Description
Gasbrenner.
Gas burner. The present invention relates to a burner for gaseous fuels. Burners with several, concentrically arranged burner rings are already known in several: From guides. They are mainly used where very different amounts of heat are expected to be emitted. This applies in particular to large stoves, hot water systems and the like.
The known solutions have the following disadvantages compared to the subject matter of the invention. There. When the individual rings are cast together, a relatively large space arises, so that for the small flames:
there is a risk of great cooling and there is poor combustion. Furthermore, the one-piece burner is more difficult to clean. The arrangement poses major difficulties: the regulating cocks.
The burner construction corresponding to the invention avoids all of these disadvantages. It divides the burner into several. independent burner rings, the flame rings of which are fed by their own regulating valve.
Due to: the division and separation, the mass of the individual burner rings is small. From cooling, which has an unfavorable effect on combustion, is practically out of consideration. Then: the individual burner rings can be replaced and cleaned independently of one another.
Because each part has its own inflow, its regulation is easier, quite apart from the fact that the stalk construction can be made simpler and more robust. Since such large burners are individual versions for some manufacturers, it is possible to use normal taps in this case.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment in FIG. 1, the elevation of a section through a burner which corresponds to the invention: FIG. 2 shows its outline in a view. Let the stove top be 1. The gas supply line is labeled 2.
The stopcock that completes the expansion is B. The individual, independent burner rings are 4, 5, 6. The associated regulating cocks are 7, B. 9. The attachment 10 ensures the pan 11 the necessary; Stand away from the flames.
So that the individual flames do not interfere, especially with double-row rings, the flame circles are not arranged in the same plane.
At the same time, the exit angle is chosen so that the flame does not hit the surrounding burner part, but rather sweeps the object, pan or the like, to be heated with the greatest possible effect. Depending on the design of the cooker, it will often be more advantageous
if the gas supply to the rings comes from different sides and not, as indicated in the example, from the same side. Operating and fastening options can largely influence this arrangement without diminishing the idea of using concentric, independent torch rings.
