduation, the iron bern is divided into mutually insulated parts by means of gaps running essentially parallel to the column axis, which are electrically connected to points the -g'iclklurrg can be brought to different potentials.
In Fig. 1 of the drawing is shown as an exemplary embodiment for the invention, the longitudinal section of an oil transformer, on which it can be shown what further advantages, apart from space.
The new design possesses weight, material and cost savings and how these advantages have been achieved. Fig. 2 shows the known triangular arrangement of the cores of a three-phase transformer, which is particularly advantageous when using the structure of the transformer according to the invention,
Among other things, because you can accommodate two columns next to each other in the track profile even with a very large pipe. In Fig. 3 the variant of a detail is shown. 4 illustrates the example of a transformer according to the invention which can be regulated on the high voltage side.
According to Fig. 1, the column 1 of the core is cylindrical and laminated radially or involute, which is known to result in a very low magnetization current due to the large active transition area at the butt joints surrounding the column.
The tubular channel 2 in the middle of the column is made usable for the oil circulation. This column 1 is closed at 3 directly to the high-voltage terminal 4 of the transformer a.n- and therefore has high-voltage potential, as does the ring-shaped part 5 directly connected to it,
which establishes the mag netic connection between the column 1 and the lower yoke 6 and can also be laminated if advantageous radially or involute.
The corresponding ring piece 7 of the upper yoke 9 is isolated from the column 1 by a high-voltage Iiabel insulation 9,
which is firmly wound on the column 1 and has sufficient breakdown resistance against the entire phase voltage. A second insulating jacket 10 is wound onto the yoke rings 5, 7 and the (Yberapanungsss-ioklung 11,
which is arranged between the two rings 5 and 7. It is conductively connected at the bottom at 12 to the lower yoke ring 5 and at the upper end at 13 to the upper yoke ring 7 and wound in horizontal layers so that its potential decreases steadily from 5 to 7.
The winding 11 is penetrated by a concentric cooling slot 1! 4, the slot openings 1.5 in the yoke rings 5 and 7 speak accordingly. so that cooling oil can circulate through the winding.
Between the two yokes. 6 and 8, the 1-inch voltage winding 16 is arranged as an outer wall. Its distance 17 from the wall of the oil box 18 is to be measured depending on the height of its savings.
With three-phase current, the upper. Yoke rings 7 of the three phases connected to a neutral point and grounded if necessary. In this case the isolation 1.0 above can be between; Yoke ring 7 and yoke 8 are omitted.
Since the core 1, 5, 6, 7, 8 is partly high-voltage, it is carried by strong insulators 19 .. which can consist of alternately stacked wooden and chipboard panels. Likewise, the core is supported at the top against the cover 22 by insulators 20 with the interposition of springs 21 which absorb the thermal expansion and short-circuit forces.
The potential distribution for the one shown. The transformer is therefore as follows: The inner column 1 has high voltage potential, as does the lower yoke ring 5;
this decreases upwards on the way through the high-voltage winding 11 until: f the zero point potential on which the upper yoke ring 7 is located; The winding. 16 has the potential corresponding to the undervoltage, and the two yokes 6 and 8 as well as the box 18 with its cover 22 are connected to earth.
To the qOl in thicker; Finishing not to be stressed too high, the two cable insulation 9 and 10 on the iron parts 1, 5, 7, and on the coil 11 must be fully wound; their thickness depends on the required test voltage. Because of :
the electrical oil stress at the ends, it is also advisable to let the insulating jackets 9, 10 according to FIG. 3 thicken outwards and accordingly to give the gaps on the abutting surfaces of the yoke rings 5, 7 a wedge-shaped cross-section and the corners in a known manner a protective ring 3,
2 to cover. The oil rises automatically through the core duct 2 and the winding and yoke ring braids 14, 15 and sinks in the space 17 between box 18 and low voltage winding 16 and possibly through the cooling elements such as radiators and. the like. off again.
Fig. 2 shows the floor plan of a three-phase, entranssformato, rs with triangularly arranged columns and two unequal sized yokes similar to one another, of which the upper 8 is the earthed: star point of the upper voltage winding:
g 11 forms so that the upper yoke rings 7 can be omitted. The upper yoke 8 is therefore only protruded upwards by the insulating cylinder 9,
while the outer insulating jacket 10 extends to its lower end face. The notches .2i3 and 2d of the yokes @ 6 and 8 not only serve to circulate the oil, but also for the passage of the
bolt not shown here for the sake of clarity.
Since the outer insulation jacket 10 is subjected to decreasing loads from bottom to top when the zero point is grounded, its wall thickness can be reduced from bottom to top. If you want to avoid the conduction of electricity through the active iron.,
you can lay a special non-insulated or weakly insulated connecting conductor from terminal 4 through column 1 or its central channel 2, or you can replace one of the iron sheets with a copper sheet, to which
the clamp and. the windings are connected.
With the new design, taps on the high-voltage winding would disrupt the regular potential distribution. However, in order to still be able to regulate on the side of the high-voltage chip, the known type of regulation with a separate winding section can advantageously be used for regulation.
as is shown schematically in FIG. 4, for example. Then the part 25 of the upper voltage winding to be controlled is separated from the main winding 11 by an intermediate yoke ring 2! 6 and by a corresponding outer intermediate connection 2,
7 magnetically separated. The high-voltage regen winding is of a low-voltage primary winding 21 & to give that of a. controllable voltage divider 29 is fed, either in the sense of or against the sense of the main voltage,
if connection and counter connection is required. The voltage divider 29 is connected to the undervoltage: 1G of the transformer: it can be a controllable transformer with or without stages, or an induction regulator.
The high voltage value 11 is a at point I? with the lower Joohring 5 and at point 30 with the Zwischenjoehring 2t>, the upper tension side .ge @e: Gehvichlung 25 at point 31 with the Zwischenjoohring 2 (i and at point 13 with the upper yoke ring i connected. At the radial This does not change the potential distribution.
The drawing shows the practically more important case that the potential decreases gradually from the inside to the outside, i.e. from the column to the oil box. However, if you want to let the potential decrease from the outside to the inside, at least one of the two yokes is electrically connected to the winding end of the higher potential and the column is connected to the winding end of the lower potential.
Three or three-winding transformers produced according to the invention receive correspondingly more concentric yoke rings and insulating jackets. This is the best way to build them. that inside the upper tension. in the middle the medium voltage and outside the. Undervoltage is arranged in order to obtain the gradual potential reduction from the inside to the outside again.
In certain cases the horizontal arrangement of the core is preferable, but then generally requires an artificial oil circulation. Even dry-type transformers can advantageously be built according to the invention.
To conclude, noeli emphasized the special advantages of the design. The arrangement enables a particularly small distance between turns;
the end distances between the ends of the overvoltage fluctuations and the yokes fall. continued, as well as the high-voltage supply and connection cables. The insulating jackets 9.
1I), wound from paper like an oil cable insulation, are essentially 11111! stressed on penetration. All of this reduces the level of fitness and the required oil. Since the low-voltage sound is also on the outside, the oil box can have a very compact shape.
The result is significant material savings. In addition, the iron losses and the cost of copper are much lower than with the previous high voltage large transformers. Since the butt joint induction can be kept very small, large air gaps can be afforded. The small butt joint induction also results in a strong reduction in the niagneti-like noises.
Since in 31a, the iron-ampere turns strongly decrease compared to the air-ampere turns, the transformer is practically harmonic-free. The large iron bodies used as entrance signs provide natural protection against bouncing waves. so that special protective measures are not necessary.
