Drnckkochgerät. Nahrungsmittel, welche lange Kochzeiten erfordern, werden bekanntlich schneller gar, wenn sie unter erhöhtem Druck, d. h. bei er höhter Temperatur gekocht werden.
In grösseren Höhen über dem Meeres spiegel ist höherer Druck, als der entspre chenden Meereshöhe entspricht, um zum Bei spiel Siedetemperatur von<B>1000</B> C zu erzie len, unbedingt erforderlich.
Ein Druckkochgerät, welches dies er möglicht, ist Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung stellt ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dar, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 in Vorderansicht und im Grundriss den Kochtopf a in eine Schutzhülse hineingestellt, während Fig. 2, in Seitenansicht, den Kochtopf auf die Schutzhülse gestellt und eine Heizvorrichtung zeigt, z. B. einen Brenner, der unter dem Kochtopf, in der Schutzhülse, steht.
Das Druckkochgerät wird zweckmässig für einen Inhalt von zirka 2-3 Liter und in Leichtmetall oder Leichtmetallegierung hergestellt. Es besitzt einen Topf a, der im Beispielsfall zylindrische Form hat, einen Deckel b, zum Topf passend, eine Dichtung c, einen federnden Verschlussbügel d, einen Strammerverschluss e, eine Nachstellvorrich tung für den Verschlussbügel d, z.
B. eine Schraube h, zur Sicherung der Aufrechter haltung der Dichtheit des Deckels und ein regelbares Sicherheitsventil f ; das zum Bei spiel auf den Deckel aufgesetzt ist und mit tels welchem man den Innendruck des Kochtopfes verändern kann: Das Kochgerät rz ist mit einem Untersatz g versehen, welcher als Windschutz dient (siehe Fig. 2), und in welchen eine Heizvor- richtung hineingestellt werden kann. Für den Transport kommt der Topf a in den umgekehrten Untersatz g zu liegen, wie dies Fig. 1 zeigt, gegebenenfalls lässt sich der Brenner in den Kochtopf a verpacken.
Die bisher in Hotels, Restaurants und im Haushalt gebrauchten Druckkochvorrich- tungen genügen auch diesen Erfordernissen, sind aber stets zu gross, zu schwer und zu teuer, um auch für Militärs, Forschungsex peditionen, Alpinisten; Verwendung finden zu können, obschon für diese Kreise ein billiges, handliches und nicht zu schweres Druck kochgerät sehr erwünscht und zweckmässig ist.
