Das Aufbringen der Hülse erfolgt unter ent sprechendem Verdrehen, wobei die am Spin- delfuss 3, zum Beispiel durch eine vom Feder ende 8 durchsetzte Bohrung, gegen Verdre hung gesicherte, am auf der Spindel 1 ver stellbaren Widerlager 6 jedoch völlig freie Feder 2 eine Verkleinerung des Durchmessers erfährt; die elastisch erfolgende Wiederein nahme des Normaldurchmessers bewirkt die Anpressung der Federpartie 13 an den Innen mantel der Hülse 9 und somit deren Fest haltung auf der Spindel 1;
Device on web shuttle spindles to hold the gops. The invention relates to a device on shuttle spindles for holding the cop in place with a helical spring acting as an elastic braking body and is characterized in that the helical spring consists of a tightly wound, bulged, bulging part that rests on the spindle foot and is used for holding the sleeve, and one against the Spindle tip extending,
with spaces between the individual turns wound and a longitudinal displacement of the head on the spindle while braking this movement permitting part.
In the drawing, the subject invention is shown in one embodiment in view.
The helical spring 2, which tapers conically in accordance with the spindle shape, is against the spindle base. 3 is provided with a bulge 13 and has closely spaced turns in this part. This part serves to hold the sleeve 9 in place and, before it is pushed on, has a slightly larger diameter than the clear width of the sleeve.
The sleeve is applied with appropriate rotation, with the spring 2 secured against rotation on the spindle base 3, for example by a bore penetrated by the spring end 8, but completely free on the adjustable abutment 6 on the spindle 1, a reduction in size the diameter learns; the elastic resumption of the normal diameter causes the spring section 13 to be pressed against the inner jacket of the sleeve 9 and thus its retention on the spindle 1;
this retention, however, allows a limited axial displacement of the sleeve 9 along the spindle 1, in that the spring section 14 reaching against the abutment 6 is designed with a greater screw pitch, so that gaps are created between the individual spring layers. The sum of these spaces results in the maximum possible axial displacement of the sleeve on the spindle. The abutment 6 is designed as a completely separate from the spring 2, screwed onto the spindle 1 screw nut 5, whereby a very quick exchange of springs can be done.
The impact acting on the Schüt zen in the Endstelluno is converted into a movement which the sleeve 9 in the direction of the arrow 10 against the spindle tip 11 is granted. The spring action decelerates to a standstill and immediately returns to the normal position of the gop. The effect of the axial impact as a result of the stopper can thus. on the amount of yarn 12 of the cop no longer have any adverse effect.
The device described allows a cushioning of the shooter blow in the direction in which the shooter reaches ge with the spindle tip first in the box. In this case there is a risk that, in the event of a hard impact, the amount of yarn in the direction of the tapering of the spindle will be knocked off by the conical sleeve, lost and useless for the weaving process. In the opposite direction of flight with a preceding strong part of the spindle, a detachment of the amount of yarn on impact cannot occur due to the conical widening of the sleeve. It is therefore not necessary to dampen the impact in this direction.
The shape of the spring ensures a tight fit of the head. Finally, the sleeve can be put on quickly and the spring can be changed easily.
