Liquid manure piston pipe with positively controlled valves. In the known types of augmentation, the valves are opened by sucking in or squeezing out the liquid and closed again by means of their own weight, usually still supported by spring force. This has the disadvantage that a Vi brieren in the dead center positions and thus a rattling of the valves occurs.
This has an unfavorable influence on the efficiency and the valves, in particular their leather packings, are subjected to unusually strong wear.
The present invention relates to a liquid manure piston pump in which the valves are positively controlled. for each valve there is a linkage actuated by the piston drive, which opens the valve and at the same time means are provided to close the valves again by spring force.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely in FIG. 1 a view from above and in FIG. 2 a side view with the control of the suction valve; Fig. 3 is a herizontal line through a valve along the line A-A on a larger scale and Fig. 4 is a vertical section along the line B-B.
The pump consists of cylinder <B> 1 </B> with suction valve 2 and pressure valve <B> 3, </B> piston 4 with connecting rod <B> 5 </B> and crankshaft <B> 6, </ B > on driven by a gear drive <B> 7. </B> On the outside of the crankshaft bearings <B> 8 </B> there is <B> each </B> a cam disk <B> 9 </B>, one for controlling the suction valve and the other for controlling the pressure valve.
A roller 11, mounted on one end of a two-armed lever 10, slides on the cam disk. A push rod 12 engages at the other end of the lever, the back and forth movement of which is caused by a movement on the valve shaft > 13 </B> attached tab 14 is converted into a Schwenkhewegung of the valve. The valve flap 15 is attached by means of an arm, <B> 16 </B> to a square <B> 17 </B> of the valve shaft.
The latter leads through a stuffing box <B> 18 </B> and is held by a bracket, <B> 1: 9 </B>, which is clamped to the valve housing by means of a wing nut 20.
In order to be able to remove a valve flap, for example to replace the seal, the wing nut is simply loosened and the bracket removed. Then, due to the length of the push rod l2, the valve shaft can be pulled out so far without disadvantaging its pivot points that the square and the attached shaft end come into the position shown in Fig. 3, dotted, so that the valve,
Iappe can be lifted out.
For the closing of the valve there is a tension spring '21 which acts on the lever <B> 10 </B> in such a way that the roller <B> 11 </B> against the cam disk <B> 9 </B> is pressed. To be able to remove the valve flap in the manner described above, the spring must first be relaxed.
The following arrangement is used for this: While the Fe-, the one hand at the pivot point. attacked by lever 10 and push rod 12, it is otherwise attached to a lever arm of a toggle lever 22, the latter being its pivot point 23 in the knee Has. This pivot point is conveniently on the pump frame. The other, free lever arm is designed as a handle and, when the spring is tensioned, lies against a stop <B> - </B> 24.
In the tensioned state, the spring is the pivot point 23 of the lever 22 somewhat above the connection line of the fastening points of the spring. The latter presses the hand grip against the stop. To relax the spring, pull the handle away from the stop t '<B> C en </B> (drawing, s, o; em to the left). Since - C 21 <B> in </B> with the spring attachment point on lever 22 rotates in a semicircle to the right, whereby the spring is shortened, so it is tensioned.
This external arrangement of the springs offers the advantage that the latter are not located in the liquid manure, which, apart from rusting, gives rise to disturbances due to jamming as a result of foreign bodies getting stuck.
Instead of controlling the valves from cam disks from the crankshaft, this can also be done in two ways from the piston. by, for example, providing a slide rail on the same, the curvature of which corresponds to the movement of the roller <B> 11 </B>.
With two-piston pumps, it is advantageous to use a cam disk to control the chewing valve of one cylinder and the pressure valve of the other cylinder at the same time.
