Description

  Ventilanordnung an Pumpen.

  Es     ist    1 das Saugrohr, z. B. einer (nicht  näher veranschaulichten) Jauchepumpe mit  Saugkolben. An der gezeichneten Mündung  des Saugrohres 1 ist ein Druckventil ange  ordnet, dessen     Sitz    durch einen Ring 2 ge  bildet ist, der mit dem Deckel     3.    zu     einem       einzigen     Körper    vereinigt ist und zum     Ab-          schlu.ss    der Öffnung 4 dient, welche in der       Wandung    .des Saugkanals 5 vorgesehen     ist;

       der Deckel 3 liegt mittels einer Schulter an der Begrenzungswand der Öffnung 4 an. Auf dem Ventilsitz 2, ist mittels einer Schraube 6 eine aus nachgiebigem Material, z. B. Leder, bestehende .Scheibe 7 befestigt, auf .dessen beiden Seiten je ein aus hartem Material, z. B. Gusseisen, bestehender Besatz 8 bezw. 9 vorgesehen ist.

  Valve arrangement on pumps. In the valve arrangement on pumps according to the invention, the valve seat and valve body are combined with a cover, which serves to close an opening on the pump body, which is seen for the passage of the whole valve when assembling and removing it.

  It can consequently be removed from the pump body by means of the mentioned cover, the entire valve, for example, to replace it with another valve or for cleaning or repair purposes.

  In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the valve assembly according to the invention is shown in section.

  It is 1 the suction pipe, e.g. B. a (not shown in detail) slurry pump with suction piston. At the mouth of the suction pipe 1 shown, a pressure valve is arranged, the seat of which is formed by a ring 2, which is combined with the cover 3 to form a single body and serves to conclude the opening 4, which is in the Wall .des suction channel 5 is provided;

       the cover 3 rests against the boundary wall of the opening 4 by means of a shoulder. On the valve seat 2, a screw 6 is made of a flexible material, for. B. leather, existing .Scheibe 7 attached, on. Its two sides each made of a hard material, for. B. cast iron, existing trim 8 respectively. 9 is provided.

   A screw 10 connects the parts 7 to 9 together, which together form the valve body, which here represents a flap.

  Between the valve seat 2 and the anlie ing mouth of the intake manifold. 1 is a z. B. made of rubber sealing ring 11 is provided.

   This sealing ring 11 is located in an annular groove at the mouth of the suction pipe 1. The valve seat 2 faces the cover 3 on the free peripheral part, via a nose 2! which cooperates with an inclined surface with a fixed stop 12 of the suction pipe 1.

   This causes the valve seat? together with the stop given to the cover 3 through its shoulder on the ZVandung of the suction channel 5 in its position. The cover 3 is held against the mentioned opening 4 by a h: xzenterhebel 13, which could also be done by other means.

  As is readily apparent, the valve can easily be placed on the suction tube 1 in the required manner through the opening 4 or, if desired, removed again from the same. The valve itself can be designed as a poppet valve instead of a flap valve; One version of the pump can be assigned to each of these two types of construction in order to be able to use either one or the other valve version, depending on the intended use of the pump, for example for pumping liquid manure or water.
