Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine, bei welcher in einem Behälter für Waschflüssigkeit (z. B. Lauge, Spülwasser) eine zur Aufnahme des zu reinigenden Gutes (z. B. Wäsche) be- stimmte Trommel drehbar gelagert ist. Der Behälter ragt in den in einem Wasserschiff eingebauten Feuerungsraum hinein.
Der Be hälter, der vorzugsweise zylindrisch aus gebildet ist, ragt zweckmässigerweise tief in den Feuerraum, so dass eine verhältnismässig grosse Fläche des Behälters von den ab ziehenden Gasen bestrichen wird. Um die Ausnutzung des Brennstoffes noch zu er höhen, sind gemäss vorliegender Erfindung im Feuerungsraum in den Weg der abziehen den heissen Gase Platten aus feuerfestem Ma terial derart eingebaut, dass die Feuergase, ehe sie zum Abzug gelangen, gezwungen sind, nahe der Behälterwandung entlang zu streichen.
Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist in der beiliegen den Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 die Wasch- und Spülmaschine zum Teil im Schnitt, zum Teil in Stirnansicht, Fig. 2 im Achsialschnitt.
Die gezeichnete Wasch- und Spülmaschine weist ein auf Füssen 1 ruhendes Wasserschiff 2 auf, in welchem die Feuerung 3 eingebaut ist. Die Innenwandung 4 des Wasserschiffes erweitert sich im obern Teil und trägt oben den Behälter 5 für die Waschflüssigkeit.
Dieser ruht mit einem Flansch 6 auf dem obern Rand des Wasserschiffes auf und reicht verhältnismässig tief in den Feuerungs- raum. Eine grosse Fläche des Behälters 5 kann dadurch von den heissen Gasen be strichen und beheizt werden. Um die aus der Feuerung 3 abziehenden heissen Gase mög lichst vollkommen auszunutzen, sind aus feuerfestem Material bestehende Platten, zum Beispiel Chamotteplatten 8, 9, in den Weg der Feuergase eingebaut.
Oberhalb dem Rost 7 der Feuerung 3 ist eine waagrechte Platte 8 vorgesehen. Diese erstreckt sich von vorne bis etwa in die Längsmitte des Wasser schiffes. Seitlich der Feuerung derselben ist je eine Platte 9 aufrechtstehend angeordnet. Ausserdem ist unmittelbar vor dem Abzug 10 eine vertikale Platte 11 quergestellt an geordnet, die bis zur Behälterwand 5 hinauf reicht. Die von der Feuerung abziehenden Gase gehen um die Hinterkante der Platte 8 nach oben durch den Kanal 13, treten dann durch eine Öffnung 14 einer jeden Platte 9 in die Abzugskanäle 15, von wo sie dann nahe der Innenwand des Schiffes und der Aussenwand des Behälters zum gemeinsamen Abzug 10 strömen.
Dabei bespülen die heissen Gase die ganze untere Hälfte des Behälters 5. Die Leitplatten 8, 9, 11 sind auswechselbar: sie können also bei erfolgtem Abbrand leicht ersetzt werden.
Washing machine and dishwasher. The present invention relates to a washing machine and dishwasher in which a drum intended for receiving the items to be cleaned (e.g. laundry) is rotatably mounted in a container for washing liquid (e.g. lye, rinsing water). The container protrudes into the combustion chamber built into a water ship.
The loading container, which is preferably formed from a cylindrical shape, expediently protrudes deep into the combustion chamber, so that a relatively large area of the container is covered by the gases drawn off. In order to increase the utilization of the fuel, according to the present invention, in the furnace in the way of pulling off the hot gases, plates made of refractory material are installed in such a way that the fire gases are forced to close to the container wall before they are vented to brush.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawings, namely shows: Fig. 1 the washing machine and dishwasher partly in section, partly in front view, Fig. 2 in axial section.
The washing machine and dishwasher shown has a watercraft 2 resting on feet 1 in which the furnace 3 is installed. The inner wall 4 of the watercraft expands in the upper part and carries the container 5 for the washing liquid at the top.
This rests with a flange 6 on the upper edge of the watercraft and extends relatively deep into the combustion chamber. A large area of the container 5 can thereby be painted and heated by the hot gases. In order to fully exploit the hot gases withdrawn from the furnace 3 as possible, plates made of refractory material, for example chamotte plates 8, 9, are installed in the path of the fire gases.
A horizontal plate 8 is provided above the grate 7 of the furnace 3. This extends from the front to roughly the longitudinal center of the watercraft. A plate 9 is arranged upright on the side of the furnace. In addition, immediately in front of the trigger 10, a vertical plate 11 is arranged transversely, which extends up to the container wall 5. The gases drawn off from the furnace go around the rear edge of the plate 8 upwards through the channel 13, then pass through an opening 14 of each plate 9 into the exhaust channels 15, from where they then close to the inner wall of the ship and the outer wall of the container common trigger 10 flow.
The hot gases flush the entire lower half of the container 5. The guide plates 8, 9, 11 are exchangeable: they can therefore be easily replaced when the burn-up has taken place.
