Vibration insulation that isolates against horizontal excitation forces, especially of machine foundations for machines with horizontal excitation forces. The aim of the invention is to create a vibration isolation isolating against horizontal excitation forces, as it is particularly suitable for machine foundations that carry machines with horizon tal excitation forces. It goes without saying that the vibration isolation can have the specific purpose of keeping horizontal excitation forces as far as possible away from a sensitive object.
So far, the horizontal excitation forces have been absorbed by springs, rubber buffers or other elastic means, these elastic means being claimed in the horizontal direction.
In the case of foundations for machines with vertical excitation forces, it has been suggested to suspend the foundation by means of suspension elements located on the side of the sem to make the springs more easily accessible.
It has now been found that 'the suspension of the foundation by means of suspension elements located to the side of it can also be used effectively for vibration isolation against horizontal excitation forces if the suspension is movable according to at least two frame coordinates and the suspension elements themselves are suspended like a pendulum.
Due to the movable suspension of the foundation by means of the suspension elements. which now act as a pendulum, if the length of these ele ments is correctly dimensioned, you can easily determine the required isolation frequency, so that the foundation is much lower than the exciter frequency of the machine and respectively. or the natural frequency of components and subsoil. This achieves
that the horizontal excitation forces emanating from machines or the horizontal excitation forces acting on the machine foundations from the outside are reduced to the point of ineffectiveness.
Instead of the elasticity of the horizontal buffer, the earth's gravity effect of the body hanging on the suspension elements can be used for vibration isolation.
The new vibration insulation has the major advantage over the previously used horizontal buffers and similar insulation that it can be reliably calculated. Another advantage can be seen in the fact that installation, as well as maintenance and care, are made much easier.
The articulation of the named body to the suspension elements can take place in the manner of a ball joint or by means of a double cutting edge formed in the manner of a cardan or by means of one or more springs.
Furthermore, the suspension elements can also be roped. Chains or the like. Are formed. If ropes or chains are used, the body hanging on them can be rigidly connected to the corresponding ends of the ropes or chains, because the pendulum-like suspension is then given by the flexibility of the suspension element in the transverse direction.
Special suspension elements that are nacligiebi @ "e in the transverse direction can even be omitted completely if the dimensioning of the vertical isolating springs is correct.
In the drawing is. the subject matter of the invention illustrated in several embodiments, for example.
Show it; Fig. 1 shows the vibration isolation of a machine foundation using rigid anchor bolts, Fig. the vibration isolation of a machine foundation using suspension elements that are flexible in the transverse direction.
As Fig. 1 shows, the machine foundation 1, which carries a 1 machine finite horizontal excitation forces, is by means of the foundation construction that digs out of the foundation from the side. z. B. Cross beam ?, formed by anchor bolts. side of the foundation high going on suspension elements 3 suspended, which in turn with the interposition of the per se known th vertical suspension 4 on the vibration-free substructure 5, z.
B. 3laschinen- room corridor or the like. Are suspended. The number of suspension elements 3 depends on the total load. The length of the hanging elements.;
is to be dimensioned in such a way that the S number of the foundation is significantly lower than the exciter vibration number of the machine and resp. or the Ei- renscbivingza, bd of components and subsoil. It is now essential that the suspension of the foundation 1 by means of the suspension elements 3 can be moved in at least two spatial coordinates in the manner of a pendulum.
According to the left half of FIG. 1, this is made possible in that the lower end of the suspension elements 3 is formed as a ball head 6 which rests in a ball socket 7 of the foundation structure. It may be enough. Replace the ball head and ball socket with a cardan-like double cutting edge zii.
In the right half of FIG. 1, the articulated connection of the foundation structure 2 with the anchor bolts is achieved in that a spring 8 is connected between the foundation structure and anchor bolts 3. Instead of one spring 8, several springs could also be present.
When using this embodiment, ie when dividing the spring element 4 of the lin ken half of the fi. 1 into two spring elements 4 and 8 and thus the articulated deflection of the suspension element 3 at its two ends, there is also the further advantage that, due to the series connection of the springs 4 and 8, particularly low-lying egg (renkwing numbers of the foundation in the vertical direction are achieved can.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, instead of the rigid anchor bolts '3', flexible suspension elements are used in the transverse direction. According to the left half of the figure, the attachment elements are relegated to the rope.). Chains can also be used instead of ropes.
When using these suspension elements, the lower En can be rigidly connected to the foundation structures 2.
According to the right half of FIG. 2, the foundation structure 2 is connected to the substructure 5 only by means of the correspondingly dimensioned vertical insulating suspension 4a. In this embodiment, the vertical isolating suspension also serves as a pendulum suspension, and there is no need to link the suspension 4a to the foundation structure, since the vertical isolating suspension is flexible in the transverse direction.
