Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes.    In der Patentschrift Nr. 194647 ist ge  zeigt worden, dass man zu einem neuen Zwi  schenprodukt, der     4-Amino-4'-bydrazinosulfo-          stilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure,    gelangen kann, wenn  man die     4-Nitro-4'-hydrazinosulfostilben-2,2'-          disulfonsäure    unter Vermeidung der Anwen  dung von verseifend wirkenden Mitteln mit  Reduktionsmitteln behandelt.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man die 4       Amino-4'-hydrazinosulfostilben-2,2'-disulfon-          säure    auch erhalten kann, wenn man die     4-          Nitro    -     4'-        diazosulfostilben    - 2,2'-     disulfonsäure     unter Vermeidung der Anwendung von     ver-          seifend    wirkenden Mitteln mit Reduktions  mitteln behandelt. Die     4-Amino-4'-hydrazino-          sulfostilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure    wird zur Her  stellung von     Farbstoffen    verwendet.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  40 Teile     4-Nitro-4'-aminostilben-2,2'-di-          sulfonsäure    werden in üblicher Weise mit  7 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    dianotiert. Die leuch  tend zitronengelb ausgeschiedene     Diazover-          bindung    wird in eine Mischung von 30 Teilen       Natriumbisulfit    (entsprechend 1     Mol        SO2          15        %),        30        Teilen        Natriumcarbonat        und        50       Teilen Wasser eingetragen.

   Sollte die Tem  peratur von 10 0 überschritten werden, so wird  etwas Eis zugefügt. Nach     2'/2-stündigem     Einwirken wird die klare gelbe Lösung mit  etwa 30 Teilen 30     0%iger.    Salzsäure so ver  setzt, dass die Reaktion eben Kongopapier  schwärzt. Die Lösung wird dann innert etwa  40 Minuten in ein Gemisch von 30 Teilen  Eisen, 200 Teilen Wasser und 2 Teilen Essig  säure bei     90-93"    einlaufen gelassen und  1 Stunde bei dieser Temperatur weiter ge  rührt. Nun wird mit 4,5 Teilen     Natriumcar-          bonat        alkalisch    gestellt, abgesaugt und die  klare hellgelbe Lösung im Vakuum einge  dampft.

  <I> Example: </I> 40 parts of 4-nitro-4'-aminostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid are dianotized with 7 parts of sodium nitrite in the customary manner. The diazo compound precipitated in a bright lemon yellow color is introduced into a mixture of 30 parts of sodium bisulfite (corresponding to 1 mol of SO2 15%), 30 parts of sodium carbonate and 50 parts of water.
