ID="0002.0035"> gesenkt werden können.
Fig. 7 erfolgt.
Flat sizing knitting machine for the production of two-meshed plush knitted fabrics. The invention relates to an improvement in flat weft knitting machines for the manufacture of weft plush knitted fabrics.
The flat weft knitting machine is provided with plate-like handle carriers for the production of weft plush knitted goods, which are accommodated in a bar that is arranged in front of the chair needles forwards and backwards as well as laterally movable and which stand between the chair needles and the sinkers during the killing and distribution process so that the plush thread comes to rest on the upper edge of the handle carrier and the base thread under the lower edge of the handle carrier.
Such flat weft knitting machines are used in particular for the production of properly shaped weft plush knitted fabrics with regular edges, in which there is a plush handle above each sinker stitch. By taking the handle carriers out of the working position according to the pattern, plush knitted fabrics can also be worked in which plush handles are located above every desired sinker mesh and consequently also plush handles above every second sinker mesh, either sinker mesh or distribution sinker mesh.
In the known method, the loops of the basic goods in a manner known per se at right angles to the needle direction, that is to the front, and the longer than the basic goods handle culminated plush loops in the direction of the needle shafts, so are using sinkers with ordinary Licher throat downwards coiled and distributed. This can be done either in such a way that the plush handles are coiled and distributed in the direction of the needle shafts, i.e. longer downwards than the basic goods handles, or that the plush handles are curled at right angles to the needles, i.e. longer than the basic goods handles and towards the front , the needle shafts,
so be distributed downwards. In the first case, the above-mentioned cutting tools are used to cut through the inclined upper edge: the killing blanks above the upper edge, the handle carrier diagonally downwards and then, after the distribution process for the basic goods, the plush handles above the downward-going chair needles Upper edge of the handle carrier distributed downwards.
In the second case, so-called plush sinkers, the plush handle thread together with the basic goods thread is calculated longer than this, in order to then be fully distributed after the distribution of the basic goods thread as in the first-mentioned procedure through the downward-going chair needles over the upper edge of the handle carrier.
In both cases, the handle carriers are between the levels of the distribution sinkers and sinkers.
In the case of the flat weft knitting machine, which is used for the production of weft plush knitted fabrics, the disadvantage is noticeable that because the handle carriers and sinkers stand next to one another, too great an accuracy is required when setting the handle carriers and sinkers to one another.
This disadvantage is eliminated by the present invention, if the plush thread for the production of two-mesh killed plush knitted fabric with plush loops above every second sinker stitch in the stitch row is only knocked down, which consequently uses auxiliary sinkers known per se and conventional, single-thrown sinkers for forming plush loops are, the auxiliary sinkers in a movable bar arranged in front of the chair needle are brought under so that they protrude into the chair needle row in their working position and stand with their free end between the movement paths of the thread guides.
These auxiliary sinkers serve at the same time to separate the plush thread emerging from one thread guide from the basic goods thread or basic goods threads emerging from the other thread guide; the tip of the auxiliary sinker is set so that the plush thread is on the upper edge of the auxiliary sinkers and the basic thread below the Auxiliary boards come to rest. According to the invention, there is an auxiliary board exactly in front of each distribution board, ie in the plane of these boards.
As a result, the plush thread above the upper edge of the auxiliary sinkers is formed from the sloping upper edge of the grooves of the sinkers into longer loops than the basic thread lying below the auxiliary sinkers, which in the usual, i.e. in the horizontal direction, is formed into ordinary basic thread loops. These longer curled plush threads are held by the upper edge of the auxiliary sinker or by another edge that replaces this edge until the application movement.
In order to maintain the longer plush loop loops until shortly before the stitches are worked out, according to an example according to the invention, the distribution sinkers are kept so low that the auxiliary sinkers can remain between the needles during distribution and the distribution sinkers below the auxiliary sinkers perform their usual distribution movement and the auxiliary sinkers follow the needles during the downward movement of the chair needles into the pressing and application position <RTI
ID = "0002.0035"> can be lowered.
According to another exemplary embodiment according to the invention, a nose is provided above the base thread groove of the distribution board, on the upper edge of which the distribution boards hanging on the auxiliary board during the movement of the distribution boards for distribution move back together with those moving back in the same direction just in front of the distribution board Auxiliary board, is passed,
this lug upper edge is lower than the upper edge of the auxiliary plate.
The two exemplary embodiments are illustrated in the drawing and explained in the following description. 1 to 3 show the couling position, the distribution position and the position during the downward movement of the chair needles to the press, and FIG. 4 shows a view of the position of the loop-forming tools after the distribution process, as in FIG. 2, seen from the side .
In the devices shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the plush handle is held from the upper edge of the auxiliary sinker to wear, while in the following FIGS. 5 to 9, the plush handle is worn during the last part of the loop formation through a nose on the distributor plate .
1 to 3 show the coulier position, as well as the distribution position and the pressing position of the loop-forming tools. FIG. 4 shows a front view of the position corresponding to FIG. 3. Both Ausfüh approximately examples have in common the arrangement of an auxiliary board 11 in front of each distribution board 7, each auxiliary board 11 being arranged exactly in the plane of the distribution boards. This is shown particularly clearly in FIGS. 4, 8 and 9. Furthermore, in the types of execution, the plush loop loops from the Fadenaa through the inclined upper edge 6a of the coulier plate, 6 obliquely downwards to longer loops than the basic thread la, which in ordinary, that is, horizontal direction, through the point 6d of the Kulier sinker is kulated. This is shown in FIGS. 1 and 5.
In both types of execution, the longer plush thread loop of the upper edge 11a of the auxiliary plate is worn at least during the most part of the distribution process.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4, in which this wearing of the Plüschhen angle is effected by the upper edge 11a of the auxiliary board 11 until shortly before the working out of the meshes, is explained below.
The basic thread la is laid by the thread guide 1 and the plush thread 3a from the thread guide 3. The known plate-like tool 11 (auxiliary plate), which is used to separate the basic thread la from the plush thread 3a and over the upper edge 11a of the plush thread ku down - Is lated, is in the known Trennstel ment with a tip 11b between the Be wegungsbahnen of the two thread guides 1 and 3. The sinker head in which; moving the sinkers, namely sinker sinkers 6 and distribution sinkers 7, is denoted by 4, its pressing edge by 5.
The knitting hook needles 9 are also involved in the stitch-forming process.
Sinker sinkers 6, like distribution sinkers 7, have the usual grooves 6d and 7d with the groove top edge 6a and 7a. The blanking blank has the usual height with the upper edge 6f, while the distribution blank is so low that its upper edge 7f lies below the lower edge 11h of the auxiliary blank 11, while the upper edge 11as of the auxiliary blank 11, which is in the separated position at the beginning of the couling ( Fig. 1) lies below the upper edge of the sinker 6 f and just below half of the thread exit from the thread guide ss. The thread exit from the thread guide 1 lies in a manner known per se slightly above the separating tip 11 b from the auxiliary plate (separating tool) 11.
During the sinker, the basic thread la is laid below the auxiliary sinker 11 and as usual in the sinker groove (on the cotton machine) is dug in the horizontal direction, while the plush thread laid above the auxiliary sinker 11 is extended downwards through the inclined upper edge 6a of the sinker groove Loops as the basic fabric thread is calculated.
The smaller the angle between the top edge 6a of the sinker 6 and the horizontal or is arranged inclined to the sinker upper edge 6f, the easier the downwardly directed couling process for the plush thread 3a will take place.
When proceeding with the distribution boards (FIG. 2), the separating tools remain in their separating respectively. Bullet message that you have taken during couling and the part of the plush handle thread that lies over the distribution boards is not distributed,
but only the basic thread. During the subsequent downward movement of the chair needles 9 to the press 5, the plush handles 3a hanging on the auxiliary sinkers remain hanging on the auxiliary sinkers up to and during the application movement. So that there is no excessive tension and no displacement of the plush handle thread relative to the base thread, these auxiliary sinkers follow the downward movement of the chair needles to such an extent that the plush handle always remains tolerably taut (Fig. 3). During this downward movement into the order position, the auxiliary sinkers 11 simultaneously move backward, this movement being coordinated so that the plush handles are released from the tip 11 b of the auxiliary sinkers 11 during the order period.
The thread position can be seen particularly clearly from the front view (FIG. 4) of the loop-forming tools.
The downward movement of the auxiliary sinkers 11 can be achieved in the simplest manner in that the bars carrying the auxiliary sinkers 11 are attached to the deck device, because most of the deck devices that are known provide the possibility of up and down movement.
In order to change the length of the plush handle, the auxiliary sinkers 11 can be arranged adjustable in height.
The second exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 5 to 9, according to which in the second part of the loop formation process a distributor plate nose takes over the carrying of the plus handles, is explained as follows with reference to the drawings mentioned.
During the killing process (Fig. 5), as in the previous example, through the inclined groove edge 6a of the sinker 6, the plush loop thread above the upper cheek lla of the cutting tools 11 standing in front of each distribution plate is calculated obliquely downward to form longer loops than the basic thread, the loops of which are more usual Way horizontally - so in the direction of movement of the auxiliary boards against the chair needles 9 - are kulated. The upper edge 11a of the plate-like cutting tools 11 prevents the part of the plush thread loop lying on the needle shaft from slipping downwards. The type of loop formation can be seen particularly clearly from the front view of FIG. 8, in which the plush thread 3a is shown pulled out in the coulier position.
The preceding distribution sinkers, which are equipped with two superimposed grooves 7d and 7e, between which there is a nose 7b det, take over the plush thread 3a from the upper edge 11a of the cutting tool 11, which is shown in FIG. 6, with his while moving forward Tip 11b protruding into the upper distribution plate throat, moves out of the needles at the same speed as the distribution plates. The longer curled loops are still at the distribution boards 7 (Fig. 8).
During the downward movement of the chair needles 9 into the pressing and order movement (FIG. 7), the plush thread loops that lie in the distributor plate grooves 7c are held on the upper edges of the noses 7b, which are advantageously lower than the upper edges 11a of the Auxiliary sinkers 11, since there are no excessive tensions in the plush handle when working out the stitches. The thread resp. Loop position during the various working positions is particularly clearly visible from the front views in FIGS. 8 and 9.
The position of the plush loop thread 3a, seen from the front in the position according to FIG. 9, is the same as the thread position in the position according to FIG. 7, because the downward distribution visible in the front view only after .der Arbeitsbewe supply according to. Fig. 7 takes place.
