Mahlvorrichtung. .
Grinding device. . The invention relates to a grinding device. According to the invention, the grinding device sits a grinding bed consisting of several troughs transverse to its plane of movement and one behind the other, which is resiliently mounted and is excited to circular or elliptical oscillations in a vertical plane, with at least part of the material to be ground being the troughs traversed transversely to their longitudinal direction one after the other.
On the drawing execution examples of the subject invention are Darge provides.
Fig. 1 is a vertical longitudinal section and Fig. 2 is a plan view of the device of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 and 4 show longitudinal sections in other versions.
In the representations according to FIGS. 1 and 2, a number of transverse troughs 1 are arranged one behind the other to form a grinding bed which is excited by eccentric centrifugal masses 2 or an eccentric drive to create circular or elliptical oscillations in a plane perpendicular to the troughs and is supported on springs 3. The troughs are less inclined on their inlet side than on the overflow or drainage side and on the ganten, where they are connected to each other, obliquely extended upwards.
These extensions are designed as screens 4. The grinding bed is closed by a cover 5. The upper edges of the sieves 4 reach up to the cover 5, so that each trough is self-contained. The troughs are at least partially filled with grinding media, which preferably consist of rods 6, the length of which corresponds approximately to that of the trough ent.
The material to be ground, which migrates through the grinding bed in order to run the eccentric in the direction of arrow x in the direction of arrow y, is given up through a nozzle 7 provided above the first trough in the cover 5 and falls in the ground state through the Outlet spout 8. In order to prevent the escape of dust at the end of the task, the task pipe 9 is connected to the inlet nozzle 7 by a cover 10 made of flexible material. The dust developed in the interior of the grinding bed is continuously sucked up, and that opens into each - except the first - trough a suction nozzle 11 (Fig. 2).
The suction nozzles run .in a common side of the grinding bed are the suction pipe 12 together, which gradually widens in the conveying direction.
Through a shell 13, the suction tube 12 is resiliently connected to a flange piece 14, which connects to the suction line 15. The suction line 15 leads to a dust separator 16, a fan 17 and from there back into the space of the first trough. Above this trough, a connector 18 is provided in the cover 5 which is flexibly connected to the end of the suction line 15 by a hose-like body 19.
The goods placed in the first trough, together with the rods lying in this trough, perform a constant overturning movement in a sense opposite to the direction of rotation of the eccentric. The trough contents run higher on the front side in the conveying direction than on the inlet side, so that as soon as the grain size falls below the mesh size of the associated sieve 4, the material falls through the sieve into the following trough can.
The grinding process is repeated in this and in every other trough until the material emerges through the outlet nozzle 8 in a finely ground state. Since the grain size decreases from trough to trough, the mesh size of the sieves 4 is also reduced in the direction of movement of the goods.
Balls, short pieces of rod or the like can also be used as grinding media. However, it has been shown that it is most useful and, in connection with the oscillating movement of the device, an unexpectedly good grinding effect results when rods are used as grinding media, which stretch over the entire length of the troughs.
Since the vibrations of the devices only occur with a very small oscillation range, the drop height of the grinding media is also only small. In order to reach the required falling energy in spite of this, the falling weight is therefore kept as large as possible, which is best achieved by grinding rods. In addition, by using rods, a better grinding effect is also achieved because the rods always grind along a whole line, while the other grinding media; z. B. balls, only point contacts made possible.
The thickness of the grinding rods, the mesh size of the sieve-like extensions and the trough size after the discharge end of the device expediently decrease. Such a device is shown in Fig. 3 Darge provides. Through this measure, the progressive comminution is BEZW. Grinding of the goods as they pass through the grinding bed and the simultaneous decrease in weight of the goods are taken into account.
The troughs can have a semicircular cross-section; the sieves 20 associated with troughs are conveniently inclined slightly towards the discharge end in order to be favorable for the falling through of ground material. If, for a given trough length, the bars in the last troughs are too thin and consequently too sagging, the troughs can be divided by transverse walls in order to use shorter bars.
The troughs can also be used as sieves at the same time, as illustrated in Fig. 4. In this case, a bottom 21 is provided below the troughs, which discharges the fine material falling through the troughs at 22, while any coarse grain still present is over the last upper edge of the trough at 23 leaves the device. This device is therefore expediently used for goods that cannot or should not be completely ground.
The grinding bed can be mounted horizontally or sloping or rising in the conveying direction.
In cases where a good is to be treated in the Mahlvorrich device that consists of hard, non-grindable pieces and a surrounding grindable mass be available, for. B. Eisenluppen, no special grinding media need to be inserted into the troughs, since then the hard pieces as grinding media ar work during the Mahlvor ganges. The abraded and ground parts can be sieved off at the same time.
