Focal plane shutter camera with photoelectric light meter. When coupling a slot shutter with a photoelectric exposure meter, it is advantageous if the slot adjustment knob is not influenced by the movement of the curtain during the winding process and when it is running, ie it remains at rest. In this case, the coupling with the exposure meter can be designed in a particularly simple manner.
Most of the shutter constructions used today do not meet this requirement, so that these shutters cannot be easily used for coupling with exposure meters.
According to the invention, this disadvantage is eliminated in that the time setting element is coupled to the locking mechanism by a mechanical connection in such a way that it does not change its position either when the lock is opened or when it runs down.
Preferably, between the closure winding button and the slot adjustment button or. A mechanical connection with the properties of a differential gear is set up between the slot adjustment knob and the curtain.
This enables the .Schlitzeinstellknopf to be coupled directly with a resistor and thus the. 8circuit of the photoelectric exposure meter according to the set exposure time to be regulated.
Several embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. They show: FIG. 1 a. Section of a slot shutter camera with four-shaft shutter, according to a first. Embodiment, Fig. 2 shows a section through a slot shutter camera with two-shaft shutter,
According to a second embodiment, FIG. 8 a section through a slot shutter camera according to a third embodiment, FIG. 4 a section through a slot shutter camera with four-shaft shutter, according to a fourth embodiment,

According to Fig. 3 is used as a mechanical connection Ver as a differential gear we kendes screw gear. The mode of action and arrangement of this device is as follows: The movement of the elevator button 41 he follows via a threaded with a steep Ge threaded pipe 42, which has with taker pins a, b , which is in slots c, d des Engage elevator button 41.
When the winding button 41 is rotated, the piece of pipe 42, which is connected to the .Schlitzeinstell- button 53 by a steep thread 54, is moved up and down in the slots c, d . The pipe section 42 also has one out. Driving pin 44, which engages in a steep screw thread 4.3 of the .schllitzten tube 45 at the un tern end and turns the same knob 41 when the elevator is turned. As a result, the disc 46,
which is connected to the slotted tube 45, and the movement is transmitted via the coupling pins 47 and 48, and via the wheels 49 and 52 to the curtain shaft. The slot adjustment knob 53 is taken along via the steep thread 54, so that a relative movement between these two knobs, which carry the resistor 55 and the resistor contact 56 of the exposure meter, does not take place while the elevator is being lifted Sequence, since in this case the buttons from the curtain are through:
the coupling 47 and 48 are separated. In contrast, both before and after the slot adjustment button can be moved independently of the locking winding button, where the pipe section 42 moves axially in its steep thread 54 and thus a rotation of the pipe. 45 caused by the steep thread 43 and 44. As a result, the disc 46 and with it the coupling pin 47 is moved back or forth and thus changes the width of the slot to be set.
It is possible to use other mechanical cal devices in place of differential gears that allow the movement of elevator and slot adjustment to be separated.
In the embodiment of FIG. 4 is between. the gear of the run first, the curtain and the Schlitzeinstellknopf a movable intermediate member arranged, which causes the release of the trailing curtain. The arrangement and mode of operation of this device is as follows: The movement of the lock winding button 57 is transmitted via the drive plate 5.8, the pins 59 and 60 and the gears 61 and 62, 63 and 64 to the belt shaft 65 of the curtain that runs first.
The lower curtain is in a known way with the upper curtain in connec tion that both are moved at the same time when the elevator. The trailing curtain 66 is connected via the bevel gears 67 and 68 to the release disc 69, which has a slot 70 into which: at the end of the train: the locking lever 71 falls.
When the Versohlusses expires, this curtain only follows when the locking device 71 is lifted by the intermediate piece 72 in the moment when the pin 73 sitting on the wheel 6.1 hits the nose 73a.
Depending on: the position of this nose respectively. of the intermediate piece 72, which via the gear 74 with the .Schlitzeinstellknopf 75 on which the resistance contact 7ss of the exposure meter is arranged, the trailing curtain is released sooner or later and thus a smaller or larger slot set.
Another possibility to get by without differential gears is the use of a switchable coupling between focal plane shutter gears and slotted adjustment button.
An embodiment of such an arrangement in connection with a two-shaft valve is shown in FIG. 5 of the drawing and in the following; be written The movement of the elevator button 7 7 is transmitted via the wheels 78, 79. 80 of the coupling pin 81, the wheels 82 to 85 on the curtain waves.
After the lower curtain has reached its end position, the upper curtain is so far nachgezo conditions. Until the coupling pin 81 falls into a hole 86 of a disk 88 connected to the slot adjustment knob 8 7. with the release of the coupling between the wheels 80 and 8 ?, - whereby the connection between the elevator button and the curtain is interrupted.
Since, in this state, the upper curtain is connected to the slot adjustment knob 87 via the disk 88, the upper curtain can be further adjusted depending on the desired slot width by turning this knob. On the seat adjustment button 8 7 there is, in turn, the contact 89 for the resistor 90 of the photoelectric power supply knife. When solving from the curtain is released from the locked in position Schlitzeinstellknopf 87 by pressing the disc 88 down.
so that the curtain can run freely.
In Figs. 6 and 7, a camera is shown, in which one of the above-described shutters and a photoelectric Be light meter are installed.
91 is the actuation button for the shutter lift and the film transport. 92 is the slot setting button for the slot shutter, which also operates a resistor connected to the photoelectric exposure meter.
The gear mechanism described above, which has the properties of a differential gear, is located between the lock winding button and the slot adjustment button. 93 is the photoelectric cell, 9-1 is the reading device of the moving coil instrument connected to the photoelectric cell, 96 is the iris adjusting ring mounted in the lens mount. A second resistor for the photoelectric exposure meter is connected to the same.
