Gabel für Koch- und Anrichtzwecke. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist .eine Gabel für Koch- und Anrichtzweeke, welche zwei auf ihrer innern Seite mit einer stumpfen Zähnung versehene Zinken besitzt, welche derart federnd gegeneinander beweg bar sind, dass. sie von der die Gabel halten- den Hand gegeneinander gedrückt werden; können.
Mit Vorteil wird diese Gabel aus einem einzigen, bügelartig. gebogenen Stab aus rost freiem Stahl, :dessen Enden die Zinken und dessen mittlerer Teil :den Griff bilden, gebil det, wobei an der einen Zinke, vor dem den Griff bildenden Teil, eine Führungsschlaufe befestigt wird, in welcher die andere Zinke geführt ist.
Die Gabel gemäss der Erfindung bietet gegenüber den für diese Zwecke bis anhin. gebräuchlichen Gabeln wesentliche Vorteile. So ist es ausgeschlossen, dass ein aufgespiess- tes und durch Zusammendrücken der Zinken durch ,deren Zähnung sicher gehaltenes Fleischstück oder :dergl. von .der Gabel fällt.
wie .dies bei den bekannten Gabeln oft der Fall ist. Nach Freilassen der Zinken der Gabel gibt die Zähnung an den Zinken das aufgespiesste Stück frei und dasselbe kann leicht in der Platte oder Pfanne abgelegt oder abgestreift werden.
Ferner können auch Fleischstücke, die nacht angespiesst werden sollen, sicher gefasst werden, indem sie zwi- scheü die ,gegeneinander beweglichen Zinken der Gabel geklemmt werden. Zum Wenden von Fleischstücken in der Bratpfanne wird dabei. keine Bratsiahaufel oder ein anderes Hilfsgerät mehr ,benötigt.
Auf gleiche Weise können auch Würste gefasst werden, ohne d:ass ihre Haut verletzt wird.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstan des dargestellt. Es zeigen:

Ein Stab aus, rostfreiem Stahl ist derart bügelartig gebogen, dass seine freien Enden, welche abgekröpft und vorne zugespitzt sind, die Zinken 1 und sein mittlerer.
U-förmig gebogener Teil den Griff ? der Gabel bilden. Vor dem Griff ) ist an der einen der Zin ken 1 eine Führungsschlaufe 3 angeschweisst, in welcher die andere Zinke 1 verschiebbar geführt ist. An ihrem vordern Teil weisen die Zinken 1 auf der innern Seite eine stumpfe Zähnung d auf.
Für leichtere Ausführungen der Gabel eignet sich als Material runder Draht von 3-1 mm Durchmesser aus rostfreiem Stahl. Für schwerere Ausführungen kann ein Stahl stab von quadratischem oder rechteckigem Querschnitt verwendet werden. Die Gabel könnte auch aus nicht rostfreiem Stahl her gestellt -werden. In diesem Fälle empfiehlt es sich, dieselbe zu verzinken oder mit einem andern vor Rost schützenden Überzug zli versehen.
Die Zähnungen d an den Zinken 1 sind stumpf ausgebildet. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass ein Fleischstück oder dergl- sei es nun aufgespiesst oder nur zwischen die Zinken eingeklemmt., sicher gehalten werden kann. dass aber beispielsweise die Haut einer Wurst. welche zwischen die Zinken ge klemmt wird, nicht verletzt wird.

The fork could also be made of non-stainless steel. In this case it is advisable to galvanize it or to provide it with another coating to protect against rust.
The teeth d on the prongs 1 are blunt. What is achieved thereby is that a piece of meat or the like can now be skewered or just clamped between the prongs., Can be held securely. but that for example the skin of a sausage. which is clamped between the prongs is not injured.
