Loom, in particular with gripper guards and fixed weft bobbins. In known looms, the shooters are shot through the shed during the shop movement. Since the shooting boxes are attached to the ark, the shooter makes such a relative movement transversely to his shooting direction that he is pressed against the reed by his mass action, with a force C, which is a multiple of the weight of the gunner.
There are looms known in which the movement of the ark during the shooting from the shooter is very slow velvet and is even shut down. These looms have the disadvantage that if C <G there is a risk of the shooter spitting out of the shed.
There are known looms with shuttle guides, but the drawer executes the well-known (sinusoidal) Ladenbewegun conditions. In this case, the inertia forces C, as mentioned above, are a multiple of the shooter's weight G (in the order of magnitude of 5 to 10 times greater than the shooter's weight G). Furthermore, looms are known with guide shooters and stationary drawer during the weft insertion and with fixed shuttle boxes.
However, these looms have the major disadvantage that the centering of the slat guide on the drawer opposite the contactor box is extremely difficult, mainly because of the unavoidable wear and tear of the store mechanism.
This has the consequence that the cap guides are damaged, in particular the entry into the reed guide in the Absohiuss sole box, that the shooters and the catcher box mouth are broken - and that the S-guard clamps, which are made to vibrate by the impacts - Must be made stronger so that the weft threads are not loosened.
As a result of this imprecise centering, the shooter speed is also greatly reduced, so that the minute number of eyesight of the Stulil is reduced or the bat energy has to be increased. Furthermore, these looms have the disadvantage that part of the available weft time is lost.
The shooting can only take place after the reed has come to a standstill and the shooter must be passed into the shooting box before the end of this standstill.
The invention creates a loom which overcomes this disadvantage. This loom, which works in particular using gripper shuttles and fixed weft bobbins, has shuttle boxes which move together with the drawer. The invention consists in the fact that the shutter movement over its rear dead center during the weft insertion is selected to be so small that its acceleration is less than the acceleration due to gravity and that the shooter is under positive guidance during the weft insertion.
The drawer can also advantageously be kept still at the rear dead center of its movement during a substantial part of the cycle time of the chair. The provision for the formation of a seam on the fabric strips provided hemming units and the Schlägervorrich lines can be attached to the fixed part of the chair. The device for thread transfer can be attached to the fixed part of the chair and the shooter take over the thread from the device for thread transfer during the standstill of the loading.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown schematically in the drawing.
1 shows a cross section through the loom, in FIG. 2 a longitudinal section of the chair and in FIG. 3 a partial cross section through the reed and its drive, while FIG. 4 shows the loading movement as a function of time, and although for a normal, known loom (a) and for a loom according to the invention (b and e) is shown.
The chain 2 is wound onto the warp beam 1, from which it slides over the backrest beam 3. The warp threads are separated by the strands 4 and 5 in order to form the shed 6. The fabric produced runs around the breast structure 7 and is stacked on the goods structure 8. The cams 10 are keyed on the main shaft 9, which by means of the rollers 11 move the loading handles 12, 13, 14 around the axis of rotation 15 in Move. The drawer 16 is attached to the levers 12 to 14. The contactor boxes 17, 18 and the reed 19 are attached to the drawer 16. On the loading levers 12 and 14, the hammer 20 and 21 around the Zap fen 22 and 23 are rotatably arranged.
The hammer 20 is driven in the clockwise direction by the spring 26; as a result, the archer <B> 27 </B> is accelerated by the pawl <B> 28 </B>. This movement is dampened by the air cushion <B> 29 </B>. The axis of the air piston <B> 29 '</B> will advantageously coincide with the axis <B> 15 </B>, so that the air piston <B>' 29 '</B> on the fixed part of the chair ( Cheeks 30) can be attached.
The drawer is held still at the back dead center of its movement during a substantial part of the rotation time of the chair. During the rest of the time, the last weft thread shot is struck against the fabric. Instead of an absolute standstill, the drawer can only execute a very slow movement, avoiding the inertial forces caused by it. that act on Sagittarius are smaller than the gravitational force <B> g. </B>
In Fig. 1 and 3 the Noekenforin can be seen, which causes the drawer to stand still during a substantial part of the rotation of the chair. At point <B> 31, </B> the drawer begins its movement, at point -. T <B> 32 </B> it reaches its maximum deflection and up to point <B> 33 </B> it turns back. From point <B> 33 </B> to <B> 31 </B> the drawer stands still. During this time, the shooter is lifted, namely immediately after the end of the movement, that is in point <B> 33, </B> and a thread is drawn through the shed. The shooter will. while the drawer stands still or looks very slowly moved, shot through the drawer and forced out.
This guide can be formed by a special shape of the reed or a special guide can be provided.
The framing units 35 provided to form a seam on the fabric strips can advantageously be attached to your fixed part of the chair, e.g. B. attached to the cheek 30 gein. The firing device and a possibly existing thread transfer device are advantageously attached to the fixed part of the chair.
From Fig. 4 (curve e) it can be seen that the stop is completed at 60 '. From 60 to 120 the load goes back and approximately from 120 to 360 'the curve is flat again, in such a way that the acceleration of this movement is less than the acceleration of gravity g. If necessary, the acceleration can be equal to zero, as shown in the curve <B> b </B>. Between 120 'and 360' the shooter is shot through the compartment and inevitably led during the shoe entry.
