Verfahren zum Herstellen armierter Skistöcke aus Holz. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Ver fahren zum Herstellen armierter Skistöcke aus Holz.
Dieses Verfahren besteht darin, dass auf dem Skistock eine Wicklung aus einem tränk- fähigen Material unter Belassung von Zwi schenräumen zwischen den Windungen auf gebracht und das Ganze mit einem das Material durchdringenden und am Skistock und dem Wickelmaterial klebenden Überzug aus einer Lösung von Zelluloid überzogen wird, worauf dieser Überzug getrocknet wird.
Die bisher bekannte Armierung aus Zel luloid hatte den Nachteil, dass sie beim An schlagen an harte Gegenstände vom Stock absplitterte. Durch das vorerwähnte Verfabren hingegen wird durch die Verbindung des Zelluloids mit dem Wickelmaterial und beides mit dein Stock, dieser Nachteil behoben. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen standes ist im folgenden anhand eines in beiliegender Zeichnung veranschaulichten Ski stockes beschrieben. Hierbei ist Fig. 1 ein Grundriss und Fig. 2 ein Längsschnitt desselben.
Es bezeichnet A den Skistock aus Tong- kingrohr, F3 das tränkfähige Material und C die Zelluloidmasse. Der Skistock A wird mit einem tränkfähigen Material B, z. P Ppagat, unter Belassung von Zwischenräumen zwi schen den einzelnen Windungen, umwickelt, das Ganze mit einem das Material durch dringenden und am Skistock und dem Wickel material klebenden Überzug, der aus einer Lösung von Zelluloid besteht, überzogen, wonach dieser Überzug getrocknet wird.
Hier bei verbindet sich das Zelluloid, das auf Holz grosse Klebefähigkeit besitzt, mit dem Material und Stock und ergibt nach der Er starrung einen biegsamen und nahezu unab- scheuerbaren Mantel um den gern des Ski stockes.
Die nicht eingesaugte Zelluloidmasse bildet einen Überzug und ergibt ein schönes Aus sehen.

This process consists in applying a winding made of an impregnable material to the ski pole leaving spaces between the windings and covering the whole thing with a celluloid solution that penetrates the material and adheres to the ski pole and the winding material whereupon this coating is dried.
The previously known celluloid reinforcement had the disadvantage that it splintered off the stick when it hit hard objects. The aforementioned procedure, however, eliminates this disadvantage by connecting the celluloid with the wrapping material and both with your stick. An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is described below with reference to a ski stick illustrated in the accompanying drawing. Here, FIG. 1 is a plan view and FIG. 2 is a longitudinal section of the same.
It denotes A the ski pole made of Tongking tube, F3 the impregnable material and C the celluloid mass. The ski pole A is coated with an impregnable material B, e.g. P Ppagat, leaving gaps between the individual turns, wrapped, the whole thing covered with a coating that is made of a solution of celluloid and is made of a solution of celluloid, which penetrates the material and adheres to the ski pole and the wrapping material, after which this coating is dried.
Here at the celluloid, which has great adhesive properties on wood, combines with the material and the pole and, after it has solidified, results in a flexible and almost indelible coat around the ski pole.
The celluloid mass that is not sucked in forms a coating and looks beautiful.
