Grill. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Grill mit abnehmbarem, aus Stäben von halbkreisförmigem Querschnitt gebil detem Rost und mit unter dem Rost ange ordneten Ablaufrillen. Dieser Grill ist da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablaufrillen an einem Stab und an einer mit einem Griff versehenen Auffangmulde, für den von den Rillen aufgegangenen Saft, befestigt sind, wobei der Stab sich auf einem mit Griffen versehenen Rahmen abstützt, das Ganze der art, dass die Rillen mitsamt dem Stab und der Mulde als Ganzes vom Rahmen des Grills abhebbar sind, zum Zweck, die Ril len leicht reinigen und den Saft aus der Mulde leicht ausschütten zu können.

Fig. 1 ist ein Längsschnitt nach der Linie A-B in Fig. 2; Fig. 2 ist ein Grundriss des Grills mit weggebrochenen Teilen; Fig. 3 ist ebenfalls ein Grundriss bei ab- genommenem Rost und abgenommenen Ab laufrillen samt Auffangmulde und weg gebrochenen Teilen. 1 bezeichnet einen Rah men mit an dessen Seitenteilen befestigten, parallelen, nach vorn gerichteten Griffen 2. An diesem Rahmen ist der mit Griff 5 ver sehene Rost wegnehmbar angebracht.
Der Rost ist aus zwei Querschienen 3 und den an diesen befestigten Stäben 4 von halbkreis förmigem Querschnitt gebildet. Bei hoch geklapptem Rost stützen sich die abge bogenen Enden des obern Querstabes 3 gegen Laschen 6, die an den Seitenteilen des Rah mens 1 befestigt sind und die beiden äussern Roststäbe 4 je gegen ein am obern Rahmen teil befestigtes Anschlagplättchen 7. Die Enden der Roststäbe 4 sind abgeflacht und daher leicht zu reinigen.
Die unter dem Rost liegenden, parallel laufenden Ablaufrillen 8 von halbkreisförmi- dem Querschnitt sind an ihren obern Enden mit einem in den Rahmen 1 schiebbaren Querstab 9 verbunden. Die untern Enden sind an einer Mulde 10 befestigt, die den von den Rillen 8 abtropfenden Saft auffängt. Dieses Ganze ist vom Rahmen 1 leicht weg nehmbar, so dass es zur Reinigung, z. B. in Sodawasser, gelegt werden kann.
Der Quer stab 9 ruht auf einer der eine Wärmeverteil- platte 11 tragenden Winkelplatten 12, wäh rend der obere, winklig abgebogene Rand der Auffangmulde 10 hinter den obern Rand des untern Querteils des Rahmens greift und dadurch ein Hinuntergleiten der Rillen 8 samt Mulde 10 verhindert. An letzterer ist ein Griff 13 befestigt.
Die von den Winkel- platten 12 getragene Wärmeverteilplatte 11 hat den Zweck, die Wärme der Gasflamme über den Rost gleichmässig zu verteilen und besitzt Schlitze 14, deren Breite von der Mittellinie der Platte 11 nach aussen zu nimmt, um eine möglichst gleichmässige Wärmeverteilung zu erreichen.
Die Roststäbe, die Ablaufrillen und die Auffangmulde bestehen zweckmässig aus rostfreiem Stahl.

Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section on the line A-B in Fig. 2; Figure 2 is a plan view of the grill with parts broken away; 3 is also a plan view with the grate removed and the drainage grooves removed, including the collecting trough and parts broken away. 1 denotes a frame men with attached to the side panels, parallel, forward handles 2. On this frame, the grate provided with handle 5 is removably attached.
The grate is formed from two cross rails 3 and the rods 4 attached to them and have a semicircular cross-section. When the grate is folded up, the bent ends of the upper cross bar 3 are supported against tabs 6 which are attached to the side parts of the frame 1 and the two outer grate bars 4 each against a stop plate 7 attached to the upper frame part 7. The ends of the grate bars 4 are flattened and therefore easy to clean.
The parallel drainage grooves 8 of semicircular cross-section lying under the grate are connected at their upper ends to a transverse rod 9 which can be pushed into the frame 1. The lower ends are attached to a trough 10 which catches the juice dripping off from the grooves 8. This whole is easily removed from the frame 1 so that it can be used for cleaning, e.g. B. in soda water can be placed.
The cross bar 9 rests on one of the angled plates 12 carrying a heat distribution plate 11, while the upper, angled edge of the collecting trough 10 engages behind the upper edge of the lower transverse part of the frame and thereby prevents the grooves 8 and trough 10 from sliding down. A handle 13 is attached to the latter.
The heat distribution plate 11 carried by the angle plates 12 has the purpose of evenly distributing the heat of the gas flame over the grate and has slots 14, the width of which decreases from the center line of the plate 11 to achieve the most even heat distribution possible.
The grate bars, the drainage grooves and the collecting trough are expediently made of stainless steel.
